Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the quality of academic administration and students services in IAIN Bengkulu. The sampling technique was done by using purposive sampling, where in this case, the selected respondents are students who use the services of Academic Administration and Student Affairs who are active students from the beginning until the end of the semester with a sample size obtained that consists of 100 respondents. The data analysis was performed by using multiple linear regression analysis results from several related quality of academic administrative services obtained that the better the quality of Academic and Student Administration services, the higher satisfaction of students of the Faculty of Islamic Economy will be.

Abstract

This COVID-19 case can affect macroeconomic aspects in general. In this journal, aspects of previously published by McKibbin and Wilcoxen will be developed of Warwick McKibbin and Roshen Fernando. In this Journal will analyze sharia management on transactions using money by the Central Bank, nominal wages and financial policy. The journal uses qualitative research methods with natural research methods because the research is conducted in natural conditions. The findings of this study are First, transactions using the central bank. The concept of Islamic economics, transactions using official money issued by the government. money is used in transactions for activities that work and works as a precaution in an emergency conversation. Second, the nominal payment has been realized properly in accordance with the Islamic economy, it can be seen from the policies set by the government and related ministries. The third concerning economic policy has objectives related to Islamic economics. For further research, it is expected to conduct research on asset accounts and fund flows and the merging of two different models between households and companies so that aspects of McKibbin and Wilcoxen can be full analyzed.

Abstract

This study seeks to analyze government policies in relation to the economic recovery of the economy due to the COVID-19 pandemic, especially in the agricultural sector and MSMEs.The research method used in this study is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The results of the study are that the National Economic Recovery Program (PEN) has a positive impact on the MSME sector during the COVID-19 pandemic as a policy step taken by the government to support the recovery of the national economy, especially the MSME sector which has a significant contribution. Policy stimulus for handling the MSME sector pandemic, which includes delays in principal and interest for MSMEs and UMi, subsidies for loan interest and UMi, tax incentives for MSMEs, guarantees for working capital loans for MSMEs, Regional Incentive Funds (DID), inclusion of banks and productive banpres are strategies for rescuing perpetrators. MSME efforts to be able to survive during the pandemic and increase MSME productivity and performance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the strategy for Sharia Banking Study Program Students to become Banking Employees. This research is field research, using a descriptive qualitative approach. The data sources used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. This research data collection used observation, interview and documentation techniques. The research results show that students have significant opportunities, such as Islamic religious background, knowledge of sharia banking products, product marketing skills, and the application of morals in everyday interactions. On the other hand, threats to students include banks' lack of priority towards graduates with a sharia banking educational background, recruitment policies that prioritize physical appearance, and limited information about available recruitment. To overcome this challenge, students can apply strategies such as utilizing experience and knowledge from lectures and field work practices, increasing understanding of sharia banking principles through organizational activities to train public speaking, seminars, partnership program training from sharia banks for students, and being active in seeking recruitment through social media. Thus, opportunities, anticipating threats, and implementing the right strategies can help students increase their chances of becoming sharia bank employees.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in Indonesia's economy, particularly in the tourism area of Pantai Panjang, Bengkulu. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the development of MSMEs in this region, focusing on their potential, challenges, and the impact of the tourism sector on business sustainability. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews and field surveys with MSME actors, tourists, and local communities. The findings reveal that MSMEs in Pantai Panjang have significant potential, especially in the fields of culinary, souvenirs, and handicrafts. However, they face challenges such as limited managerial skills, marketing capabilities, infrastructure, and access to capital. The COVID-19 pandemic also had a substantial impact on this sector, although some MSME actors successfully adapted by utilizing digital technology. The study suggests the need for government and tourism sector support in the form of skill training, capital access, and infrastructure development to ensure the sustainability and growth of MSMEs in the Pantai Panjang tourism area.

Abstract

Zakat adalah salah satu rukum Islam, zakat merupakan mengeluarkan Sebagian tertentu dari harta tertentu sampai nisab kepada orang yang berhak menerimanya dan merupakan kewajiban umat islam yang telah ditetapkan oleh Al-Quran, sunnah nabi dan ijma’ para ulama. Kabupaten Empat Lawang Desa Sarang Bulan memiliki persawahan yang cukup luas maka Sebagian Masyarakat penghasilannya dari hasil pertanian, akan tetapi petani belum memahami tentang zakat pertanian maka mereka masih sangat kurang dalam mengamalkan zakat pertanian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pemahaman Masyarakat Desa Sarang Bulan Kecamatan Pendopo Kabupaten Empat Lawang Provinsi Sumatera Selatan Terhadap Zakat Pertanian Padi. Penelitian ini mengunakan Metode kualitatif,data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari data primer dan data sekunder. Dalam mengumpulkan data mengunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dalam melaksanakan kewajiban zakat, Masyarakat belum begitu memahami bahkan terkadang mereka menyamakan antara shadaka dengan zakat. Masyarakat Desa Sarang Bulan Kecamatan Pendopo Kabupaten Empat Lawang Provinsi Sumatera Selatan termasuk Masyarakat yang belum sadar akan kewajiban zakat, dilihat dari kebiasaan mereka yang ketika panen hanya memberikan kepada Masyarakat yang membutuhkan ataupun kemasjid dalam bentuk infaq atau sadakah yang disebut zakat.

Abstract

The purpose of this studi was to describe a marketing mix based on sharia marketing in increasing visitors to the Kumayan Island tourist attraction, Bengkulu City. This research method uses descriptive qualitative. The results of the research concluded that the Kumayan Island tourist attraction has implemented the 7p marketing mix but there are 2 elements that have not been implemented perfectly, namely the place related to distribution which has not involved third parties to collaborate with tourism managers and physical avidence where the physical facilities provided are not yet adequate. from road access which is often flooded, toilets (WCs) which are only in the parking area, to wooden prayer rooms located above swamps are very vulnerable to use. The marketing carried out by the managers is also carried out in accordance with sharia, starting from the absence of any element of usury in the marketing, in all aspects it is carried out without coercion (consensual), free from defective goods and also free from false promotions. By implementing a sharia marketing mix, managers can increase visitors as proven by visitors who always come to visit more than once.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi digital marketing yang memengaruhi pertumbuhan wisata halal di Kota Bengkulu. Metode kualitatif digunakan dengan fokus pada persepsi dan pengalaman pengguna serta praktisi industri pariwisata halal. Desain penelitian melibatkan wawancara mendalam dan analisis konten digital terkait. Operasionalisasi variabel melibatkan identifikasi faktor-faktor kunci seperti kualitas konten digital dan pengaruh kredibilitas sumber informasi. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa strategi digital marketing yang efektif meningkatkan kesadaran dan preferensi konsumen terhadap destinasi wisata halal di Kota Bengkulu. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya mengoptimalkan strategi digital marketing untuk mendukung pertumbuhan wisata halal, serta meningkatkan kerjasama antara pelaku industri pariwisata dengan pemerintah daerah dalam mengembangkan destinasi wisata halal. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memahami peran strategi digital marketing dalam pertumbuhan sektor pariwisata halal, khususnya di daerah dengan potensi wisata yang belum tergali sepenuhnya seperti Kota Bengkulu.

Abstract

In the competitive digital economy era, product packaging has a strategic role as a visual communication tool that not only protects the product, but also strengthens brand identity and attracts consumer interest. This study aims to examine the effect of packaging education on improving branding strategies and product appeal for young entrepreneurs. Through a qualitative-descriptive approach and literature study, this study explores the packaging education process carried out on MSME actors in Dusun Besar Village, Bengkulu City. The results show that participatory packaging training has succeeded in increasing visual literacy and branding abilities of participants, as indicated by the transformation of packaging design and increased consumer interest in their products. As many as 75% of respondents prefer products with educational packaging compared to the previous version. In addition, the introduction of digital marketing strategies supports significant market expansion. This study confirms that packaging education is an effective strategy in building MSME competitiveness in the digital era. These findings recommend the integration of design education and visual marketing in young entrepreneur empowerment programs in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to find out the productive zakat utilization model carried out by BAZNAS South Bengkulu Regency and to find out the improvement of mustahik businesses after receiving productive zakat assistance from BAZNAS South Bengkulu Regency. This research method is structured using a type of field research with a descriptive qualitative approach. Techniques used in data collection are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used was carried out through the steps of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this activity show that the utilization of productive zakat at BAZNAS South Bengkulu Regency in improving mustahik businesses is realized in productive economic programs, as well as with management in the form of creative productive zakat. The increase in mustahik businesses in productive zakat from BAZNAS South Bengkulu Regency is increasing well. This can be seen from the mustahik income data table after receiving effective assistance from zakat. Keywords: Productive Zakat Utilization, Business Improvement
