Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kemampuan kerja, stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Kantor Pusat CU Sumber Kasih Teraju. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan metode asosiatif. Sumber data primer diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner dengan teknik sampling jenuh dan responden yang mengembalikan kuesioner sebanyak 49 dari total 49 responden. Data sekunder diperoleh dari data yang diberikan oleh pihak manajemen Kantor Pusat CU Sumber Kasih Teraju. Pengolahan data yang terkumpul menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji koefisien determinasi, uji regresi linear berganda, uji F dan uji t. Hasil pengujian memperlihatkan bahwa kemampuan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study was conducted to find out the extent to which organizational culture, job training, and motivation affect employee performance at Credit Union in Pontianak City. The research data was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires and processed using the SPSS version 25 (Statistical Program for Social Science) program. Data analysis was carried out using the Likert scale, a classical assumption test that included normality, linearity, and heteroscedasticity tests, and continued with multiple linear regression tests, determination coefficients, and hypothesis tests (F test and t test). The results of the validity test showed that all instruments in the independent variable (X) and the dependent variable (Y) were declared valid. Furthermore, the results of the t-test show that organizational culture (X1) has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Meanwhile, job training (X2) actually shows a negative influence on performance. The motivation (X3) has been proven to have a positive effect on employee performance at Credit Union in Pontianak City.

Abstract

Pengembangan sumber daya manusia merupakan aspek krusial bagi UMKM di wilayah perbatasan untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan membentuk citra (branding) produk lokal. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan pelatihan guna meningkatkan kapasitas SDM bagi pelaku UMKM di wilayah perbatasan. Melalui program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini sebagai upaya peningkatan kemampuan SDM, diharapkan dapat menciptakan produk berkualitas yang mampu bersaing di pasar domestik maupun mancanegara serta membentuk brand image yang kuat bagi produk lokal wilayah perbatasan Indonesia-Malaysia, Kecamatan Jagoi Babang Kabupaten Bengkayang Kalimantan Barat. Kegiatan ini mencakup serangkaian pelatihan, mulai dari pengembangan kompetensi SDM dalam hal kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi dan pemantapan pemahaman budaya lokal dan produk yang dihasilkan. Melalui program ini, UMKM perbatasan akan memperoleh bekal pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang memadai untuk mengembangkan usaha mereka secara berkelanjutan dan meningkatkan daya saing di era globalisasi.

Abstract

Regional head elections are a democratic agenda that is carried out directly as mandated by the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. Based on the Election Vulnerability Index of the Indonesian Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu RI), West Sumatra Province is classified as a vulnerable area, with Pasaman Regency as the only regency holding the 2020 Pilkada with a single candidate pair. This condition raises the issue of equal treatment between single candidate pairs and blank columns in the implementation of the campaign. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Article 9 of the Indonesian General Elections Commission Regulation Number 14 of 2015 by the Pasaman Regency KPU and identify obstacles to its implementation. The research method used is empirical juridical with qualitative analysis. The results of the study indicate that the Pasaman Regency KPU has implemented the provisions of Article 9 of the Indonesian General Elections Commission Regulation Number 14 of 2015 in the 2020 Simultaneous Pilkada. However, its implementation faces various obstacles, including the lack of legal regulations regarding the position of blank column volunteers, campaign techniques, campaign props, campaign funding, as well as the regulation of witnesses and vote count recapitulation for blank columns.
