Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi kinerja pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan di SMP Negeri 1 Teluk Pandan 2023/2024. Dalam analisis ini, kekuatan (Strengths) dan kelemahan (Weaknesses) diidentifikasi sebagai bagian dari faktor internal yang berada di bawah kendali sekolah. Kekuatan mencakup aspek-aspek seperti kualitas pengajaran, fasilitas yang memadai, dan manajemen yang efektif, sementara kelemahan mencakup area yang memerlukan perbaikan seperti keterbatasan sumber daya atau kurangnya inovasi dalam metode pengajaran. Faktor eksternal meliputi peluang (Opportunities) dan ancaman (Threats) yang berada di luar kendali sekolah namun tetap berdampak signifikan. Peluang dapat berasal dari perkembangan teknologi pendidikan, kebijakan pemerintah yang mendukung, dan tren positif di masyarakat. Sebaliknya, ancaman dapat muncul dari persaingan dengan institusi lain, perubahan kebijakan yang tidak menguntungkan, atau kondisi ekonomi yang menantang. Melalui analisis SWOT, sekolah dapat merumuskan strategi yang komprehensif untuk memaksimalkan kekuatan dan peluang, serta mengatasi kelemahan dan ancaman, guna meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan kinerja keseluruhan.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan kecerdasan majemuk terhadap hasil belajar siswa SD Negeri 1 Kotawo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD Negeri 1 Kotawo. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 25 siswa. Instrumen penelitian ini yaitu skala kecerdasan majemuk dan dokumentasi nilai rata-rata ulangan harian siswa kelas V semester ganjil. Uji coba instrumen terdiri atas uji normalitas dan dan uji reliabilitas. Uji persyaratan analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji normalitas dan uji linearitas. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis statistik deskriptif serta uji hipotesis menggunakan korelasi product moment untuk menentukan hubungan antara variabel kecerdasan majemuk dan hasil belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Hasil penelitian ini berarti pengaruh antara variabel X (Kecerdasan Majemuk) dengan variabel Y (Hasil belajar Siswa) terdapat pengaruh yang kuat diantara kedua variabel tersebut. Apabila dilihat besarnya rxy yang diperoleh ini, yaitu: 0.81 ternyata terletak antara 0,70 . 0,90 dapat dinyatakan bahwa pengaruh antara variabel X dan variabel Y ialah terdapat pengaruh yang kuat atau tinggi.

Abstract

This research analyzes prophetic leadership in building religious moderation based on local wisdom at MTs Darud Da'wah wal Irsyad, Samarinda. Researchers use a qualitative case study approach, using interviews, observation, and documentation to collect data. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques are carried out through data display, data reduction, and conclusion. The research results show that prophetic leadership in building religious moderation based on local wisdom at MTs Darud Da'wah wal Irsyad, Samarinda, is carried out through prophetic leadership education and training, integration of local wisdom, adaptive curriculum, openness to change. The findings of this research provide implications regarding the importance of developing more structured and focused prophetic leadership education and training programs. Madrasas can design programs that hone leadership skills based on prophetic principles that have been proven effective in building religious moderation.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the role of school principals in increasing teacher work productivity in junior high schools in Samarinda City. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection was carried out through semi-structured interviews with school principals, deputy principals and teachers as informants, as well as observation and documentation. The research results show that the planning carried out by the school principal has run optimally. The school principal prepares plans systematically, provides assistance to teachers to improve the quality of teaching. This planning includes preparing training and workshop schedules for teachers, providing facilities, and providing motivation. Follow-up to this plan includes recording deficiencies during class observations, calling individual teachers, and discussing the results through teacher council meetings. Good planning by school principals accelerates improvements in teacher performance, which has a positive impact on schools and students to achieve optimal results. This emphasizes the important role of school principals in designing strategies to increase teacher work productivity and manage schools effectively.

Abstract

Le Khari Official Shop Purwakarta merupakan UMKM yang bergerak dalam bidang penjualan online shop produk muslimah yang ada di kota Purwakarta. Salah satu permasalahan yang terjadi yaitu pada produk gamis viona seringkali mengalami kekurangan dan kelebihan stok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengendalian persediaan bahan baku yang optimal dan mengetahui biaya yang paling minimum. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Material Requirement Planning (MRP) dengan teknik Lot Sizing yaitu Lot For Lot (LFL), Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), dan Period Order Quantity (POQ). Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan 3 metode Lot Sizing biaya total metode LFL sebesar Rp. 136.138.400, metode EOQ sebesar Rp. 57.990.780 dan metode POQ sebesar Rp. 102.959.520. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini metode yang paling optimal dengan biaya paling minimum adalah metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). Metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) menghasilkan biaya pesan yaitu sebesar Rp. 19.020.000 dan biaya simpan Rp. 38.970.780, sehingga total biaya keseluruhan adalah Rp. 57.990.780.

Abstract

Pengendalian pasien gagal ginjal terminal telah terintegrasi dengan baik di Ruang Hemodialisis RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Lampung. Terdapat beberapa hambatan yang telah ditemukan yaitu defisit pengetahuan dan tersedianya informasi yang tidak adekuat mengenai manajemen gagal ginjal terminal on hemodialisis pada pasien dan keluarga. Angka kejadian gagal ginjal terminal di RSUD sebanyak 273 orang, dan ±78 orang menjalani hemodialisis dalam satu hari di Ruang Hemodialisis RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek. Sebagian besar besar pasien hemodialisis tidak mengeluhkan apapun, tetapi ada sebagian dari pasien mengeluhkan kakinya bengkak, sesak napas, serta mual muntah, dan hipertensi. Sehingga, dilakukan Pendidikan Kesehatan tentang manajemen gagal ginjal. Tujuan kegiatan pemberdayaan keluarga yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan pasien dan keluarga pasien dalam manajemen gagal ginjal. Kegiatan dilakukan di Ruang Hemodialisis RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Bandar bulan Mei 2023. Metode dilakukan yakni dengan ceramah serta diskusi, dengan media PPT. Hasil kegiatan pemberdayaan keluarga dalam upaya meningkatkan manajemen pasien gagal ginjal terminal on hemodialsis ini diketahui adanya peningkatan pada pengetahuan pasien dan keluarga dalam manajemen pasien

Abstract

Research on the Buddy Reading Method Assisted by Flipbook Media on the Interest and Reading Comprehension Ability of Class V Students at SD Gugus III Paraikatte District. Bajeng Kab, Gowa, Masters Program, Muhammadiyah University of Makassar Supervised by Sulfasyah and Tarman. This research aims to determine the effect of Buddy Reading helping with flipbook media on the interest and reading comprehension abilities of fifth grade students. This research uses a quasi-experimental design involving an experimental class and a control class. The research population was all fifth graders who were members of an elementary school group in the same zone in Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi Province. The research sample was two fifth grade students selected randomly from the group mentioned above. The instruments used to collect data were questionnaires and reading comprehension tests. Descriptive data analysis shows that there is an increase in students' interest and reading comprehension abilities after teaching reading comprehension using the Buddy Reading Method. The results of inferential statistical analysis using Manova showed that there were differences between the control and treatment classes regarding reading interest and reading comprehension ability, with mark scores. 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, the buddy reading method influences the reading interest and reading comprehension abilities of fifth grade students in this study.

Educational planning within schools especially at Islamic school plays a pivotal role in shaping the academic journey and overall development of students. Furthermore, the article discusses the integration of technology and data-driven approaches in educational planning, highlighting their potential to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of using picture story media on the reading comprehension skills of class III students at SD Inpres Laloasa, Parigi District, Gowa Regency. This type of research is Quasi Experimental Design research and is a quantitative type of research. The sample in this study was 19 students. Data collection techniques were carried out using learning results tests and observation sheets. The data analysis technique in this research is descriptive data analysis technique and T-Test. The research results showed that reading comprehension skills before implementing picture story media in the pretest had an average score of 45.7. Meanwhile, the posttest increased with an average score of 86.8. The results of the t-test analysis regarding the influence of picture story media on both interest and student learning outcomes show that the significance value obtained is good, namely the effect of picture story media on reading comprehension skills (Sig = 0.011) is smaller than the alpha value set at 0, 05 (0.011 < 0.05). Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted which states that there is an influence of the use of picture story media on the reading comprehension skills of class III students at SD Inpres Laloasa, Parigi District, Gowa Regency.

Abstract

Ordering raw materials optimally can provide benefits for the company. PT. XYZ places an order for sand 12 (twelve) times in 1 (one) period which causes it to be ineffective and inefficient. Therefore, it is necessary to have a method that is able to control the total cost of raw material inventory in order to ensure a smooth production process. The EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) method is used to identify orders to minimize the total cost of holding inventory, purchase raw materials with each purchase with a minimum cost, and orders that minimize total inventory costs. Thus the EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) method can save the cost of raw material inventory which is able to make a company profitable by applying this method. The results of this study indicate that the EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) method can save raw material inventory costs compared to traditional methods (policy firms). The savings in the cost of raw materials for sand in the EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) method were Rp.8.394.400.
