Abstract

This research will discuss the end of the Cold War and the important factors that influenced end of the Cold War. There is an opinion that the Cold War was actually an ideological conflict between the Soviet Union and the United States. However, conflicts between superpowers have shaped military confrontations and security policies in the post-World War II world. As a result, many countries, especially the three countries in the world, became victims of the ideological war between the United States and the Soviet Union.

Abstract

This article aims to find out how the learning planning process for history subjects is realized at SMA Negeri 4 Tangerang Regency, Banten Province. The method used in writing this article is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out by observing schools, conducting interviews with informants related to the focus, and documenting supporting matters in this article. The results and discussion obtained are: First, what are the considerations in preparing learning plans, as well as why teachers need to prepare learning plans, and the teacher's goals in preparing learning plans. Second, how is the curriculum analysis in educational level units at SMA Negeri 4 Tangerang Regency. Third, how to choose the right learning method approach according to the learning objectives. Fourth, how to develop teaching materials, learning media, LKPD, and learning evaluation instruments. Fifth, the obstacles that teachers face in preparing learning plans. Sixth, how does the teacher carry out solutions for corrective action for learning planning

Abstract

This research discusses the impact of the School Literacy Movement (GLS) at MAN 1 Pandeglang to increase students' interest in reading and literacy skills through literacy outreach every Wednesday morning. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection through interviews, observation and documentation. The results show that GLS is implemented in three stages: Habituation, Development, and Learning. Even though there is support from various parties, challenges such as a lack of reading materials and the performance of the school literacy team are obstacles. This research recommends improving facilities and program evaluation to support the success of GLS. With that, the writing of this article will discuss the problem statement: 1) What is the meaning of the School Literacy Movement (GLS) 2) How is the School Literacy Movement (GLS) implemented. 3) What is the impact of the Literacy program on MAN 1 Pandeglang students and students?
