Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of internship experience and interest work and self-efficacy towards work readiness of STIE Bina Karya students in Tebing Tinggi City. The research method used is survey research quantitative approach. The research subjects consisted of 394 active students STIE Bina Karya Tebing Tinggi City. Data collection techniques use questionnaire by distributing it to STIE Bina Karya Kota Tebing Tinggi students and documentation by taking references from books, journals and other relevant sources. Data analysis uses descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption analysis, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis and coefficient testing determination. The research results show that there is an influence of experience internship, work interest and self-efficacy simultaneously influence work readiness students of STIE Bina Karya Tebing Tinggi City. This can be seen in Eq linear multiple regression is Y = 24.266 + 0.089X1 + 0.172X2 + 0.040X3. Based on the hypothesis test, it is known that the significance value (Sig.) is 0.000 < 0.05, and and obtained a coefficient of determination value of 0.598 (59.8%) so that it can be obtained It was concluded that internship experience, work interest and self-efficacy were significant together or simultaneously influence student work readiness STIE Bina Karya Tebing Tinggi City

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) The form of Islamic religious education instilled by families in children in Neighborhood 6, Satria Village, Padang Hilir District, Tebing Tinggi City (2) The role of families in instilling Islamic religious education in children in Neighborhood 6, Satria Village, Padang Hilir District, Tebing Tinggi City (3) Supporting and inhibiting factors for the role of families in instilling Islamic religious education in children in Neighborhood 6, Satria Village, Padang Hilir District, Tebing Tinggi City. This type of research uses a qualitative-descriptive research method. Data obtained through interview, observation and documentation techniques. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction techniques, data presentation, and data verification/drawing conclusions. The technique for checking the validity of the data is to use persistence/consistency and triangulation. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The form of Islamic religious education instilled by families in children in Environment 6, Satria Village, Padang Hilir District, Tebing Tinggi City is education in faith, worship, morals, and morals (adab) (2) Families, especially parents, act as educators, motivators, supervisors, role models, and providers of learning facilities for children. (3) Supporting factors are the family's economic situation, high parental education, a good community environment, parental determination, and children's enthusiasm for learning. While the inhibiting factors are a less than good environment, technological developments, parents' busyness, parents who do not understand Islamic teachings, children's low intelligence levels, and children's laziness to learn.

Abstract

This research is included in quantitative research. Quantitative research is research that uses numbers either directly taken from research results or data processed using statistical analysis. The research results show that a simple linear regression test uses the IBM SPSS version 27 for Windows tool. The results of calculating the simple regression coefficient above show that the constant coefficient value is 11.184, the independent variable coefficient (X) is 0.738. So we get the regression equation Y = 11.184 + 0.738X. The tcount value is 10,877 with a sig value. 0.001, thus it can be seen that the value of tcount (10.877) > than ttable (1.6626). Likewise, the sig value (0.001) < 0.05. So it can be concluded that Ha is accepted, meaning that there is an influence of the use of PowerPoint media on students' interest in learning in Islamic religious education subjects at SMA Negeri 1 Air Putih, Air Putih District. The Determination Coefficient can be seen from the Adjusted R Square value of 0.582 or 58%. This shows that the variable Use of PowerPoint Media (variable which were not included in this research such as learning strategies, student learning motivation, school environment and so on which were not examined in this research.

Abstract

The research results show that SMA Negeri 1 Air Putih shows a strong commitment to the values ​​of religious moderation, with a main focus on tolerance, inclusivity and respect for differences in beliefs. This approach is reflected in the formal curriculum, extracurricular activities, and social activities that encourage interfaith dialogue. Based on the learning strategy implemented by the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) Teacher at SMA Negeri 1 Air Putih in instilling the values ​​of religious moderation, the following conclusions can be drawn, namely a Holistic Approach to Learning; Interactive Learning Methods; Involvement in Extracurricular Activities; Resource Use and Collaboration; School Support and Commitment. Overall, the learning strategies implemented by Islamic Education Teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Air Putih have proven their effectiveness in instilling the values ​​of religious moderation in students. With a comprehensive, interactive approach and involving many parties, PAI teachers have succeeded in helping students understand, appreciate and internalize attitudes of tolerance and respect for religious diversity in everyday life. This is not only relevant for the educational context in schools, but also equips students with the skills necessary to live harmoniously in a multicultural and multireligious society.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Gadget Technology on the Morals of Students at Yapim Indrapura Private Vocational School, Batu Bara Regency; to determine the level of use of Gadget Technology at Yapim Indrapura Private Vocational School, Batu Bara Regency and to determine the magnitude of the contribution of Gadget Technology to the Morals of Students at Yapim Indrapura Private Vocational School, Batu Bara Regency. This study is included in quantitative research. Quantitative research is research that uses numbers either directly taken from research results or data processed using statistical analysis. The results of the study indicate that the Category of the level of use of Gadget Technology at Yapim Indrapura Private Vocational School, Batu Bara Regency is included in the moderate category, which is in the interval 35.00 - 40.20 with an average value of 37.61. The t-count value is 14.056 with a sig. value of 0.001, thus it can be seen that the t-count value (14.056) is > than t-table (2.00958). Likewise with the sig value (0.001) <0.05. So it can be concluded that Ha is accepted, meaning that there is an influence of Gadget Technology on Student Morals at SMK Swasta Yapim Indrapura, Batu Bara Regency. The Determination Coefficient can be seen from the Adjusted R Square value of 0.497 or 49.7%. This shows that the variable Use of gadget technology (variable X) can affect student morals (variable Y) by 49.7%, the remaining 50.3% (100% -49.7%) is influenced by other variables that are not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the leadership strategy of the madrasah head in improving the social competence of teachers at the Imam Muslim Private Aliyah Madrasah Islamic Boarding School Sei Rampah, Serdang Bedagai. This research uses a qualitative approach with case studies. This research uses two data sources, namely primary and secondary data with data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study include:  The strategy of the Head of Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Pondok Pesantren Imam Muslim in improving the social competence of teachers: (1) Involving  in education and training (2) Involving ustadz in MGMP activities (3) Conducting In House Training activities (4) Conducting supervision (5) Enforcing discipline (6) Motivating ustadz. Supporting and inhibiting factors in improving the social competence of ustadz: Supporting factors: (1) Good cooperation between the head of the madrasa and the ustadz. (2) Madrasah has human resources, all of which are S1 scholars. (3) The existence of motivation and encouragement to be better. (4) Good madrasah environment. (5) Many activities in support of improving the social competence of ustadz. Inhibiting factors: (1) Madrasah does not yet have facilities and infrastructure that support the social competence of ustadz to develop. (2) Madrasah has limited funds. (3) Different backgrounds of students.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in enhancing Islamic moral values in the digitalization era within the environment of SMP Swasta Plus An-Nur Mulia in Tebing Tinggi City. The rapid development of digital technology presents new challenges for educators, including PAI teachers. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings of the study indicate that digitalization has brought positive impacts on PAI learning through broader access to information, but it also presents challenges, such as the spread of negative content. PAI plays a crucial role in guiding students to use technology wisely while instilling strong moral values.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how student delinquency is detrimental to the school and themselves, and how Islamic Religious Education teachers handle juvenile delinquency in SMA Negeri 1 Bandar Khalifah by focusing on the behavior and good morals of adolescents in overcoming juvenile delinquency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach by exploring data in the field. The researcher took the research location at SMA Negeri 1 Bandar Khalifah with three data collection methods used in this study, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study showed that in SMA Negeri 1 Bandar Khalifah student delinquency was successfully overcome, the level of delinquency became lower indicating the success of overcoming delinquency in the school.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Small Group Discussion (SGD) terhadap kemampuan komunikasi siswa dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti di SMA Negeri 1 Kecamatan Air Putih Kabupaten Batu Bara. Komunikasi yang efektif merupakan unsur penting dalam proses pembelajaran, terutama dalam pendidikan Islam yang menekankan interaksi dua arah antara guru dan siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan dan bersifat deskriptif-analitis. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 87 siswa yang dipilih menggunakan rumus Slovin dari populasi 639 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket dan observasi, sedangkan analisis data mencakup uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, linieritas, serta regresi linear sederhana menggunakan IBM SPSS versi 27. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model SGD diterapkan secara efektif dan memperoleh respon positif dari siswa. Nilai rata-rata kemampuan komunikasi siswa tergolong tinggi setelah penerapan model SGD. Hasil uji regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara model SGD terhadap kemampuan komunikasi siswa dengan nilai signifikansi 0,025 < 0,05. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Small Group Discussion berpengaruh positif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jarak tempuh ke sekolah terhadap tingkat kedisiplinan siswa di Madrasah Aliyah Swasta (MAS) Al-Washliyah Desa Pakam. Kedisiplinan siswa merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran, dan jarak tempuh diduga menjadi salah satu faktor eksternal yang memengaruhi tingkat kedisiplinan tersebut.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam  penelitian ini berjumlah 97 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket, kemudian dianalisis dengan uji regresi sederhana serta uji t dan uji F untuk mengukur signifikansi pengaruh.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jarak tempuh memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap tingkat kedisiplinan siswa, dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi uji t sebesar < 0,001, yang berarti lebih kecil dari 0,05. Secara simultan, hasil uji F juga menunjukkan signifikansi sebesar 0,001, yang memperkuat bukti bahwa jarak tempuh berpengaruh secara keseluruhan terhadap kedisiplinan siswa. Koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,033 menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi jarak tempuh dalam menjelaskan variasi kedisiplinan siswa hanya sebesar 3,3%, sedangkan 96,7% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dianalisis dalam penelitian ini.Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa jarak tempuh merupakan faktor yang berpengaruh, namun bukan satu-satunya faktor dominan. Diperlukan perhatian dari pihak sekolah dan orang tua dalam membantu siswa mengelola waktu dan akses ke sekolah agar tidak mengganggu kedisiplinan mereka.
