Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of whatsapp broadcast on increasing sales of UMKM products at Sleman Mart by comparing sales data in 2020 with 2021, where in 2020 marketing uses continuous whatsapp broadcasts and in 2021 uses discontinuous whatsapp broadcasts. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with a comparative approach. The results of this study show that there are differences in sales of UMKM products at Sleman Mart during 2020 with 2021 where the average sales in 2020 are greater than in 2021. In other words, there is an effect of WhatsApp broadcast on increasing sales of UMKM products at Sleman Mart.

Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to examine the effect of education (X1) and training (X2) on the competence of health workers (Y) at PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Hospital. The writing method uses quantitative methods. The population used is all health workers at PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Hospital with a probability sampling sample. The distribution of questionnaires was distributed to health workers as many as 57 respondents. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The hypothesis is tested using the T test, F test and determination test. The results of data analysis showed that there was a partial effect of the education and training variables as indicated by the results of the t count of education of 13.051 and the result of t count of training of 26.783 which is greater than t table = 2.005 with each having a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. And there is the influence of education and training variables simultaneously where the calculated F result is 366.116 greater than the F table of 3.168 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. While the contribution value of the independent variable to the dependent variable is 93.1% and the remaining 6.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

In the modern era of today, kios 3 in 1 is a service provided for employment, where one of them through work training halls and development of productivity of BLKPP DIY.Work training halls and productivity development are an appropriate institution in empowerment of society, because BLKPP DIY provides work skills training with a wide range of programs.The concept used by Kios 3 in 1 is the form of a development system of SDM or where the labor utilizes software or technological systems that can improve the relations between governments and other parties of society. energy of effort, the world, as well as in the field of workforce training, Working training halls throughout Indonesia have become the point of point in implementation of the 3 in 1 system.The 3 in 1 concept was then facilitated by the Ministry of Workforce through the 3 in 1 kios application available.The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive, where it was obtained.

Abstract

In order to obtain a clearer analysis and specifications, researchersuse the PIECES (Performance, Information, Economy, Control,Efficiency, and Service) framework analysis. This analysis isexpected to help in the development of Management InformationSystems at Rumah Sakit Gigi dan Mulut UGM Prof. Soedomo. ThisSystem Performance is carried out to determine the performance ofa system whether it is running well or not. Performance can bemeasured by the amount of production and the time used to customizethe work. Based on information, it has provided informationaccording to the needs that have accuracy with an average of 85%.Economic as measured by reusability and resources that it iseffective and efficient in the use of available time resources withavailable manpower. economic analysis of SIMRS as measured byreusability and resources that it is effective and efficient in the use ofavailable time resources with available manpower. Control is verysafe, because it uses usernames and passwords as needed so thatother people cannot access, units that are not their responsibility.Efficiency, has been used properly and maximally, both in enteringdata and in processing data. Services of SIMRS can provideconvenience for users in the hospital.

Abstract

Sudah seharusnya masyarakat yang memiliki usaha harus mempunyai keahlian dan pengetahuan dalam hal menangani permasalahan dan melakukan beberapa macam strategi terutama dalam mengatasi permasalahan umkm dalam mendapatkan kredit usaha, sehingga masyarakat bisa melakukan pengembangan umkmnya dengan mudah tanpa adanya kendala.Tujuan kegiatan abdimas ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan masyarakat dalam mengatasi permasalahan UMKM terutama dalam hal mendapatkan kredit usaha dan strategi pengembangannya. Kegiatan Pengabdian masyarakat ini diikuti oleh masyarakat pelaku UMKM. Kegiatan ini melibatkan tim dosen AMA Yogyakarta dalam upaya menjalin kerjasama dengan pihak masyarakat dalam rangka mengembangkan UMKM. Berdasarkan data hasil pengabdian di lapangan yang penulis laksanakan, bahwa dengan diadakan pengabdian ini masyarakat mempunyai kemampuan untuk melakukan pengembangan UMKM yang telah dimilikinya.
