Abstract

Globalization as a fast-growing interdependence and connection in the world of trade and finance. Globalization is not only limited to the phenomenon of trade and financial flows that are growing increasingly widespread, this is due to other trends driven by communication. What are the challenges and opportunities for the development of economic globalization in business law in Indonesia? 1) Competition regulation, business law regulates fair competition and prohibits business practices that harm consumers or competitors. This ensures that the market remains healthy and prevents monopolies that harm the economy. Contracts and contract law. 2) Business law governs the creation, interpretation, and enforcement of contracts. This provides legal certainty for parties involved in business transactions and allows contractors to rely on contract fulfillment. 3) Banking and financial arrangements, regulation and supervision of all such financial activities shall be carried out with integrity. 4) Protection of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). Business law protects copyrights, patents, trademarks, and industrial designs that encourage innovation and the creation of new goods and services. It provides incentives to companies and individuals to invest in research and development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini, bertujuan untuk memberikan bentuk-bentuk pelayanan konseling pastoral terhadap remaja Kristen yang malas membaca Alkitab. Peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui pendekatan studi kepustakaan serta wawancara. Sementara itu, hasil penelitian dari bentuk-bentuk pelayanan konseling pastoral menunjukan bahwa remaja Kristen diharapkan dapat membaca Alkitab secara intens melalui pendekatan, 1) supportive-counseling yang mendukung remaja Kristen untuk berubah dan mengubah pola pikir yang salah, 2) confrontational-counseling menyadarkan akibat dari kemalasan , dan 3) educative-counseling pelayanan yang mendorong pada perbaikan perilaku serta kembali beradaptasi dengan kebiasaan baru, serta 4) spiritual-counseling dengan meningkatkan pertumbuhan rohani pada remaja Kristen.

Abstract

    Soren Kierkegaard stated that in order to know the truth, individuals in the masses must experience God personally or experience and realize subjective experiences, not just practical theoretical ones based on the encouragement of the masses. This research aims to determine Kierkegaard's perspective regarding being an authentic individual, even though he is among the masses, in this case using qualitative methods with a library research approach. The data in this research is descriptive, based on the collection of literature studies. The results of this research are that, just as mass phenomena cannot be avoided, they can be responded to properly so as not to be carried away by mass currents. 1) Mass currents are a manifestation of individuals who fail to touch the relationships of their subjective experiences, 2) Being authentic is harmony between actions and subjective relationships of individuals, 3) Appreciation of subjective relationships that are based on God will help to avoid various falsehoods and lead to the truth true.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and provide appropriate teaching methods for Christian Religious Education (PAK) teachers to help visually impaired students in learning. Because there are still Christian religious education teachers in teaching the visually impaired only use conventional methods (lectures) which are monotonous and less interesting. As a result, students often feel bored and have difficulty understanding the learning material. For this reason, this research uses a qualitative method with a literature research approach. Data was collected by reviewing various literature, articles, books, and related sources of information. The results show that Christian Religious Education teachers can use several teaching methods that are suitable for the characteristics of visually impaired students, such as the lecture method, question and answer method, discussion method, and drill method. In addition, Christian Religious Education teachers must give special attention, guide, and motivate blind students to help them learn. The conclusion of this research is that Christian Religious Education teachers must be able to apply a variety of appropriate and interesting teaching methods in an innovative, creative, and versatile manner to optimize the learning experience of blind students, making learning more effective and enjoyable. Appropriate teaching methods and supportive approaches significantly improve students' engagement and understanding of the teaching materials.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the perspective of pastoral counseling in dealing with adolescents aged 15-18 years who experience insecurity, which can potentially affect their mental growth in the school environment. This research method uses a qualitative method with a library research approach. The study in the article covers several important aspects, including the description of insecurity in adolescents, the challenges faced in mental growth in that age range, the impact of unstable mental growth, the role of pastoral counseling in overcoming feelings of insecurity experienced by adolescents, and pastoral counseling strategies that can be applied. In the social and psychological context of adolescents, insecurity can be one of the complex problems and has a significant impact on their mental well-being. This study provides in-depth insights into the important role of pastoral counseling in helping adolescent students overcome insecurity and strengthen the mental development of adolescent students. The pastoral counseling perspective recognizes the importance of the spiritual dimension in adolescent life. Through this approach, pastoral counseling is able to help adolescents explore their values, beliefs, and meaning in life. They can also develop healthy coping skills, improve self-understanding, and create solid relationships with themselves and interaction relationships with others. Pastoral mentoring can provide youth with a safe space to talk about their concerns, feel heard, and gain a deep understanding of their identities and values.

Abstract

Progress of the times brings digital technology. Most homo digitalis fail to respond to this. As a result, homo digitalis created a storm in the digital world. The widespread distribution, consumption of hoax news and brutality have even led to banality. This research uses a research method with library research, after being collected theoretically and arranged systematically, then the researcher uses the hermeneutic method. Socratic dialectics leads to balancing relationships, while at the same time responding to the tempest of homo digitalis. Of course, critical thinking will prevent the provocation of wrong information. By implementing Socratic dialectics, 1) Homo digitalis awakens from its deep sleep of the shackles of "banality". 2) By consistently realizing the virtue of "arate", it will deliver to a good soul "eudaimonia". 3) A good soul is obtained from good knowledge, good knowledge leads to good actions; Good actions that are habitual will become good character.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang perspektif pendidikan agama Kristen terhadap teori Pavlov mengenai cara belajar classical conditioning. Dalam teorinya Pavlov tidak mengakui bahwa manusia memiliki roh dalam teorinya. Pavlov menyamakan manusia seperti binatang yang hanya terdiri dari tubuh dan pikiran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami siapa manusia sebagai makhluk hidup dan perbedaannya dengan makhluk lain. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa manusia merupakan makhluk yang unik dan mulia diantara makhluk lain (Mzm. 139:13-14). Manusia, makhluk yang terdiri dari roh, jiwa dan tubuh (1 Tes. 5:23), sehingga manusia menjadi makhluk yang memiliki hidup kekal setelah kematian di bumi saat ini. Manusia adalah ciptaan Allah yang sempurna diantara ciptaan-Nya, karena manusia diciptakan segambar dan serupa dengan Allah (Kej. 1:26-27). Selain itu, Allah memberi kuasa kepada manusia untuk memelihara dan menjaga makhluk hidup lainnya (binatang dan tumbuhan) juga bumi ini. Inilah keunikan manusia sebagai makhluk progresif yang harus berjuang untuk mencapai tujuan hidup, yaitu memuliakan atau menyenangkan hati Allah.

Abstract

Adapun tujuan dalam artikel ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman yang komprehensif terkait bagaimana peran guru PAK dalam mengemban Missio Dei di zaman post-modern melalui pembelajaran PAK di sekolah. Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif pendekatan studi kepustakaan; melalui jurnal-jurnal dan buku-buku yang bereputasi baik. Sementara itu, hasil temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah peran guru PAK dalam misio dei di sekolah; pertama, pendidik mengutamakan otoritas Alkitab di sekolah. Guru PAK harus mengajarkan bahwa Alkitab adalah sumber moralitas, iman, dan aspek kehidupan lainnya. Kedua, pendidik memperkenalkan pribadi Tuhan Yesus Kristus di sekolah. Karena Yesus adalah jalan, kebenaran, dan hidup, orang dapat memperoleh pengenalan yang benar tentang pribadi dan karya Allah (Yohanes 1:18; 14:6). Pendidik akan dapat lebih memahami kehendak Allah. Pendidik yang merasa terpanggil harus terlibat dalam proses PAK, yaitu memiliki keterpanggilan untuk mewujudkan tanda-tanda kerajaan Tuhan dalam kehidupan pribadinya atau dalam sekolah harus mengajarkan hal tersebut di zaman post-modern.
