Abstract

Indonesian language learning implements an independent curriculum, making students the subjects and centers of learning. This curriculum emphasizes developing students' thinking skills in solving problems and projects that can shape character according to the Pancasila student profile and 21st-century skills. In this digital era, education should take advantage of this situation by developing teaching materials, such as converting texts into electronic formats that make it easier for students to access them at school or home. This study aims to produce an e-module of observation report texts for grade X vocational school students. The method used is research and development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model, which includes analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The study results indicate that this e-module is considered very valid by material and media experts and suitable for digital teaching. This e-module can be accessed online, allowing students to learn anytime and anywhere. Expert validation shows that this e-module effectively increases student accessibility and involvement in learning.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) type cooperative learning model in learning to write review texts for class VIII students at PUI Gegesik Middle School. This research is a type of quasi experiment. The design used was nonequivalent control group design, with the sample consisting of two classes, namely class VIII A with a total of 24 and class VIII B with a total of 24. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Based on the data, it shows that the final average score for the experimental class learning outcomes using the STAD learning model is 78.1, while the final average score for the control class learning outcomes using the expository learning model is 67.5. Obtained a calculated t value of 5.526, the t table value refers to the formula (a/2); (df) equals (0.05/2); (46) equals 0.025; 46. In this value, in the statistical table t value distribution, the t table value was found to be 2.014. Thus the calculated t value is 5.526 > t table 2.014, so that in this test it shows that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) which states "the application of the STAD learning model in learning to write review texts for class VIII students at PUI Gegesik Middle School is effective" is accepted.

Abstract

Language in general is a tool for communication owned by humans which comes from a system of sound symbols from the human mouth. Basic competencies are developed based on three things that are interrelated and mutually supportive in developing students' knowledge, understanding, and having the competence of listening, reading, speaking, and writing. The purpose of this study is to determine the application of the think, pair and share model in learning to write procedural texts for grade VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Karangampel in the 2024/2025 academic year. The methods used in this study are interviews and observations using a quantitative approach. The instruments used are observation sheets conducted by teachers on students, and interviews conducted by researchers with Indonesian Language Teachers at SMPN 1 Karangampel. The results of statistical calculations using the independent samples t-test, obtained t count of 3.874 and t table of 1.729. Statistical calculations using the independent samples t-test, obtained an average value in the experimental class of 72.75 which is greater than the average value in the control class of 66, indicating that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the discovery learning model inteaching poetry writing to eleventh-grade students of MAN 2 Indramayu in the2024/2025 academic year. The research employed an experimental method with anonequivalent control group design, involving class XI F5 as the experimental group(25 students) and XI F3 as the control group (35 students), selected throughpurposive sampling. Data were collected using written tests and observation sheets. The results showed an increase in the average score of the experimental class from59.5 to 83.39 after the treatment. An independent samples t-test revealed that tcount= 2.376 > ttable = 2.032, indicating that H1 was accepted. These findingsdemonstrate that applying the discovery learning model is effective in improvingstudents’ poetry writing skills while also enhancing their learning engagement.
