Abstract

Abstract Generation Z and Alpha, born in the digital era, face unique challenges in an ever-evolving technological environment. This article aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the relevant concepts, models, and strategies of Christian leadership within this digital generation's context. With a focus on Generation Z and Alpha, this research explores the impact of implementing Christian leadership in addressing the dynamics of the digital era. Through a literature review approach, this article identifies crucial stages in qualitative research, including topic identification, literature search and selection, analysis, synthesis, and interpretation of findings. The results show that the concept of Christian leadership, emphasizing spiritual service and Gospel testimony, is highly relevant in facing the challenges of this digital generation. Innovative and adaptive leadership strategies, such as utilizing digital platforms to build online communities and strengthen authentic relationships, are found effective in reaching Generation Z and Alpha. The application of Christian leadership models also provides both short-term and long-term positive impacts, including spiritual guidance, church community strengthening, and empowering young leaders. Overall, this research makes a significant theoretical and practical contribution to the development of effective and relevant Christian leadership strategies in the digital era while upholding the values and teachings of Christ. Abstract

This study aims to explore the perspective of pastoral counseling in dealing with adolescents aged 15-18 years who experience insecurity, which can potentially affect their mental growth in the school environment. This research method uses a qualitative method with a library research approach. The study in the article covers several important aspects, including the description of insecurity in adolescents, the challenges faced in mental growth in that age range, the impact of unstable mental growth, the role of pastoral counseling in overcoming feelings of insecurity experienced by adolescents, and pastoral counseling strategies that can be applied. In the social and psychological context of adolescents, insecurity can be one of the complex problems and has a significant impact on their mental well-being. This study provides in-depth insights into the important role of pastoral counseling in helping adolescent students overcome insecurity and strengthen the mental development of adolescent students. The pastoral counseling perspective recognizes the importance of the spiritual dimension in adolescent life. Through this approach, pastoral counseling is able to help adolescents explore their values, beliefs, and meaning in life. They can also develop healthy coping skills, improve self-understanding, and create solid relationships with themselves and interaction relationships with others. Pastoral mentoring can provide youth with a safe space to talk about their concerns, feel heard, and gain a deep understanding of their identities and values.

Abstract

Early childhood Christian education is an effort to form children's awareness from an early age in fostering a passion for learning to fill and develop themselves, so that they have the capacity, skills and skills to fear God. The purpose of writing this article is to explain the importance of the role of Christian PAUD teachers as liaisons in increasing early childhood interest in learning. The writing method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature review method using books, journal articles and internet websites as references. The results of this study are that through the role of teachers as liaisons they can bring about changes in children who encourage them to seriously participate in the process of teaching and learning activities at school. Therefore, the teacher's role includes: 1) creating independent learning, 2) creating practical learning, 3) creating democratic learning, 4) creating ideal learning, 5) providing appreciation.
