Abstract

This study to explore the steps of web-based assessment using gnomio.com as a mean of evaluation during online Arabic language Course. This work uses a descriptive qualitative approach. As many as 56 college students of IAIN Palangka Raya were the subject of this work. The data collected for this work was obtained through direct observation, open response questionnaires, and interviews. The result of this work shows that the utilization of web-based assessment using gnomio.com on those students is well accepted in terms of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. The mobility indicator on perceived ease of use bolsters along with the pandemic situation. In terms of the Perceived usefulness of Web based assessment using gnomio.com, it gives feedback to the students compared to other applications.

Abstract

 لقد تم تجهيز البشر بالعقل العظيم حتى يتمكنوا من التفكير العالى أحسن من المخلوقات الأخرى، وتقدم عقل البشر بوجود الإبداع أو خلق شيء جديد يمكن أن يساعد جميع الكائنات الحية. الإبداع ضروري في مجال التعليم، خاصة في تعليم اللغة الثانية. لذلك ، تهدف هذه البحث إلى وصف تعليم اللغة الثانية ، وخاصة اللغة العربية باستخدام التكنولوجيا الإبداعية في شكل الكاهوت، والسقراط، والجوجل ، بحيث يمكن تحقيق تعليم اللغة العربية في هذا العهد الجديد بشكل صحيح. استخدم هذا البحث المنهج النوعي الوصفي وأما النتائج هي وصف تطبيق الكاهوت والسقراط والجوجل في تعليم اللغة العربية. تستخدم هذه التطبيقات الثلاثة في تقييم التعليم في شكل اختبارات المهارات اللغوية وعناصر اللغة. يمكن لمعلمي اللغة العربية استخدام هذه التطبيقات الثلاثة كخطوات إبداعية في عملية التعليم.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan efektivitas pelatihan pembuatantes interaktif Bahasa Arab dengan menggunakan aplikasi hot potatoes denganmelakukan analisis pengaruh tingkat reaksi dan tangkat pembelajaran bagi guru BahasaArab MI, MTs, dan MA Jember. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalahkuantitatif dengan Teknik analisis menggunakan regresi berganda. Peserta yangmengikuti Pelatihan sejumlah 562 orang baik secara online maupun offline. Hasilpenelitian menemukan dua variable independent (tingkat reaksi dan tingkatpembelajaran) yang diduga mempengaruhi tingkat kompetensi guru sesudah mengikutipelatihan ternyata secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan. Hal tersebut mengisyaratkanbahwa Pelatihan yang selama ini dilakukan mampu mengubah perilaku, sehinggatingkat kinerjanya meningkat.

Abstract

Stunting is a slowing of growth in children whose height is shorter than children of their age and also has an impact on the psychological, intellectual, mental, psychological, and motor. As many as 43.5% of cases of stunting in Indonesia are experienced by children under five with a vulnerable mother's age between 14-15 and ages between 16-17 years as much as 22.4% are the result of early marriages. The purpose of this study was to find out how the mother's mindset influences the tendency of stunting in Sidodadi Village. This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of research to measure the value of the variables studied. Primary data is in the form of mother's mindset and upbringing, secondary data on stunting events which are influenced by mother's upbringing. The research sample consisted of 62 toddlers from 7 hamlets with an age range of 0-59 months as of August 2022. Data collection used a simple random sampling technique. Data on maternal parenting patterns were obtained through interviews with village midwives. From the data using the SPSS program, the maximum score on the mother's mindset scale is 24, the minimum score is 12 and the average is 18.22, while the maximum score on the parenting scale is 21, the minimum is 13 and the average is 15.59. From the associative test obtained an F value of 84.961 and a significance value of 0.000. Stunting in Sidodadi village is caused by several factors, one of which is parenting style and mother's mindset.

Abstract

Digital transformation in education has become an urgent necessity in response to technological advancements and 21st-century learning demands. However, the optimization of digital pedagogy in educational institutions still faces various challenges, particularly in human resource management (HRM). The limited readiness of educators to effectively utilize digital technology may hinder the implementation of innovative learning processes. This study aims to explore HRM approaches that support the optimization of digital pedagogy in educational institutions. This research employs a literature review method, analyzing relevant sources on HRM and digital pedagogy. Data were collected through document studies consisting of academic journals, books, and research reports addressing HR management in the education sector within the context of digital transformation. Data analysis was conducted using qualitative descriptive methods with content analysis to identify key concepts, main themes, and best practices in implementing HRM to support digital pedagogy. The findings reveal that a structured HRM approach can enhance educators' competencies in using digital technology and foster an innovative and adaptive learning ecosystem. The HRM approach includes identifying digital training needs, developing continuous training programs, supporting the use of digital learning tools, implementing digital performance evaluations, and recognizing outstanding educators. This study concludes that effective HR management is a key driver in optimizing digital pedagogy, ultimately improving the quality of education in the digital era.
