Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan metode Just InTime dalam meningkatkan efisiensi biaya produksi pada home industri kerupuk raihan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Data yang diolah adalah laporan persediaan tahun 2022. Teknik perhitungan yang digunakan adalah menghitung total biaya produksi berdasarkan kebijakan perusahaan, metode EOQ, dan metode JIT/EOQ, serta menghitung siklus penjadwalan produksi. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan disimpulkan bahwa kebijakan pengendalian persediaan yang dilakukan perusahaan belum maksimal terlihat dari total biaya produksi yang dikeluarkan sebesar Rp.5.952.274,- dibandingkan dengan metode JIT/EOQ sebesar Rp.1.463.008,-sehingga total biaya yang dihemat sebesar Rp.4.489.226,-

Abstract

CV. Rahmat Sanusi Putra is a company that produces bottled drinking water (AMDK) with the brand (nusarina), CV Rahmat Sanusi Putra is faced with problems with its production machines which sometimes experience damage as a result when the production process is hampered and downtime arises. priority scale and causes of damage, and provide recommendations for improvements to reduce the occurrence of machine damage. research using the Failure Mode And Effect Analysis method to find the priority scale and the Fault Tree Analysis method to find the cause of the damage. Data collection through observation and interviews. The highest priority scale obtained on the CV. Rahmat Sanusi Putra in September and November was in the cutting component section with an RPN value of 36. Factors causing machine damage were due to lack of machine maintenance and lack of routine checks resulting in dust or dirt accumulating on the cutting which causes the blade to become blunt and broken. The proposed improvements are to make a monitoring system to carry out proper monitoring, such as doing General Cleaning 2 times and Scouring 2 times in 1 month.

Abstract

Pelatihan digital marketing dengan penerapan model 5A ini bertujuan agar memberikan saran UMKM untuk naik kelas pada proses usahanya dengan berbagai produk. Proses pelatihan digital marketing untuk UMKM dimulai dengan analisis kebutuhan bisnis dan audiens target. Selanjutnya, peserta dilatih mengenai dasar-dasar digital marketing, seperti SEO, pemasaran media sosial, Google Ads, dan analitik web. Pelatihan berbasis praktek dilakukan agar UMKM dapat langsung mengaplikasikan strategi pemasaran digital dalam bisnis mereka. Sesi selanjutnya fokus pada pembuatan konten kreatif, pengelolaan iklan berbayar, serta pemantauan dan pengukuran hasil kampanye. Pelatihan diakhiri dengan evaluasi dan pemberian umpan balik, memastikan UMKM dapat mengoptimalkan digital marketing untuk meningkatkan visibilitas dan penjualan secara efektif. Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas pengaruh manajemen persediaan dan pengiriman sebagai mitra logistik terhadap efisiensi rantai pasok pada sektor e-commerce, dengan fokus pada PT. TIKI Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE). Dalam era digital saat ini, perusahaan e-commerce dituntut untuk memiliki sistem logistik yang cepat dan efisien guna memenuhi ekspektasi konsumen. Manajemen persediaan yang baik dapat menekan biaya operasional dan memastikan ketersediaan produk sesuai kebutuhan pasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan regresi linear sederhana untuk menganalisis hubungan antar variabel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa manajemen persediaan dan proses pengiriman memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap efisiensi rantai pasok, yang tercermin dalam kecepatan pengiriman dan kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi pelaku industri dalam menyusun strategi pengelolaan logistik yang lebih efektif.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Lean Manufacturing and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) on employee performance through the mediation of 5S in the Operations Department of PT. XYZ. The method used is quantitative with a SEM-PLS approach using the SmartPLS 4 application. Data was collected from 217 respondents. The results indicate that Lean and PPE do not have a significant direct effect on employee performance. However, both have a significant effect on the implementation of 5S. Lean has a t-statistic of 8.023 and PPE has a t-statistic of 10.116, both of which are > t-table 1.64 and p-value < 0.05. The implementation of 5S also significantly influences employee performance (t-statistic = 11.122). Additionally, 5S significantly mediates the relationship between Lean and PPE and employee performance, with t-statistics of 6.518 and 7.365, respectively. These findings indicate that 5S plays a crucial role in linking work systems and safety to employee performance.

Abstract

PT. Indo-Rama Synthetics Tbk is a textile manufacturing company that produces Partially Oriented Yarn (POY) in the CP-3 Department. During the January-March 2025 period, defective products amounted to 1,396 bobbins, or an average of 0.16% of the total monthly production. Although small in percentage, these defects impact increased rework activities, decreased efficiency, and potential delivery delays. This study aims to identify the root causes of the defects and develop improvement proposals using the Quality Control Circle method, as well as evaluate them through the Delphi approach. The analysis revealed two main defects: No Tail Yarn (35%) and Unstandardized Bobbins (35%). The causes include factors related to methods, machinery, and human factors. The proposed improvements include using permanent markers, routine inspections, tracking service life, protecting guides with visual safety markings, and re-socializing procedures and disciplinary action. The implementation of these improvements is estimated to reduce defects by up to 65%.

Abstract

This research investigates carbon footprint optimisation strategies in the nickel-based industrial development at Indonesia Morowali Industrial Park (IMIP), focusing on sustainable supply chain management practices. The study employs a mixed-method approach, combining quantitative analysis of carbon emissions data with qualitative assessment of supply chain processes. Through comprehensive data collection from 2019-2024 and analysis of multiple operational parameters, the research identified key optimisation opportunities across mining operations, processing plants, and transportation networks. Results indicate that implementing targeted optimisation strategies across the supply chain could reduce carbon emissions by 15-20% while maintaining production efficiency. Specific interventions, including waste heat recovery systems, fleet electrification, and smart logistics integration, demonstrated significant impact with potential annual savings of 87,500 tCO2e and $11.2 million in operational costs. The study also revealed that integrating sustainable practices led to an 18% improvement in production efficiency and a 12% enhancement in resource recovery rates. The findings contribute to the growing knowledge of sustainable industrial development in the mining and metallurgical sectors, offering practical insights for similar industrial parks globally. This research provides valuable frameworks for balancing environmental sustainability with industrial growth in emerging economies.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the preventive maintenance of Mazda Sedan Model Traffic Cars using the reliability centered maintenance method at the City functional block diagram, determining system function and functional failure, failure mode and effect analysis, logic tree analysis, and task selection. The results of this research are that the maintenance system for traffic vehicle units carries out routine check-ups every 5,000 kilometers or every 3 months and for brake and tire components every 10,000 kilometers or 6 months, the damage that appears with the current maintenance system is the break caliper (right front), hose (water pump), and ball joint, factors that arise with current maintenance problems are safety problems, proposed improvements that need to be made to resolve the problem are preventive maintenance for the break caliper (right front), hose (water pump), and ball joint every 11000 hours or 458 days.
