Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance at Mcdonalds Pondok Aren Tangerang, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used Slovin sampling and the sample obtained in this study was 50 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are a discussion of the influence of leadership style (X1) and work discipline (X2) on employee performance (Y), as follows: leadership style (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) with the regression equation Y = 12.614 + 0.645 X1, the correlation coefficient value is 0.600 where the value is in the interval 0.600-0.799, meaning that the two variables have a strong level of relationship. The determination value is 35.9%. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of tcount > ttable or (value 5.190 > 2.010). Thus, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, this shows that there is a significant influence between leadership style (X1) on employee performance (Y). Work discipline (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) with the regression equation Y = 15,954 + 0.473 The determination value is 31.7%. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of tcount > ttable or (4.719 > 2.010). Thus, H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, this shows that there is a significant influence between work discipline (X2) on employee performance (Y). Leadership style (X1) and work discipline (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y) with the regression equation Y = 10.711 + 0.438X1 + 0.212 X2. The correlation coefficient value is 0.621 where the value is in the interval 0.600-0.799, meaning that the two variables have a strong level of relationship. The determination value is 38.6%. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of fcount > ftable or (14,757 > 3,200). Thus, H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, this shows that there is a significant simultaneous influence between leadership style (X1) and work discipline (X2) on employee performance (Y).

Abstract

This research aims to analyze Work Discipline and Work Motivation on Employee Performance partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were employees of PT Sinar Surya Sentosa Sejahtera with a sample size of 68 people. The analytical method used is Descriptive Quantitative Analysis. The instrument used is a questionnaire to collect data from the variables Work Discipline, Work Motivation and Employee Performance. The data analysis techniques used are Vasility Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Molticoliniarity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, Multiple Correlation, Determination Coefficient, T-Test, and F Test. The results of the research show that Linear Analysis values can be obtained. Multiple Y = 0.766 + 0.767X1 + 0.216X2, Multiple Correlation Coefficient of 0.811, and Determination Coefficient of 0.686. Then the value of tcount < ttable or (0.1666 < 1.67109), this is also strengthened by the significance value of 0.869 > 0.05. This shows that there is a positive and significant influence between Work Discipline (X1) on the Employee Performance of PT Sinar Surya Sentosa Sejahtera. Meanwhile, the results of the t test on This shows that there is a positive and significant influence between Work Motivation (X2) on PT Sinar Surya Sentosa Sejahtera Employee Performance. Then the F test results can be obtained with a value of Fcount > Ftable or (71.082 > 3.140) and is strengthened with a sig of 0.000 < 0.05. This shows that there is a positive and significant influence between Work Discipline (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) of PT Sinar Surya Sentosa Sejahtera.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Indowarna Nusantara South Tangerang either partially or simultaneously. The research method used is quantitative and associative in nature. The sampling technique totaling 60 employees. Data collection techniques through primary and secondary data. The results of the research show that motivation (X1) and work discipline (X2) influence employee performance (Y) with a regression equation of Y = 13,215 + 0,293 (X1) + 0,354 (X2) with a coefficient of determination of 33,9%. Partial hypothesis test results influence motivation. On employee performance with the results of the t test > t table or 3,449 > 2,002, then 〖Ho〗_1 is rejected and 〖Ha〗_1  is accepted. Partially, work discipline influences employee performance with results of the t test > t table or 4,502 > 2,002, so 〖Ho〗_2 is rejected and 〖Ha〗_2 is accepted. The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing are calculated F Value > F table or 14,623 > 3,16, so 〖Ho〗_3 is rejected and 〖Ha〗_3 is accepted. It can be concluded that the research results show that motivation and work discipline influence employee performance at PT. Indowarna Nusantara South Tangerang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance at PT Intan Giri Abadi South Jakarta both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is quantitative which is associative in nature. The sampling technique used a saturated sample technique totaling 60 employees. Data collection techniques through primary and secondary data. The results showed that Leadership Style (X₁) and Organizational Culture (X₂) had an effect on employee performance with a regression equation of Y = 1.138 + 0.550 X₁ + 0.546 X₂ with a coefficient of determination of 80.9% The results of hypothesis testing partially affect leadership style on employee performance with the test results t count> t table or 3.097> 1.67155 then Ho₁ rejected Ha₁ accepted. Partially, organizational culture affects employee performance with the test results of t count> t table or 4,070> 1,67155, so Ho₂ is rejected and Ha₂ is accepted. The results of hypothesis testing simultaneously the value of F count> F table or 121,007> 3,159 then Ho₃ is rejected and Ha₃ is accepted. It can be concluded that the results of the study show that leadership style and organizational culture affect employee performance at PT. Intan Giri Abadi South Jakarta.

Abstract

The research was conducted at PT Almega Nata Sarana Balaraja using a quantitative associative method. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the nonphysical work environment (X1) and work stress (X2) on employee performance (Y) at PT Almega Nata Sarana Balaraja. The population of this study consisted of 79 employees, and the sampling method used was a saturated sample (census), meaning the entire population was used as the sample, totaling 79 employees. The results showed that the variables of non-physical work environment and work stress had an effect on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. The multiple linear regression equation is Y = 24,206 + 0,443X1 – 0,124X2. Partially, the nonphysical work environment (X1) obtained a t-value (9,695) > t-table (1,992) with Sig. 0,000 < 0,05, meaning the hypothesis is accepted, and there is a positive and significant effect between the nonphysical work environment and employee performance. The work stress variable (X2) obtained a t-value (-9,486) > t-table (1,992) with Sig. 0,000 < 0,05, meaning the hypothesis is accepted, and there is a negative and significant effect between work stress and employee performance. Simultaneously, the F-value is 71,622 > F-table 3,117. With a determination coefficient of 0,653, this indicates that the variables of nonphysical work environment and work stress together contribute 65,3% to the employee performance at PT Almega Nata Sarana Balaraja, while the remaining 34,7% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study.

Abstract

The Student Creativity Program (PKM) aims to improve soft skills to foster the confidence of vocational school children at the Al Ikhwaniya Orphanage, West Mangu Gorge, South Tangerang. The problems found are the low courage of students in communicating, lack of ability to work together, and lack of experience in developing their potential. This activity was carried out through several stages, namely identification of needs, preparation of training modules, implementation of interactive workshops, communication simulations, and evaluation of participant development. The method used is a participatory training approach with role play activities, group discussions, and hands-on practice. The results of the activity showed an increase in communication skills, teamwork, and confidence of participants in expressing opinions and making decisions. This program is expected to be a model for sustainable soft skill development for orphanage children in facing educational and work challenges

Abstract

Abstract. Discipline is one of the important aspects in character formation and educational success, especially for vocational high school (SMK) age children who are in the transition period to adulthood and the world of work. At the Al Ikhwaniyah Orphanage, Jurang Mangu Barat, South Tangerang, discipline is still a significant challenge for some students, especially in terms of personal and social responsibility. This paper aims to examine and analyze how training responsibilities can be used as an effective strategy to improve the discipline of vocational school children living and studying in the orphanage. The research method used is qualitative research with a descriptive analysis approach, where data is collected through observation, interviews, and documentation of vocational school children, orphanage administrators, and educators involved in the coaching process. The main focus of this study is to assess changes in children's discipline attitudes before and after the implementation of the responsibility coaching program, which includes the division of daily tasks, involvement in the management of orphanage activities, and the development of awareness through the ethics of routine activities and moral mentoring Keywords: Discipline, Responsibility, Education.
