Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance parents' educational literacy in supporting their children's development through a training session on making homemade, natural playdough. The activity was conducted at TK Muslimat NU 294 Ya-Taman Manyarejo Gresik using the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach. The results indicate that the training not only improved parents’ understanding of safe play materials and the importance of fine motor stimulation but also encouraged their active involvement in the children’s learning process at home. Additionally, the training strengthened collaboration between the school and families and created a more participatory learning environment. The homemade playdough was also perceived as safer, more economical, and environmentally friendly. Parents appreciated the practical and applicable solutions provided for use with their children at home. These findings highlight the importance of implementing similar programs in other early childhood education institutions to foster a safer, more enjoyable, and holistic learning environment. Abstract

Salah satu desa yang menjadi sasaran kegiatan KKN Kolaboratif oleh Kelompok 147 adalah Desa Gambirono, Kecamatan Bangsalsari. Adapun salah satu tema unggulan yang paling disoroti saat ini yakni masalah stunting. Mahasiswa KKN kolaboratif kelompok 147 melakukan riset di bawah naungan pemerintah kabupaten Jember terhadap jumlah balita yang terverifikasi stunting di Desa Gambirono, Kecamatan Bangsalsari. Tercatat di Desa Gambirono terdapat 43 balita mengalami stunting pada tahun 2024. Terjadinya stunting dapat disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor seperti ekonomi dan pendidikan. Salah satu bentuk pengabdian mahasiswa KKN di Desa Gambirono atas permasalahan stunting yakni melakukan kegiatan sosialisasi cegah stunting dan pemberian makanan tambahan berupa susu kedelai untuk mengurangi angka balita stunting yang ada di desa Gambirono, Kecamatan Bangsalsari. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan sosialiasi. Setelah diadakan kegiatan sosialisasi bebas stunting dan pembagian PMT (susu kedelai) ini, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat serta membantu desa dalam mengurangi angka stunting

Abstract

This research is motivated by the demands of digital transformation in junior high school learning that still occurs inequity in planning and structured change management by teachers. This study aims to analyze change management strategies towards digital schools: a case study of the SEMPADA BERDASI program at SMP Negeri 2 Pamekasan. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study research design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, digital platform observations, and documentation, then a descriptive qualitative analysis was conducted with a case study design. The results show that SMPN 2 Pamekasan has implemented a good change management strategy in conventional schools into a digital school innovation, this program is a digital platform that continues to operate along with the development of the technological era, but currently has not integrated other digital innovation media. The decline in learning enthusiasm and moral quality, has become a stakeholder innovation to create innovations regarding digital schools. Students are captivated by the convenience of the digital era, making it easier for teachers to apply these learning media. Overall, this study confirms the need for strengthening school policies, strategic planning, human resource management, and the organization of those tasked with operating digital platforms. If all these are met properly, the SEMPADA BERDASI program will be more effective and sustainable with increasingly sophisticated innovations in junior high schools.
