Abstract

This study aims to determine e-Government in Gowa Regency as well as supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of e-Government in Gowa Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach. The data collection used was interview, documentation, and observation. The data obtained from the research results were processed using an interactive analysis model, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that e-Government in Gowa Regency (Study at Diskominfo Gowa Regency) is based on four indicators that must be achieved in the implementation of e-Government, namely: efficiency is good, effectiveness is not good, transparency is good and accountability is not good. The effectiveness indicator is said to be not good because there are constraints in terms of the budget which causes the planning to not be achieved in accordance with the objectives. Meanwhile, on the data accountability indicators, the accuracy of which can be guaranteed by Diskominfo is only on the Gowa Public Relations website, not on the correctness of the reporting by each SKPD that is entered into the website provided.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the policy of Village Fund management activities and one of the government's strategies to help villages become self-reliant and develop the potential of the community in terms of community empowerment in managing village funds. This study adopts a qualitative research design with a descriptive approach. The subjects of this research are village officials and the community of Tojabi Village. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The collected data is then processed and analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana method, which involves data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research findings indicate that the community of Tojabi Village actively participates in the management of village funds through their choices of utilization and social benefits. The community's involvement takes the form of ideas, labor, and material resources.

Abstract

This  study  aims  to  determine  the  description  of  the  role  of  local government in increasing the yield of farmer groups in North Sinjai Sub-district, Sinjai Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation, and documentation. The checking of the validity of the data is done through triangulation of sources. Data analysis techniques using data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the role of the local government in increasing the yield of farmer groups in North Sinjai District, Sinjai Regency is going well, although there are still several indicators that need to be considered, namely social and economic conditions. The target of the Government's policy is the community towards the results of the fishpond. The resources used are human resources and equipment resources. The characteristics of the implementing organization are the Regional Government, the Fisheries Service in charge of managing the management of pond products, and the Farmer Group as recipients of the results of the pond. The Extension Coordinator as the executor of confirmation of the results of aquaculture to the farmer groups in Sinjai Regency shows good support from the implementors, the form of support provided is to provide services that are responsive to the community regarding the results of ponds. The social, economic, and political environment of the community still has not received well the policies issued by the Regional Government due to  the different economic levels of the community.Keywords: Implementation, Legislation, Ranperda
