Abstract

This community service program is carried out in the Ngunut area, Tulungagung Regency, with activity partner ONC. The problems faced include economic growth and technological developments emphasizing the need for ONC to remain competitive and sustainable. Tight competition in the local market, the need for updated technological knowledge, and business sustainability challenges are the main focus. Solutions carried out through the latest training provide a solid foundation for their self-development. Strategic collaboration with activity partners and analysis of new business opportunities are the foundation for developing business models that are not only innovative but also sustainable. Technology enablement and implementation of digital marketing strategies were key steps in improving ONC's operational efficiency and increasing their visibility in the tight local market. outreach on business sustainability provides better understanding for ONC members, helping them reduce environmental impacts and increase resource efficiency. As an integral part of this program, monitoring and evaluation are carried out strictly to measure the impact of each step taken. Thus, the community service program not only provides an immediate solution to the challenges ONC faces, but also forms the basis for long-term investment, supporting the growth and sustainability of their business in the future.

Abstract

This study discusses the effectiveness of leadership in managing religious-based educational institutions, emphasizing the role of leaders in building vision, adopting transformational leadership styles, and their ability to manage conflicts and adapt to changes. In religious-based institutions, effective leadership relies not only on managerial skills but also on the integration of religious values in decision-making. The study uses a library research approach by analyzing various relevant literatures. The results show that visionary leadership provides clear direction for institutional development, transformational leadership enhances staff motivation and performance, while adaptive capability enables institutions to remain relevant in facing globalization and technological challenges. Additionally, conflict management based on religious values becomes a crucial aspect in creating organizational harmony. These findings contribute both theoretically and practically to the management of religious-based educational institutions, aiming for sustainability and improved educational quality.

Abstract

Brand image management has an important and significant to increase the competitiveness of Islamic educational institutions, where increasingly tight competition requires a strong and positive brand image to attract prospective students, parents, and the general public. Therefore, it is necessary to design an communication strategy and involve all elements of the institution to build and maintaining a solid brand image to competitiveness in the education market. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection using in-depth interview techniques, observation and documentation. Checking the validity of the findings using the participation of researchers and triangulation. Research information from the institution's stageholders, especially the public relations administrators. The results of this study are: (1) the approach to build brand image is using social approach to the community and an interactive approach to establishing cooperative interactions with other organizations, an approach with community leaders so that they are known and trusted the wider community, (2) the method of build brand image is using direct or face-to-face meetings with the community and utilizing various media to build a positive impression in the community, (3) the technique in build brand image is using to utilizing verbal and visual media, (4) the brand image built by SDI Al Hidayah routine meetings of the institution's leadership by analyzing all programs, analyzing strengths and weaknesses, seeking and formulating consensus solutions to be followed up responsibly.

Abstract

Madrasah culture is indeed a barometer of Madrasah activities which is a measure of whether the Madrasah has a culture that produces good results for the Madrasah or vice versa a bad culture for the Madrasah, therefore MAN 1 and 4 Jombang really prioritize Madrasah Culture in increasing the competitiveness of their institutions so that the institution has an icon and good habits in everyday life at the Madrasah so as to increase the competitiveness of the Madrasah. This study aims to describeFinding and analyzing the behavior of Madrasah residents in increasing competitiveness at MAN 1 Jombang and MAN 4 Jombang and This study uses a qualitative approach with a multi-site study design. The reason the researcher chose MAN 1 Jombang and MAN 4 Jombang is because they have similarities in terms of madrasah culture in increasing competitiveness, therefore the researcher chose both institutions to be the object of research. Data collection in this study used in-depth interview techniques, observation, and documentation where the data sources were from people , documents ( paper ) and places ( place ). While the key informants in this study consisted of: the Head of Madrasah, the Deputy Curriculum and stakeholders of MAN 1 Jombang and MAN 4 Jombang who were involved. As for behavior residents of MAN 1 Jombang and MAN 4 Jombang, namely: a). Declaring madrasah activities that make madrasah residents comfortable and safe. b). Upholding the values of Islamic boarding schools in the madrasah. c). In the daily activities of madrasah residents, it has been regulated according to the madrasah culture program. d). Providing duties and functions in the behavior of madrasah residents so as to increase the competitiveness of the madrasah. e). Creating a comfortable atmosphere for madrasahs that have many madrasah activities, both intra and extra. f). Providing periodic counseling every time there will be and during activities. g). Madrasah cultural behavior is very dependent on the quality culture in both locations because the quality culture provides a rhythm of good habits in increasing the competitiveness of the madrasah. h). and also the last finding of the research on the behavior of madrasah residents is the existence of a culture of achievement and a regular bureaucratic culture from both locations, so that the behavior of madrasah residents is created with achievement and regular discipline in increasing the competitiveness of the madrasah. Abstract

Public Relations Management (PR) is a one of the influential component of education, especially in the educational management process which will later determine the success of the educational institution. Public relations is a two-way communication bridge between the school and the community, both of which complement each other and must synergize with each other in order to create feedback for the educational institution. Community participation is the main support in providing education. This is stated in the National Education System Law No. 20 of 2003, namely the importance of community participation, so educational institutions must manage it in a professional managerial manner. This research into analyze public relations management in increasing community participation in madrasa development implemented at MTs Darussalam Ariyojeding Rejotangan Tulungagung. The focus of this research is how public relations management can increase community participation in madrasa development. This research uses a qualitative approach with a multisite study design. Data collection was carried out using in-depth interview techniques, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the findings was carried out with researcher participation and triangulation. Research information from the institution's stage holders, especially public relations administrators. The research results obtained are: 1) the steps for planning a public relations work program consist of; (a) Analysis of comprehensive needs; (b) Analysis of situations and conditions; (c) Evaluation through joint deliberation. 2) Implementation of public relations management activity programs through several media; (a) Print media; (b) Visual media; (c) Audiovisual media; 3) Evaluation of the public relations management activity program is divided into 2 parts: small and large scale evaluation. Abstract

Mengelola sebuah organisasi perlu adanya motivasi dan pemahaman manajemen organisasi yang baik. Terkadang di masyarakat dan disekolah organisasi hanya dijadikan ajang kumpul dan saling sapa saja, serta yang terpenting melakukan kegiatan seperti yang sudah-sudah. Hal inilah yang menjadikan bahwa motivasi dan manajemen organisasi itu sangat penting untuk keberlangsungan organisasi di masyarakat maupun sekolah. Metode yang diterapkan dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah metode Service Learning (SL). Service-Learning atau SL merupakan aktivitas yang melibatkan pengalaman praktis, pembelajaran akademik dan keterlibatan masyarakat. Masyarakat yang dimaksud dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik di SMKN 2 Tulungagung. Sehingga mereka bisa mendapatkan manfaat langsung dari PkM tersebut. Hasil pertama dari PkM ini adalah peserta didik menjadi bersemangat dalam melakukan kegiaytan organisasi dan menjadi termotivasi dalam melakukan kegatan belajar maupun kegiatan lainnnya. Kedua adalah peserta didik semakin mahir dan paham akan tanggugjawab dalam mengelola organisasinya terkhusus OSIS SMKN 2 Tulungagung.

Abstract

Praksis bullying menurut data Federasi Serikat Guru Indonesia tahun 2023 menjadi kasus tertinggi terutama di lingkungan sekolah. Tindakan bullying sendiri melibatkan berbagai bentuk seperti kekerasan fisik, verbal, dan sosial. Kasus semacam ini tampaknya memerlukan perhatian khusus, karena setiap tahunnya selalu ada kasus bullying yang mengemuka. Salah satu upaya yang dapat ditempuh dalam mencegah bullying yakni dengan mensosialisasikan dan mengimplementasikan pendidikan empatif. Pendidikan empatif dapat menjadi solusi integral dalam mencegah perilaku bullying karena selain memberikan pemahaman mengenai perasaan dan pengalaman pribadi, di sisi lain membangun kepekaan terhadap perasaan dan perspektif orang lain sejak dini. Metode yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan ini adalah service learning. Dalam service learning ini dirancang dalam bentuk pemaparan materi, diskusi interaktif, dan sesi tanya jawab. Sasaran pengabdian masyarakat adalah Pimpinan Anak Cabang Ikatan Sarjana Nahdlatul Ulama Rejotangan yang para pengurusnya beragam latar belakang dan kebanyakan guru sekolah dasar. Harapannya para pengurus dapat menjadi agen anti bullying di lembaganya dengan mendiseminasikan serta mengimplementasikan pendidikan empatif dalam rangka mencegah perilaku bullying di lingkungan sekolah dasar. Karena pendidikan empatif dapat memengaruhi perilaku positif, meningkatkan kualitas interaksi sosial, dan membangun hubungan yang bernilai guna mencegah perilaku bullying.
