Abstract

This research discusses the role of the Indonesian language in supporting Indonesia's national development and the challenges faced in preserving and developing it in the era of globalization and modernization. The study employs a literature review approach to analyze the role of the Indonesian language in nation-building. The formulation of the problem includes the role of the Indonesian language in nation-building, challenges in preserving and developing this role, and strategies to strengthen the role of the Indonesian language in the digital era. The results indicate that the Indonesian language plays a crucial role in unifying the nation and enhancing national development. However, challenges such as globalization and modernization pose threats to the purity and sustainability of the Indonesian language. Therefore, increasing understanding and affection for the Indonesian language among the public need to be enhanced through formal education and the development of strategies that adapt to technological advancements and the times.

Abstract

Peran Pancasila dalam menyeimbangkan pengaruh hereditas dan lingkungan serta dalam mengarahkan kebebasan individu untuk mencapai kehidupan yang harmonis dan adil di Indonesia. Melalui metode studi literatur, penelitian ini menyoroti interaksi kompleks antara faktor-faktor tersebut dalam membentuk karakter dan perilaku individu. Pancasila, sebagai ideologi nasional, memberikan kerangka moral dan etika yang mengarahkan perilaku individu dan masyarakat, membantu menyeimbangkan pengaruh hereditas dan lingkungan, serta membimbing kebebasan individu ke arah yang positif dan konstruktif. Nilai-nilai Pancasila seperti gotong royong, keadilan sosial, persatuan, dan kebebasan yang bertanggung jawab menjadi pilar-pilar dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung pertumbuhan dan keberhasilan setiap individu tanpa memandang latar belakang mereka. Kesimpulannya, Pancasila tidak hanya menjadi panduan moral, tetapi juga instrumen kuat dalam menciptakan masyarakat yang inklusif, adil, dan sejahtera bagi semua warganya di Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of professional teacher organizations on the development of teacher professionalism in junior high schools. Teachers as professionals need a platform to improve their competence and develop themselves on an ongoing basis. Teacher professional organizations play an important role in facilitating teacher professionalism development activities. This research uses a library method by collecting and reviewing various literature sources such as books, journals, research reports and scientific articles that are relevant to the research topic. The collected data was then analyzed qualitatively to determine the influence of professional teacher organizations on the development of teacher professionalism. The research results show that professional teacher organizations make a significant contribution in improving teachers' pedagogical, personal, social and professional competencies through various activities such as training, seminars, scientific discussion forums, as well as providing the latest learning resources and information.
