Abstract

This research discusses the role of PT. Indofood Tbk and PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk in shaping brand differentiation through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs, with a focus on the Indofood Research Nugraha (IRN) initiative. The IRN program provides research funding to students to support research in the field of food, while the companies use various media to communicate their CSR initiatives. The research method employed is qualitative with descriptive analysis. Findings highlight the contributions of CSR programs in strengthening the company's image as an entity that cares about society and the environment, and creating brand differentiation that integrates social responsibility. By making CSR an integral part of the company's vision and mission, CSR becomes the foundation for all company activities, playing a crucial role in building a positive brand image and enhancing community engagement.

Abstract

Al-Islam Kemuhammadiyahan (AIK) serves as a platform for students at the University of Muhammadiyah Jakarta to learn about Kemuhammadiyahan and religious practices. In its implementation, the AIK institution also serves as a medium to instill the values of an Islamic campus, as stipulated in the Rector's Decree no. 446/R-UMJ/VII/2023 regarding the application of the AIK Curriculum and Islamic Campus. The AIK institution also provides a space for students at the University of Muhammadiyah Jakarta to submit their memorization, which is a requirement for their thesis defense. However, in its implementation, some students encounter challenges in submitting their memorization, both due to internal and external factors. This research aims to examine the image of the Al-Islam Kemuhammadiyahan institution for students at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) UMJ and to analyze the role of this institution in communicating UMJ's positive image as an Islamic campus. This research employs a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used include interviews as well as gathering secondary and primary data. The findings of this research reveal that AIK plays.

Abstract

Ocean Young Guards, an organization that focuses on marine conservation, faces communication challenges in implementing the Blue Carbon Journey campaign program, such as differences in expectations from volunteers and the barriers of marine languages ​​​​that become organizational barriers. The importance of transparent and proactive communication is in line with Ocean Young Guards' efforts to address climate change by involving the younger generation who can help run the Blue Carbon Journey campaign program to achieve marine conservation goals. This study aims to determine the involvement of the younger generation as volunteers in the Blue Carbon Journey campaign program implemented by Ocean Young Guards. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive study method and the theories used in this study are Engagement Theory and Social Change Theory. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews and documentation, the results of the study showed that volunteer involvement is very important for the success of campaign activities with the interaction of organizations and volunteers including transparency of information about the program, education about climate change that is happening and active involvement of volunteers in Blue Carbon Journey campaign activities. The success of the Blue Carbon Journey campaign contributed to increasing volunteer awareness of the importance of coastal and marine ecosystems as a solution to climate change, and motivated them to become agents of change in environmental conservation.
