Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji peran prinsip-prinsip Alquran dalam proses pemberdayaan masyarakat di Pondok Cabe Udik. Dengan mengintegrasikan analisis konten kitab suci Alquran dan data lapangan yang diperoleh selama periode Januari 2022 hingga Desember 2022, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengeksplorasi kontribusi yang diberikan oleh teks-teks keagamaan dalam membentuk kerangka kerja sosial dan ekonomi di wilayah tersebut. Dalam konteks pemberdayaan masyarakat, penekanan pada nilai-nilai Alquran seperti keadilan, solidaritas, dan tanggung jawab sosial menjadi vital. Prinsip-prinsip ini tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai pedoman moral, tetapi juga sebagai motor penggerak dalam berbagai inisiatif yang bertujuan meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat setempat. Misalnya, melalui program berbasis komunitas yang merangkul visi pembangunan berkelanjutan, masyarakat di Pondok Cabe Udik telah berhasil mengimplementasikan proyek pengentasan kemiskinan yang align dengan ajaran Alquran. Melalui pendekatan partisipatif, penelitian ini juga mengungkap bagaimana masyarakat tempatan mengambil inspirasi dari ajaran Alquran dalam praktik kehidupan sehari-hari, menciptakan suasana saling membantu dan berbagi sumber daya. Misalnya, kelompok-kelompok masyarakat yang dibentuk untuk mendukung usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) didasari oleh kebersamaan yang diajarkan dalam ajaran Islam, yang mendukung individu dalam memperkuat kapasitas ekonomi mereka. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa teks-teks suci tidak hanya dibaca, tetapi juga diterapkan secara praktis, memberikan semangat kolektif untuk mencapai pertumbuhan sosial dan ekonomi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini tidak hanya berfokus pada analisis kandungan Alquran, tetapi juga menganalisis interaksi yang dinamis antara aspek keagamaan dan kehidupan masyarakat. Hasil dari kajian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi penting bagi penelitian-penelitian selanjutnya serta bagi pengambil kebijakan untuk merumuskan strategi pemberdayaan yang lebih efektif, berbasis padanilai-nilai spiritual yang terintegrasi dengan kebutuhan dan aspirasi lokal.

Abstract

Studies on al-mutasyâbih al-lafzhî in Qur’anic scholarship have generally exhibited repetitive analytical patterns and limited engagement with underexplored classical works. This study aims to examine the method and systematic structure of taujîh al-mutasyâbih al-lafzhî in Milâk al-Ta’wîl by Ibn al-Zubair al-Ghornâthî, and to investigate the semantic implications derived through linguistic and munâsabah approaches. The research is motivated by long-standing scholarly debates concerning the meanings of repeated or lexically similar Qur’anic verses, ranging from views that generalize identical meanings to those asserting absolute semantic differences. Employing library research with a descriptive-analytical method, this study uses Milâk al-Ta’wîl as the primary source, supported by classical works of ‘ulûm al-Qur’ân and tafsir literature. The findings reveal that Milâk al-Ta’wîl represents a pioneering contribution to the discipline of taujîh al-mutasyâbihât al-lafzhiyyah, characterized by a thematic method, dialogical structure, and arrangement following the tartîb al-mushaf. The identified semantic implications not only offer interpretative variations but also function as mechanisms for integrating meanings among similar verses, demonstrating the precision of Qur’anic diction, and preventing perceptions of semantic contradiction. This study contributes an alternative analytical model for understanding al-mutasyâbih al-lafzhî in Qur’anic interpretation.

Abstract

Environmental education plays a crucial role in modern curricula, emphasizing sustainability and ecological responsibility to address global challenges. This study compares faith-based and secular environmental education strategies, focusing on how theological reflection and ecological consciousness are integrated into teaching frameworks. Faith-based schools, particularly those rooted in Christianity and Islam, incorporate ecological ethics within religious teachings, framing environmental stewardship as a moral and spiritual duty. In contrast, secular models prioritize scientific literacy and environmental problem-solving. The study reveals that faith-based models promote both scientific understanding and moral engagement with environmental issues through religious values like Imago Dei (in Christian schools) and khalifah (in Islamic schools). These values instill a sense of moral accountability, motivating students to act sustainably. The research also highlights how curriculum design, teacher involvement, and experiential learning contribute to the effectiveness of both models in fostering ecological responsibility. By comparing these approaches, the study proposes an integrative eco-theological pedagogical framework that combines the strengths of both methods to promote long-term commitment to sustainability. The findings have implications for educational policy, curriculum development, and teacher training, especially in pluralistic school settings where diverse perspectives must be considered. Integrating ecological ethics into education can cultivate a generation committed to sustainability and ethical responsibility.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengkaji pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui perspektif Al-Qur'an dengan penekanan pada peningkatan kohesi sosial di Kelurahan Petukangan Selatan. Penelitian lapangan dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik sampling purposive dan instrumen wawancara mendalam serta observasi partisipatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan masyarakat berbasis nilai-nilai Al-Qur'an berkontribusi signifikan terhadap terbentuknya kohesi sosial, peningkatan rasa saling percaya, dan penguatan identitas keagamaan di tingkat komunitas. Temuan ini didukung oleh telaah literatur dan data empiris yang diperoleh di lapangan, serta memberikan rekomendasi praktis bagi pemangku kebijakan dan praktisi pemberdayaan masyarakat. Studi ini menyoroti pentingnya peran Al-Qur'an dalam merumuskan strategi pemberdayaan masyarakat yang berbasis nilai dan norma sosio-kultural, khususnya di lingkungan Kelurahan Petukangan Selatan. Dengan mengintegrasikan perspektif keislaman dan prinsip-prinsip pemberdayaan masyarakat, penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya peran Al-Qur'an sebagai sumber inspirasi dalam merancang kebijakan komunitas yang efektif, responsif, dan berkelanjutan. Sejalan dengan tujuan strategis dalam meningkatkan kohesi sosial, temuan ini diharapkan dapat mendorong refleksi mendalam dan inovasi dalam program-program pemberdayaan masyarakat berbasis keagamaan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada wacana akademis dan praktik lapangan dengan menyajikan model konseptual pemberdayaan masyarakat yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Al-Qur'an dan meningkatkan kohesi sosial secara signifikan. Diharapkan, penelitian lanjutan dapat memperluas cakupan studi dan menguji relevansi model ini di konteks geografis dan kultural yang berbeda.

Abstract

This study examines the existence and variations of Qur'anic verses inscribed on tombs in the Java region. With a rich historical background, the area is a silent witness to the process of acculturation that results in a unique cultural identity, where Islam interacts with local traditions. Historical and cultural studies were carried out using textual analysis methods and epigraphic field documentation, which allowed researchers to collect data from various burial sites as well as document this phenomenon in more depth. The research aims to uncover the historical background, context of the spread of Islam, and the dynamics of Javanese culture which is reflected through the variations of Qur'anic verses on tomb inscriptions. By examining these variations, we can see how the Javanese people interpret Islamic teachings in the context of their local beliefs and practices. The findings of this study show that there is an interaction between Islamic traditions and local culture, where religious values are combined with symbols of beliefs and social structures of Javanese society. The results of the epigraphic analysis reveal the existence of variations in the writing and interpretation of verses that have important implications for the study of cultural history and the spread of Islam in Indonesia. In addition, this study also provides insight into the shift in social values that occur in the transmission of Islamic teachings to Javanese society. This process involves not only the spiritual aspect, but also the much broader social and cultural effects, which have shaped the way of life of people throughout the ages. By delving deeper into the variations of Qur'anic verses on the inscriptions, we can understand how the community adapted and embraced the teachings of this new religion, creating a synthesis between local faith and tradition that continues to this day.
