Abstract

Menjelang Pemilihan Umum, Anies Baswedan melakukan kunjungan ke berbagai daerah dan tindakan ini dianggap oleh sebagian orang sebagai kampanye politik. Anies Baswedan pada 2 Desember 2022 di Masjid Baiturrahman Kota Banda Aceh diduga melakukan penandatanganan petisi dukungan untuk dirinya sebagai calon presiden 2024. Anies Baswedan dianggap telah melakukan curi start kampenye politik. Hal ini kemudian menjadi pemberitaan yang ramai diperbincangkan. Pemberitaan dilakukan oleh semua jenis media termasuk portal pemberitaan Media Onlie yaitu Detik.Com. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Bulan Desember 2022. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana realitas (peristiwa, aktor, kelompok atau apa saja) yang terdapat dalam pemberitan curi start kampanye Anies Baswedan menjadi calon presiden 2024 dibingkai oleh media. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Fokus penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan pemberitaan curi start kampanye Anies Baswedan menjadi calon presiden tahun 2024 di media Detik.com. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan melakukan observasi terkait pemberitaan curi start kampanye mulai tanggal 7 – 16 Desember 2022. Teknis analisis framing yang digunakan menggunakan model Entman yaitu: Define Problems (Pendefinisian Masalah), Diagnose Causes (Memperkirakan Penyebab Masalah), Make Moral Judgement (Membuat Keputusan Moral) dan Treatment Recommendation (Menekankan Penyelesaian). Hasil Penelitian yang diperoleh berdasarkan analisis framing terhadap 6 berita yaitu, berita-berita tersebut sudah sesuai dengan konsep framing yang dikemukakan Robert N. Entman. Berita memenuhi keempat elemen yang dapat ditemui dalam teks berita.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, work motivation, and work environment on employee performance. The respondent of this study were bank employee in Jakarta with a total sample of 100 respondent. This study uses multiple linear regression and coefficient of determination. The Result of this study conclude that work discipline partially affects employee performance. Partially, work motivation has no effect on employee performance, and partially the work environment has an effects on employee performance. And Work Discipline, Work Motivation, and work Environment has an effect on employee Performance.

Abstract

This research aims to see the use of public communication through Instagram, knowledge, and behavior of the community in plastic waste management. The results showed that the Medan Tuntungan sub-district government had carried out public communication in the very effective category, knowledge of plastic waste management in the good category and community behavior in plastic waste management was effective. The results of simple linear regression analysis to test the relationship between public communication through Instagram on public knowledge in plastic waste management show there is a positive and significant influence with a correlation coefficient of 0.826. If the correlation coefficient value is converted to the Guilford scale, it is known that the correlation between variables is in the very strong category. The results of simple linear regression analysis to test the relationship between public communication through Instagram on public behavior in plastic waste management show a positive and significant influence between with a correlation coefficient of 0.707. If the correlation coefficient value is converted to the Guilford scale, it is known that the correlation coefficient is in the strong category.

Abstract

Technology is advancing at a quick pace, which means that we need experienced teachers who can create engaging, digital-based lesson plans in addition to being skilled at teaching to students' needs. In order to improve the proficiency of the teachers at the Madani Middle and High School integrated schools in Depok, a community program based on the Science and Technology Implementation Service was implemented. The outcomes of this community service, which combined theory and practice, demonstrated that training in creating instructional media using the Prezi application, particularly for language learning, was able to enhance teachers' proficiency in using technology-based teaching tools. Keywords - digital competence, teaching media, Prezi   Abstrak Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi yang pesat, dibutuhkan guru berpengalaman yang dapat membuat rencana pembelajaran berbasis digital yang menarik serta terampil dalam melakukan pembelajaran yang sesuai kebutuhan siswa. Dalam rangka meningkatkan kemahiran para pengajar di sekolah terpadu SMP dan SMA Madani di Depok, dilaksanakan program Pengabdian Penerapan Iptek berbasis Masyarakat (PPIBM). Hasil dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang menggabungkan teori dan praktik ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan pembuatan media pembelajaran dengan menggunakan aplikasi Prezi khususnya untuk pembelajaran bahasa mampu meningkatkan kemahiran guru dalam menggunakan perangkat pengajaran berbasis teknologi. Abstract

Tokopedia with the official name PT Tokopedia is a startup in the field of electronic commerce that was founded on February 6, 2009 and officially launched to the public on August 17, 2009. Has a vision to build a Super Ecosystem where anyone can start and find anything and has a mission to achieve economic equality digital. In this study, the author uses a qualitative descriptive research methodology with a semiotic analysis approach. As a descriptive study, this research only describes the situation or discourse, does not look for relationships, does not test hypotheses or make predictions. The data in this study is qualitative data (data that is without numbers or numbers), so the data are substantive categories which are then interpreted. Based on the results of research on the concept of freedom in the Tokopedia advertisement version of human freedom, #Celebrate Your Freedom is identical with seeing humans as having independence and freedom in determining their life journey. Tokopedia presents another side of freedom that you can find in each of its services. No exception when we dare to dream, free when we are not afraid to take steps to create opportunities. With the same spirit, Tokopedia was born to help as many people as possible to freely create opportunities without having to be afraid of limitations, whatever they may be.
