Abstract

The result of the research that the press coverage that can trigger the conflict in the community can be concluded that: the news that can trigger the conflict in society is through the right of reply (Article 5 paragraph [2] Act of Press) and right of correction (Article 5 paragraph [3] . The right of reply is the right of a person or a group of people to respond or refute to the news in the form of facts that are detrimental to his good name, while the right of correction is the right of everyone to correct or correct misinformation provided by the press, both about himself and others. Abstract

The study examined "the concept of polygamy in the perspective of islamic law and law no. One year of 1974 and application to bogor city." More detailed deals with the application of polygamy in bogor city both in concepts and practices in the field. Islam strictly stresses that when it comes to polygamy and is concerned that it cannot be fair it is enough with one wife. These studies are being reviewed using qualitative research methods. The kind of approach the author USES is yuridis and normatif islamic law, an approach that reviews and analyzes the problem using principles and based on data of literature through library research. This study emphasizes aspects of juridical Islam and law, by looking at its regulatory regulations and their feeding, and by the islamic law that make its values an object of research. The concept of polygamy according to islamic law is explained in god's word letter a-nisa verse 3 and according to statute no. 1 of 1974 is explained in chapter 3 verse 2 of 1974's no. 1 law on marriage, that is, courts can permit a husband to have more than one wife if desired by those involved. The practice of polygamy in the city of bogor was prescribed that a husband who was to be married to more than one should get permission from a religious court. Abstract

Law Number 18 of 2017 on the Protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers is a policy product that is a comprehensive correction to Law Number 39 of 2004 on the Placement and Protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers. Law Number 18/2017 mandates stages of protection by the state, from when the Indonesian migrant workers (IMW) candidate has not yet been dispatched; when IMW works in the destination country; and after IMW completes its work contract. The law also regulates the division of tasks among government officials, from the village level; regional government; to the central government, including the network of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia abroad. The stages of protection services and the involvement of various government agencies and other parties are necessary because the problems surrounding them are also complex. The question that arises is how the policies and actions of these various agencies may interact harmoniously so that IMW protection services can take place on a sustainable basis? This study found that the integration of data and information systems can improve the performance of IMW protection services. The integration of the system also supports the formation of a sustainable IMW protection service ecosystem.

Abstract

Inquiry-based learning (IBL) and 21st-century skills have received significant attention from educational researchers and practitioners in the field of physics education. With numerous studies affirming the positive effects of IBL, an increasing number of researchers are exploring IBL to foster various competencies within schools. However, little is known about how IBL in digital environments can influence students' 21st-century skills. This paper reviews recent literature on IBL and identifies a substantial body of research targeting enhancements in 21st-century skills resulting from IBL in digital settings. Findings indicate that integrating IBL with digital elements holds considerable potential to enrich learning experiences and develop 21st-century skills. The conceptual framework of such learning is grounded in theories of learning such as constructivism, cognitive theory, experiential learning, and connectivism. The instructional structure should be configured to has a balance between scientific processes and technological integration. This study also offers valuable insights for researchers, instructional designers, and educators in the field of physics education involved in the design and implementation of IBL in digital environments.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the management of the 2013 curriculum development in increasing the effectiveness of learning at the Al Hidayah CK Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Medan Polonia District. This research is a type of qualitative research using a descriptive approach. In gathering this information, the researcher will carry out observations and interviews with the head of the Madrasah, deputy head of the Madrasah for Curriculum, and teachers and other parties concerned with this research. The results of the research concluded that the madrasa head's ability to implement the 2013 curriculum is already running, but the weakness lies in the teachers and parents of the students, because teachers have not thoroughly reflected the 2013 curriculum in the classroom as a result, this has an impact on the effectiveness of learning using the 2013 curriculum. It is difficult to develop the 2013 curriculum. , and in terms of assessment, it is not very effective, where the 2013 curriculum is thematic, the final results of the report cards are per field of study. In conclusion, the madrasa head's policy is not in line with the teacher's wishes, or the teacher does not respond to the policies set by the madrasa head. This has an impact on ineffective coordination between an organization within an educational institution so that the problem of who regulates and who is regulated is unclear, so that it becomes The strength of this research is to understand the direction of the Al Hidayah CK Medan Polonia madrasah

Abstract

Penelitian ini menginvestigasi performativitas gender dan narasi queer dalam tiga film berbeda, yaitu "Portrait of a Lady on Fire," "Brokeback Mountain," dan "Memories of My Body." Penelitian ini menggunakan kerangka pemikiran Judith Butler untuk menganalisis bagaimana karakter-karakter dalam film-film tersebut membentuk identitas gender melalui tindakan performatif. Metode kajian komparatif digunakan untuk mengeksplorasi perbedaan dan kesamaan dalam representasi performativitas gender dan narasi queer di ketiga film tersebut. Analisis film ini difokuskan pada cara ketiga film menggambarkan konstruksi identitas gender, pengelolaan performativitas gender, dan realisasi narasi queer. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan variasi dalam performativitas gender dan narasi queer antara ketiga film tersebut. Interpretasi karakter dalam konteks pemikiran Judith Butler memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang bagaimana keberagaman pengalaman gender dan queer tercermin dalam karya seni visual seperti film. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman representasi gender dan queer dalam konteks seni visual dan menggambarkan pentingnya pemikiran teoretis Judith Butler dalam menganalisis performativitas gender. Abstract

Factors that influence employee performance are organizational commitment and work motivation. This study aims to determine the effect of Employee Engagement, Organizational Commitment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Palembang. This research begins with a survey of 97 employee respondents as a sample at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Palembang. The type of data in this study uses primary data obtained directly from respondents using quantitative methods. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 97 respondents via Googleform. Based on the results of the t-test, the Significant Value of Employee Engagement (X1) is 0.674 > 0.05 and t-count in table 0.421 < t-table 1.661. then, X1 has no effect on Employee Performance (Y). The Significant Value of Employee Commitment (X2) is 0.004 <0.05 and t-count in table 2,964 <t-table 1.661. Then, X2 influences Employee Performance (Y). The significant value of Employee Motivation (X3) is 0.000 <0.05 and t-count in table 4,372 <t-table 1.661. Then, X3 influences Employee Performance (Y). Based on the Coefficient of Determination of Employee Engagement, Organizational Commitment and Work Motivation have a significant influence on Employee Performance of PT PLN (PESERO) UP3 Palembang. And based on the f test, f-count (44,317) > t-table (3,093). There is an influence of Employee Engagement variables (X1), Organizational Commitment (X2) and Work Motivation (X3) on Employee Performance Variables (Y).

Abstract

Translation is an important part of students in learning Arabic, because it will help them in the learning process. But most of them face difficulties when trying to translate reading texts from Arabic to Indonesian. Difficulties of students in translation will hinder the way of achieve a goal of learning. The purpose of this study is to determine the difficulties of students in translating Arabic to Indonesian. The results of this study indicate that the difficulties faced by students include the form of translation difficulties themselves in the form of difficulties in choosing the meaning, form, and rules. And also includes several factors in the form of linguistic, non-linguistic, internal, and external factors.

Abstract

Katarak merupakan kekeruhan pada lensa mata atau hilangnya transparansi lensa, sehingga terjadi gangguan penglihatan. Katarak merupakan peyebab utama gangguan penglihatan dan kebutaan di Indonesia dan di dunia. Katarak dapat menyebabkan kebutaan bila tidak diterapi. Dalam penelitia ini melakukan observasi hasil pascaoperasi katarak pada pasien di RSUD Arjawinangun pada. Pendekatan yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan cross-sectional. Dari 80 pasien pasca operasi katarak dilakukan pemeriksaan tajam penglihatan dengan koreksi kelainan refraksi pada minggu ke-6. Operasi katarak yang dilakukan di RSUD Arjawinangun pada bulan April sampai bulan Juni tahun 2019 100% berhasil namun dari tujuh diantaranya belum memenuhi standar kriteria keberhasilan WHO, karena ada faktor-faktor penyulit lainnya, contohnya adalah afakia dan sebagainya. Saran dalam penelitian ini adalah Meningkatkan sarana prasarana RSUD Arjawinangun agar menjaga kualitas keberhasilan operasi katarak.
