Abstract

Kesenian debus perlu dilestarikan kepada generasi muda, utamanya mahasiswa. Hal ini agar tetap lestari. Di era globalisasi seperti dewasa ini kesenian debus terkikis lantaran desakan kebudayaan-kebudayaan modern dari luar. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk menyampaikan literasi terkait pentingnya kesenian debus beserta nilai-nilai yang terkandung di dalamnya. Nilai-nilai kesenian debus: nilai religi, nilai sosial, nilai ekonomi, dan nilai seni perlu disosialisasikan kepada mahasiswa. Metode kegiatan dilakukan dengan ceramah lewat sosialisasi. Lokasi kegiatan dilakukan di Kampus Ciwaru, Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. Kata Kunci: Tradisi, Merawat, Sejarah

Abstract

This research discusses the influence of the civil war in America that occurred in 1861-1865 and its influence on economic development in America itself. The civil war that occurred in the superpower, namely America, took place from 1861 to 1865. Known as the Civil War, this war involved states in America, namely in the southern and northern regions. Where 11 countries in the southern region have proclaimed themselves under the leadership of a president named Jefferson Davis, while the American countries in the north have proclaimed themselves as union parties with the leadership held by Abraham Lincoln. Every war definitely has positive and negative impacts on all areas within the country itself, including the economic sector in America which is affected or impacted by the civil war. Due to this war, many countries were affected or affected by the war, one of which was the region in the south which was indirectly affected or impacted by the civil war in America. The southern region in America experienced the greatest losses from the war, starting with many plantations being destroyed due to the impact of the war itself. Because the countries in southern America were most affected by the war, this region must be immediately restored because in the American region, plantations are the main economic source for the survival of the country. In studying this problem, researchers used qualitative research methods and were supported by several related literature sources that supported the research.

Abstract

This research will discuss the end of the Cold War and the important factors that influenced end of the Cold War. There is an opinion that the Cold War was actually an ideological conflict between the Soviet Union and the United States. However, conflicts between superpowers have shaped military confrontations and security policies in the post-World War II world. As a result, many countries, especially the three countries in the world, became victims of the ideological war between the United States and the Soviet Union.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of parenting on the learning behavior of students SMPN 14 Kota Serang. This type of research is qualitative. The sample in this study were students SMPN 14 Kota Serang and their parents who raised them. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results of the research data on the learning response indicators show that the respondents have a fairly good response in learning, as evidenced by a score of 270. The learning enthusiasm indicator shows that the respondents have very good learning enthusiasm, as evidenced by a score of 348. The responsible indicator shows that the respondent has a very good sense of responsibility, as evidenced by a score of 348. The technical indicator in learning shows that the respondent has excellent learning techniques, as evidenced by a score of 405. The study habit indicator shows that the respondent has a fairly good study habit, as evidenced by a score of 307. The observation and thinking indicator when studying shows that the respondent has fairly good observation and thinking when studying, as evidenced by a score of 283. On the indicator of continuous interaction of parents and children, it shows that the interaction of parents and respondents continuously is quite good, as evidenced by a score of 456. On the indicator of a series of decisions on socialization shows that respondents have a series of decisions that are quite good about socialization, as evidenced by a score of 487 The indicator of the influence of social institutions shows that the respondent has a fairly good influence of social institutions, as evidenced by a score of 283. The indicator of the influence of culture shows that the respondent has a very good cultural influence, as evidenced by a score of 376. parents have quite an effect on student learning behavior. It is proven by the responses of students SMPN 14 Kota Serang with a score of 3563.

Abstract

This research was conducted using the Inventori Tugas Perkembangan (ITP) as a data collection tool. The reseacrh utilized the result of the Inventori Tugas Perkembangan (ITP) as an application of developmental tasks for 7th-grade studen at SMPN 14 Kota Serang. In addition, the assessment results using the Inventori Tugas Perkembangan (ITP) aimed to develop guidance and counseling programs tailored to the student’s needs. The research was carried out at SMPN 14 Kota Serang, with subjects being students from classes 7D, 7E and 7F in the 2024/2025 academic year. The research aimed to collect data and analyze the needs and difficulties faced by 7th-grade students at SMPN 14 Kota Serang. Another objective was to provide an understanding of the use and benefits of the Inventori Tugas Perkembangan (ITP) as a tool to assess student needs. This research employed a descriptive quantitative method and the Inventori Tugas Perkembangan (ITP) as the data collection instrument. The researcher will present the result obtained through the Inventori Tugas Perkembangan (ITP), This research is expected to contribute to the knowleddge base and assist counselor in providing programs and services that meet the needs of students.

Abstract

The course of Islamic history on the Australian continent has undergone development over time. The entry of Islam in Australia was marked by contact between fishermen from South Sulawesi and the natives of Northern Australia around 1600. This first contact was motivated by South Sulawesi traders who were looking for sea cucumbers. The development of Islam in Australia after the contact became more widespread to form a multicultural society. This is motivated by the large number of immigrants who enter the Australian region to work and earn a living. Abstract

This study has 2 (two) objectives. The first study aims to find out the history of the arrival of the British to Australia. The second study aims to find out the influence of British colonization on the Indigenous tribe. This will reveal what kind of colonization was carried out by the British so that the Indigenous tribe was marginalized from its original area of ​​population, even its existence was almost extinct. Since the arrival of Arthur Philip in the late 18th century was the beginning of British colonization in Australia. Where at that time the Australian region was only a wilderness that the British considered the right area to be used as a shelter for British defenders. Sending settlements and civil servants to Australia. Finally, a population area was formed like a structured country that can be seen from several policies implemented by the British at that time. However, long before the arrival of the British to the Australian region, Australia had formed an indigenous Australian tribe. The method used by the researcher is historical research which has four stages: heuristic, critical, interpretation and historiography. The author utilizes library sources by searching for journals, books and others for reference.

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of classroom environment and psychological factors on English learning motivation at SMP Negeri 14 Kota Serang. A conducive classroom environment is deemed crucial in shaping students' attitudes towards using English, yet it often faces challenges such as different pronunciation from standard English and social stigma related to using a foreign language outside of classroom contexts. A qualitative research method employing in-depth interviews was used to explore students' and teachers' perceptions regarding these issues. The findings reveal that many students feel insecure and embarrassed when using English, mainly due to their different accents and negative perceptions of their surroundings. However, teacher support and an inclusive classroom atmosphere can alleviate these barriers and enhance students' motivation to learn English. These findings underscore the importance of teaching approaches that accommodate student diversity and build their confidence in using a foreign language.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji dampak positif nilai-nilai Sumpah Pemuda terhadap siswa di Jawa Barat, khususnya dalam hal nasionalisme, perilaku sosial, karakter, dan prestasi akademik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sumpah Pemuda memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap siswa dalam berbagai aspek. Hal ini mendorong siswa untuk menghargai keberagaman budaya dan simbol-simbol nasional, seperti bendera merah putih dan lagu Indonesia Raya, sebagai bagian dari identitas bangsa. Nilai-nilai Sumpah Pemuda juga berpengaruh pada perilaku sosial siswa, seperti meningkatkan rasa tanggung jawab dalam kegiatan sosial dan memperkuat empati terhadap sesama. Siswa lebih menghargai perbedaan suku, agama, dan ras, serta lebih mudah berkolaborasi dalam tugas kelompok. Sikap saling menghargai dan kerja sama ini mempererat ikatan di antara siswa. Selain itu, nilai-nilai tersebut memotivasi siswa untuk belajar dengan lebih serius, menyadari bahwa pendidikan adalah kontribusi mereka terhadap kemajuan bangsa. Semangat nasionalisme mendorong siswa untuk mengatasi tantangan akademik dan meraih prestasi tinggi. Dengan demikian, Sumpah Pemuda memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan pada pembentukan karakter dan prestasi akademik siswa.

Abstract

Pendidikan inklusif merupakan pendekatan pendidikan yang bertujuan memberikan kesempatan belajar yang setara bagi semua siswa, termasuk anak berkebutuhan khusus, dalam lingkungan sekolah umum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tantangan dan peluang implementasi pendidikan inklusif di Indonesia. Beberapa kendala yang diidentifikasi meliputi kurangnya kesiapan sekolah, minimnya kompetensi tenaga pendidik, serta dukungan sumber daya yang terbatas. Meskipun demikian, pendidikan inklusif memberikan manfaat signifikan, seperti meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, membangun keterampilan sosial, serta menumbuhkan sikap saling menghargai antar siswa. Dengan kolaborasi antara guru, orang tua, dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya, serta dukungan kebijakan yang memadai, pendidikan inklusif memiliki potensi untuk mengurangi angka putus sekolah dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan nasional. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan sekolah ramah inklusi, peningkatan pelatihan bagi tenaga pendidik, dan penyediaan fasilitas pendukung untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif bagi semua siswa.
