Abstract

This community service program is carried out in the Ngunut area, Tulungagung Regency, with activity partner ONC. The problems faced include economic growth and technological developments emphasizing the need for ONC to remain competitive and sustainable. Tight competition in the local market, the need for updated technological knowledge, and business sustainability challenges are the main focus. Solutions carried out through the latest training provide a solid foundation for their self-development. Strategic collaboration with activity partners and analysis of new business opportunities are the foundation for developing business models that are not only innovative but also sustainable. Technology enablement and implementation of digital marketing strategies were key steps in improving ONC's operational efficiency and increasing their visibility in the tight local market. outreach on business sustainability provides better understanding for ONC members, helping them reduce environmental impacts and increase resource efficiency. As an integral part of this program, monitoring and evaluation are carried out strictly to measure the impact of each step taken. Thus, the community service program not only provides an immediate solution to the challenges ONC faces, but also forms the basis for long-term investment, supporting the growth and sustainability of their business in the future.

Abstract

This study investigates the integration of educational theories, pedagogical practices, and Islamic perspectives as a foundation for strengthening learning innovation in contemporary educational institutions. Employing a library research method with a descriptive–analytical approach, the study reviews both classical and modern sources across education and Islamic thought. The results reveal that educational theories, such as constructivism and critical pedagogy, provide conceptual frameworks that emphasize active engagement, collaboration, and critical reflection. Pedagogical practices operationalize these theories through strategies such as project-based learning, inquiry-based instruction, blended learning, and technology integration, thereby fostering creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills. Islamic perspectives further enrich these approaches by embedding ethical and spiritual dimensions into the learning process. Core principles such as amanah (trust), ‘adl (justice), and shura (consultation) guide educational management and classroom interactions, ensuring accountability, fairness, and inclusivity. Additionally, Sufi traditions such as tazkiyah al-nafs (purification of the soul) align with modern concepts of emotional intelligence, encouraging sincerity, empathy, and moral awareness. The synthesis of theories, practices, and Islamic perspectives thus produces models of learning innovation that are both contextually relevant and ethically grounded. This interdisciplinary integration fosters holistic learning environments that cultivate intellectual excellence, moral integrity, and spiritual growth, ensuring education serves as both a transformative and sustainable endeavor.

Abstract

Brand image management has an important and significant to increase the competitiveness of Islamic educational institutions, where increasingly tight competition requires a strong and positive brand image to attract prospective students, parents, and the general public. Therefore, it is necessary to design an communication strategy and involve all elements of the institution to build and maintaining a solid brand image to competitiveness in the education market. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection using in-depth interview techniques, observation and documentation. Checking the validity of the findings using the participation of researchers and triangulation. Research information from the institution's stageholders, especially the public relations administrators. The results of this study are: (1) the approach to build brand image is using social approach to the community and an interactive approach to establishing cooperative interactions with other organizations, an approach with community leaders so that they are known and trusted the wider community, (2) the method of build brand image is using direct or face-to-face meetings with the community and utilizing various media to build a positive impression in the community, (3) the technique in build brand image is using to utilizing verbal and visual media, (4) the brand image built by SDI Al Hidayah routine meetings of the institution's leadership by analyzing all programs, analyzing strengths and weaknesses, seeking and formulating consensus solutions to be followed up responsibly.

Abstract

Pembelajaran adalah suatu proses yang dilakukan oleh guru dan siswa untuk menumbuhkan dan mengembangkan wawasan, kreativitas, serta pola pikir siswa tentang suatu ilmu pengetahuan. Pembelajaran IPA di Madrasah Ibitidaiyah Sambijajar hanya mengacu kepada buku. Pada penelitian ini, penulis ingin mengetahui perbedaan kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas dan kegiatan pembelajaran dengan memanfaatkan alam sekitar khususnya pada materi jenis daun. Metodologi yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah jenis penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pembelajaran dengan pemanfaatan alam sekitar dalam materi jenis-jenis daun siswa tidak hanya hafal secara teori, tetapi mereka akan mudah mengingat sesuai dengan bentuk, nama dan ciri yang spesifik mereka temukan.
