Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan, motivasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Kobe Boga Utama Kota Tangerang baik secara parsial maupun simultan. metode penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan  sampel  menggunakan  teknik  sampling jenuh  dimana  semua populasi  menjadi  sampel dalam penelitian  yang berjumlah  85 responden.  analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji regresi linear berganda, uji koefisien determinasi, dan uji uji hipotesis (uji t dan uji F). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kerja (Xl),  dan motivasi kerja  (X2), dan budaya organisai  (X3) berpengaruh  positif dan signifikan  terhadap  kinerja  karyawan  dengan  diperoleh  persamaan  regresi  Y  = 20,963 + 0,305Xl + 0,271X2. nilai koefisien determinasi atau kontribusi pengaruhnya secara simultan sebesar 62,4%. hasil uji hipotesis  parsial pengaruh  Xl terhadap  Y sebesar t hitung  3,357 > t tabel  1,989 dan nilai signifikasi  0,001  < 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan  bahwa  Ho ditolak  dan Ha diterima.  artinya  variabel pelatihan berpengaruh  positif dan signifikan  terhadap  kinerja  karyawan. pengaruh  motivasi (X2)  terhadap  Kinerja   Karyawan   (Y)  Pada  tabel  4.21  nilai  signifikansi  untuk pengaruh  motivasi  X2 terhadap  Y adalah  sebesar  0,048 > 0,05 dan nilai t hitung sebesar 2,011 > t tabel  1,989.  Sehingga  dapat disimpulkan  bahwa Ho ditolak  dan Ha  diterima.  artinya  variabel  motivasi  (X2)  berpengaruh  positif dan  signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Kobe Boga Utama Tangerang. Pengaruh budaya organisasi  (X3)  terhadap  Kinerja  Karyawan  (Y) Pada  tabel  4.21  diketahui  nilai signifikansi untuk pengaruh X3 terhadap Y adalah sebesar 0,000 > 0,05 dan nilai t hitung sebesar 3,011  > t tabel 1,989.  Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. artinya variabel  budaya  organisasi  (X3) berpengaruh  positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja  karyawan. Uji Hipotesis secara simultan diperoleh nilai F hitung  yang  diperoleh  sebesar  16,316  dan  nilai  Ftabel  sebesar  3, 11.  Sehingga Fhitung  16,316 > Ftabel  3,11 dengan probabilitas  tingkat signifikan  sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari taraf signifikan  yang telah  ditentukan  yaitu  sebesar 0,05. Dengan demikian  maka  Ho  ditolak  dan Ha  diterima  sehingga  dapat  disimpulkan  bahwa terdapat pengaruh  positif dan signifikan  antara Pelatihan  (Xl) Motivasi  (X2) dan Budaya   Organisasi   (X3)  secara  bersama-sama   atau  simultan   terhadap   kinerja karyawan pada PT Kobe Boga Utama Kata Tangerang.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh rekrutmen dan seleksi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Gama Group Tangerang. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh / rumus slovin dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 75 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Rekrutmen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 49,4% dan uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (8,447 > 1,993). Seleksi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 51,6% dan uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (8,814 > 1,993). Rekrutmen dan seleksi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 6.886 + 0,382X1 + 0,465X2. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 67,2% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 32,8% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel atau (73,816 > 2,730).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pada PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan  asosiatif karena teknik analisis yang dipakai berupa teknik statistik dan data penelitian berupa angka-angka dengan pendekatan deskriptif untuk mendeskripsikan objek dan hasil penelitian. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh dan diperoleh sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 70 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja dengan persamaan regresi  Y = 3.923 + 0.861 X1, nilai korelasi sebesar 0,710, nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 50,4% dan uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (8.318 >1.995). (2) Disiplin kerja berpengatuh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja dengan persamaan regresi Y = 1.352 + 1.128 X2, nilai korelasi sebesar 0,826, nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 68,3% dan uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (12.102 >1.995). (3) Lingkungan kerja fisik dan disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh  signifikan terhadap kinerja tenaga pendidik dengan persamaan regresi Y= 590 + 0.197 + 0.954 X2, nilai korelasi sebesar 0,833, nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar  69,3% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 30,7% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel atau (75.681>2.740).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the Influence of Employee Motivation and Competence on Employee Performance in the Kemiri District, Tangerang Regency. The research method used is quantitative, employing a saturated sample technique, and the data is processed using SPSS 26. The results of the analysis indicate that motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, with a calculated tvalue of 2.824, which is greater than the tabulated tvalue of 2.000, and a Sig. Prob. of 0.006, which is less than 0.05. Similarly, competence also has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, with a calculated tvalue of 4.334, surpassing the tabulated tvalue of 2.000, and a Sig. Prob. of 0.000, much smaller than 0.05. Furthermore, this research also demonstrates that motivation and competence together have a significant influence on employee performance, with an Fvalue of 150.739, significantly greater than the tabulated Fvalue of 3.15, and a Sig. Prob. of 0.000, much smaller than 0.05. The combined contribution of motivation and competence to employee performance is 83.6%, while the remaining 16.4% is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance, to determine the effect of the work environment on employee performance and to determine the effect of motivation and work environment on employee simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Shield On Service, Botanical Square Mall Branch, Bogor. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The sample used is the saturated sample technique, namely all employees of PT. Shield-On Service Botani Square Mall Bogor City Branch, totaling 89 employees. Data collection through questionnaires or questionnaires. The analytical technique used is instrument test, assumption test classical, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis testong, namely t and f tests. The result’s of the partial hypothesis test/t test indicate that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a value of t count > t table 6,094 > 1,98793. While the result’s of the the partial hypothesis test/t test indicate that the work environment variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a value of t count > t table 3,172 > 1,98793. The result’s of simultaneous hypothesis f test indicate that motivation and work environment have a postive and significant influence on employee performance with a value of f count > f table 136,947 > 3,10 with a sig. value of 0,000b < 0,05.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of work stress on performance, the work environment on performance and to determine the effect of work stress and the work environment on employee performance at PT Vara Sujana Adhi Paramita (King's Fun) in West Jakarta. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and a sample of 60 respondents was obtained. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that work stress has a significant effect on employee performance. This is proven by the regression equation Y = 27.568 + 0.342 The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance, this is proven by the regression equation Y = 25.798 + 0.397 Work stress and the work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 26.350 – 0.070X1 + 0455X2. The coefficient of determination value was 31.6% while the remaining 68.4% was influenced by other factors that were not researched. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of Fcount > Ftable or (16.585 > 2.761). Thus, work stress and the work environment together have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT Vara Sujana Adhi Paramita (King's Fun) in West Jakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture on performance, work disipline onperformance and organizational culture and work discipline on employee performance at the West Jakarta Administrative City Water Resources Office. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and obtained a sample of 83 respondents. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are that organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance this is evidenced by the regression equation Y = 12,404 + 0,682X1 with a coefficient of determination of 46.5% and the hypothesis test is obtained t count > t table or (8.395 > 1.990). Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance this is evidenced by the regression equation Y = 12,275 + 0,679X2 with a determination coefficient value of 53.7% and hypothesis testing obtained t count > t table or (9.700 > 1.990). Organizational culture and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 6.665 + 0.366X1 + 0.466X2. The coefficient of determination is 61.9% while the remaining 38.1% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained F count > F table or (64.874 > 2.720). This job organization cilture and work disipline together have a positive and significant impact on employee performance the West Jakarta Administrative City Water Resources Office.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of work motivation and discipline on employee performance at PT Batu Multindo Perkasa Cigudeg Bogor. The research method used is a quantitative method using the classic technique. The data collection technique in this research is by distributing questionnaires to some employees and the data analysis techniques used in this research are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis and partial hypothesis test (t) and simultaneous (F). The results of the research show that work motivation and discipline influence employee performance with a regression equation of Y = 0.976 + 0.644 X₁ + 0.000 table or 5,600 > 2,004 then Ho₁ is rejected Ha₁ is accepted. Partially, work discipline influences employee performance with the t-table test results or 0.004 > 2.002, so Ho₂ is rejected and Ha₂ is accepted. The result of simultaneous hypothesis testing is that the calculated F value > F table or 15.685 > 0.000 means Ho₃ is rejected and Ha₃ is accepted. It can be concluded that the research results show that work motivation and discipline influence employee performance at PT Batu Multindo Perkasa Cigudeg Bogor.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) are the most important thing in an organization, both within a company and within an institution. To obtain human resources who have good performance quality and are competent, and in accordance with the company's qualifications, this can be done by carrying out structured recruitment and selection. So the company will get the employees it wants. In this case the researchers involved 55 employees consisting of 55 populations and also 55 samples. The aim of this research is to find out the methods used in the recruitment process at Merras Busana South Jakarta, to find out what the obstacles are in the employee recruitment process at PT Merras Busana South Jakarta, to find out how the process of implementing employee recruitment at Merras Busana Jakarta South. The method used in this research is the observation method and interview method. This comprehensive final assignment aims to understand and study how the employee recruitment process is implemented at PT Merras Busana, South Jakarta. The results of the discussion conclude; 1) The method used by Merras Busana Jakarta is a reference or closed method which only offers to internal company employees. 2) obstacles in the employee recruitment process for PT Merras Busana South Jakarta. The obstacles that exist in the employee recruitment process for PT Merras Busana South Jakarta are the large number of candidates who do not match the criteria and the existence of candidates who are similar to previous candidates due to the limited number of potential applicants. 3) Implementation of the employee recruitment process implemented by PT Merras Busana South Jakarta uses policies or systems that have been created by the company itself

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of employee work discipline at PT Trans Rekreasindo Graha Bintaro and to find out the form of SWOT in carrying out employee work discipline at PT Trans Rekreasindo Graha Bintaro. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, documentation and triangulation. In addition, this study used SWOT data analysis to analyze the company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The results of the study are: having strict sanctions and punishments, the addition of jobdesks beyond the responsibility of the position held, company conditions that provide opportunities for career paths, and differences in working hours among employees.
