Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of celebrity endorsement on Purchase Intention partially, to determine the influence of Price Perception on purchasing decisions, and to determine the influence of product quality and price determination on Purchase Intention, a case study of somethinc skincare users in Surakarta City simultaneously. The sample was 100 respondents using a sampling technique using random sampling. This research uses quantitative methods with SPSS 25 64 bit data analysis tools. Data analysis techniques in this research use validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, T tests, and F tests. The results of this study show that there is a positive and significant influence of celebrity endorsement on Purchase Intention, there is a positive and significant influence of Price Perception on Purchase Intention. . Then the research results concluded that simultaneously there was a positive and significant influence of celebrity endorsement and Price Perception on Purchase Intention.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of work environment and training on the performance of employees at the Suikoharjo Regency Popuilation and Civil Registration Office. All 50 employees of the office constituited the stuidy popuilation. The stuidy employed work environment, training, and employee performance as key variables. Data collection methods incluided observation, interviews, and quiestionnaires, with data analysis conduicted uising SPSS 26. Findings indicate a positive buit insignificant relationship between work environment and employee performance, a positive and significant relationship between training and employee performance, and a combined influience of both work environment and training on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction of CV. Tirta Semesta Indonesia. This study uses quantitative research methods. The population in this study were customers at CV. Tirta Semesta Indonesia and the number of samples in this study were 83 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The variables used in this study are service quality, price and customer satisfaction. The data used in this study are primary data. The data collection method used is a questionnaire through G-Form. The results of this study indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and service quality and price simultaneously (together) affect customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dampak Customer Experience dan Trust terhadap tingkat kepuasan pengguna aplikasi e-commerce Shopee di Kota Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pengguna aplikasi e-commerce Shopee di Kota Surakarta, dengan jumlah sampel 97 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan karakteristik Customer Experience dan Trust, dan Kepuasan Pengguna. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang disebar melalui Google Forms. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pengalaman Pelanggan dan Kepercayaan memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Customer Experience dan Trust gabungan keduanya juga berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between conflict management, occupational safety and health (OHS), and work motivation towards increasing employee productivity at PT. Ratna Beton Giriwoyo. The background of this study is based on the importance of human resource management as a company's main asset in achieving optimal productivity targets, especially in the construction industry sector which has its own challenges in creating a safe and productive work environment. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires to all company employees as respondents. The data obtained are then analyzed statistically to determine the effect of each variable on employee work productivity. The results show that conflict management has a significant relationship with employee productivity. Properly managed conflict not only avoids a decline in performance but can also increase morale and cooperation between employees. In addition, the implementation of good occupational safety and health (OHS) contributes to a sense of security and comfort at work, thereby reducing workplace accidents and increasing employee focus and work efficiency. Work motivation has also been shown to have an important role in encouraging employees to achieve predetermined performance targets. These three variables, both partially and simultaneously, have a significant effect on employee work productivity. These findings suggest that an integrated approach to conflict management, OSH implementation, and increased work motivation can be an effective strategy for improving company performance. This research is expected to provide practical contributions to the management of PT. Ratna Beton Giriwoyo in formulating human resource development policies, as well as serve as an academic reference for researchers and students interested in human resource management, particularly in the construction sector.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology, especially the internet, has driven the emergence of a new marketing strategy known as digital marketing. One example of digital marketing in Indonesia is TikTok Shop, which offers attractive features such as live streaming, discounts, and cash on delivery payments. The objective of this research is to determine the influence of live streaming, and cash on delivery payment methods, both simultaneously and partially, on purchasing decisions on TikTok Shop in Indonesia. The research methodology employed is quantitative. Purposive sampling was used as the sampling technique. Data was collected using questionnaires and analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 25, with multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that live streaming, cash on delivery payment methods have a significant simultaneous influence on purchasing decisions. Partially, live streaming and cash on delivery payment methods have a positive influence on purchasing decisions. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 89.6%, indicating that live streaming, cash on delivery payment methods, have an influence on purchasing decisions, while the remaining 10.4% is influenced by other variables.
