Abstract

Stunting is a slowing of growth in children whose height is shorter than children of their age and also has an impact on the psychological, intellectual, mental, psychological, and motor. As many as 43.5% of cases of stunting in Indonesia are experienced by children under five with a vulnerable mother's age between 14-15 and ages between 16-17 years as much as 22.4% are the result of early marriages. The purpose of this study was to find out how the mother's mindset influences the tendency of stunting in Sidodadi Village. This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of research to measure the value of the variables studied. Primary data is in the form of mother's mindset and upbringing, secondary data on stunting events which are influenced by mother's upbringing. The research sample consisted of 62 toddlers from 7 hamlets with an age range of 0-59 months as of August 2022. Data collection used a simple random sampling technique. Data on maternal parenting patterns were obtained through interviews with village midwives. From the data using the SPSS program, the maximum score on the mother's mindset scale is 24, the minimum score is 12 and the average is 18.22, while the maximum score on the parenting scale is 21, the minimum is 13 and the average is 15.59. From the associative test obtained an F value of 84.961 and a significance value of 0.000. Stunting in Sidodadi village is caused by several factors, one of which is parenting style and mother's mindset.

Abstract

This service was carried out in Rebegedung Village, Silih Nara District, Central Aceh Regency. Most of the livelihoods of the people of Rebegedung Village are farmers, so this service focuses on the economy. The aim of this service is to be able to provide and motivate us as students to learn and practice social awareness by being directly involved in the field. The benefit of this service is to develop a sense of professionalism within oneself with the program that one has so that the program is carried out precisely and accurately so that first analyzing the main program, additional and religious programs with careful planning regarding the methods and stages of implementation as well as evaluation of the main program so that it has positive value in the eyes of the community and train good, transparent and mutually inspiring cooperation and also train the ability to solve problems by adapting, interacting and socializing with the community. The methods used in this service are direct observation and interviews. The problem that occurs in Rebegedung Village is the lack of innovation regarding products produced from the agricultural products of the Rebegedung Village community. So the main program focuses on the economy and the innovative products that have been socialized are Naget Ikan Lele, Boncabe and Oil Chili. The main ingredients are from the agricultural products of the Rebegedung Village Community.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted global economic stability, including the capital market sector. This study aims to analyze the differences in sharia stock prices of food and beverage companies listed on ISSI and JII across three periods: before the pandemic (2018–2019), during the pandemic (2020–2021), and after the pandemic (2022–2023), as well as to evaluate their recovery patterns. A quantitative approach with descriptive-comparative analysis was employed. Data were obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange reports and company financial statements. Data analysis began with a normality test using the Shapiro-Wilk method and a homogeneity of variance test using Levene’s Test. Based on the assumption tests, One-Way ANOVA was used to examine the differences in average stock prices across the periods. The results show significant differences in sharia stock prices among the three periods, particularly between during and after the pandemic. These findings indicate that the food and beverage sector demonstrated relatively strong resilience during the crisis and experienced positive recovery post-pandemic. The study recommends this sector as a stable sharia investment alternative in times of economic uncertainty and encourages companies to continue innovating and adapting to changing consumption patterns.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang peredaran narkoba oleh anak dan bagaimana penangangannya di Kota Bandar Lampung. Fenomena ini semakin marak dan memprihatinkan, karena anak-anak yang seharusnya dilindungi dan dibina, justru terjerumus dalam dunia kelam narkoba. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan konseptual. Data yang dianalisis meliputi Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika, Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2012 tentang Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak, dan literatur terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peredaran narkoba oleh anak merupakan suatu tindak pidana khusus yang diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika. Penanganan terhadap anak yang terlibat dalam peredaran narkoba harus mengedepankan diversi, yaitu penyelesaian perkara di luar proses peradilan pidana. Hal ini bertujuan untuk melindungi anak dan memberikan kesempatan untuk pemulihan dan pembinaan. Namun, dalam kasus tertentu, anak dapat dipidana dengan memperhatikan ketentuan dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2012 tentang Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak.
