Abstract

Electronic Commerce (E-Commerce) is distributing, buying, selling, and marketing goods and services over electronic systems such as the Internet, television, websites, and other computer networks. E-commerce platforms such as amazon.com and Lazada.co.id offer products with various price and quality. Sentiment analysis used to understand the product’s popularity based on customers’ reviews. There are some approaches in sentiment analysis including machine learning. The part of machine learning that focuses on text processing called text mining. One of the techniques in text mining is classification and Support Vector Machine (SVM) is one of the frequently used algorithms to perform classification. Feature and parameter selection in SVM significantly affecting the classification accuracy. In this study, we chose unigram as the feature extraction and grid search as parameter optimization to improve SVM classification accuracy. Two customer review datasets with different language are used which is Amazon reviews that written in English and Lazada reviews in the Indonesian language. 10-folds cross validation and confusion matrix are used to evaluating the experiment results. The experiment results show that applying unigram and grid search on SVM algorithm can improve Amazon review accuracy by 26,4% and Lazada reviews by 4,26%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of work motivation and discipline on employee performance at PT Batu Multindo Perkasa Cigudeg Bogor. The research method used is a quantitative method using the classic technique. The data collection technique in this research is by distributing questionnaires to some employees and the data analysis techniques used in this research are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis and partial hypothesis test (t) and simultaneous (F). The results of the research show that work motivation and discipline influence employee performance with a regression equation of Y = 0.976 + 0.644 X₁ + 0.000 table or 5,600 > 2,004 then Ho₁ is rejected Ha₁ is accepted. Partially, work discipline influences employee performance with the t-table test results or 0.004 > 2.002, so Ho₂ is rejected and Ha₂ is accepted. The result of simultaneous hypothesis testing is that the calculated F value > F table or 15.685 > 0.000 means Ho₃ is rejected and Ha₃ is accepted. It can be concluded that the research results show that work motivation and discipline influence employee performance at PT Batu Multindo Perkasa Cigudeg Bogor.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan metode pembelajaran outdoor learning terhadap hasil belajar IPAS siswa kelas IV UPT SPF SDN Gunung Sari 1 Makassar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan desain one-group pretest-posttest. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 22 siswa kelas IV yang semuanya mengikuti pembelajaran di luar kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes hasil belajar IPAS. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji-t berpasangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada hasil belajar IPAS siswa setelah penerapan metode outdoor learning (p < 0,05). Kesimpulannya, metode outdoor learning berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar IPAS siswa kelas IV UPT SPF SDN Gunung Sari 1 Makassar.

Abstract

Habituation is an action that is carried out continuously as an effort to form an attitude in a person. In the process of habituation is identical to the way of repetition so as to form a habit. Efforts to form religious character in participants are by habituation of tadarus. This research was conducted at SMPN 3 Bojong which aims to determine the effect of tadarus habituation as an effort to build religious character and to find out the obstacles in the habituation process. The subjects in this study were students at SMPN 3 Bojong. This research is a field research with a qualitative approach using a descriptive method. Data collection techniques in this study using observation and interview techniques. After doing the research, it can be concluded that the formation of the religious character of students through the habituation activity of tadarus al-Qur'an at SMPN 3 Bojong went well where this habituation was carried out regularly and brought out the religious character of the students. However, there are several obstacles, namely the lack of facilities and infrastructure, lack of awareness of students, and the different backgrounds of students.
