Abstract

Modernization causes changes in food consumption, one of which is fast food, Fried chicken is a fast food menu that we often consume, this type of food is not only found in restaurants but also in convenience stores or convenience stores, one of which is Circle K. Problems at Circle K branches The Bogor City Kumbang is the lack of consumer buying interest in the fried chicken menu, not to mention its position close to competitors who sell similar products, namely Lawson, Mcdonald's and Burger King. This research aims to determine consumers' main attributes when buying fried chicken. The research location is Circle K Kumbang branch, Bogor City. This research uses a questionnaire in the form of a Google form as qualitative data. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling with a total of 60 respondents. The method used to answer this research is conjoint analysis. Conjoint analysis is a multivariate method used to study respondents' preferences for various types of goods (products, services and ideas). Data was processed with SPSS software. The results of the analysis show that the main attributes in the decision to purchase fried chicken include 1) consumers prefer the attribute of large pieces of chicken meat; 2) the texture attribute of thick, crispy chicken skin; 3) the appearance attribute of yellow skin; 4) packaging attributes using food boxes; and 5) selling price attribute > IDR 20,000.

Abstract

Salah satu faktor terpenting dalam menentukan seberapa efisien bisnis beroperasi dalam jangka panjang adalah desain tata letak.  Koperasi Agribisnis Sekolah Vokasi IPB University memiliki masalah, yaitu dengan tata letak bangunan koperasi yang tidak efektif. Tata letak yang tidak efektif dapat mempersulit anggota koperasi untuk menemukan hal-hal yang mereka butuhkan, yang dapat berdampak pada produktivitas anggota.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh manfaat seperti tata letak yang optimal sesuai dengan kebutuhan aliran material produk saat ini dan untuk mencapai jarak aliran material yang paling efisien. Metode Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) digunakan untuk menganalisis hubungan antar ruangan, sementara Total Closeness Rating (TCR) diterapkan untuk mengevaluasi kedekatan antara ruangan tersebut. Dalam upaya memaksimalkan pemanfaatan ruang, meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan, dan meningkatkan penjualan, Koperasi Agribisnis Sekolah Vokasi IPB University mendesain ulang tata letak ruangnya dengan tujuan memposisikan barang dan mengalokasikan ruang secara efisien dan efektif. Pengaturan ruang koperasi dalam solusi tata letak telah menghasilkan hasil yang berbeda sebagai konsekuensi dari penelitian ini.   Layout design is one of the most crucial elements in deciding how successfully a firm runs in the long run.  There is a problem at the Agribusiness Cooperative of IPB University Vocational School, namely the inefficient layout of cooperative facilities. An inappropriate layout can cause cooperative members to find it difficult to locate the things they're searching for so that it can affect member performance.  This research uses the Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) method to analyze the relationship between rooms and Total Closeness Rating (TCR) to get benefits and advantages such as layouts that are in accordance with the material flow required by existing products and the shortest material flow distance that can be achieved. In an effort to maximize space utilization, increase customer satisfaction, and increase sales, the IPB University Vocational School Agribusiness Cooperative redesigned the layout of its facilities with the aim of positioning goods and allocating space efficiently and effectively. The arrangement of cooperative facilities in layout solutions has produced different results as a consequence of this research.
