Abstract

Radikalisme dan terorisme merupakan ancaman serius bagi stabilitas dan keamanan nasional Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji fenomena radikalisme dan terorisme di Indonesia serta peranan Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Terorisme (BNPT) dalam menangani masalah tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dengan mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data sekunder dari berbagai sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa radikalisme dan terorisme di Indonesia dipengaruhi oleh faktor ideologi, politik, sosial, ekonomi, dan budaya. BNPT memiliki peran strategis dalam melakukan pencegahan, penindakan, dan deradikalisasi terhadap kelompok radikal dan teroris. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa radikalisme dan terorisme di Indonesia memerlukan penanganan yang komprehensif dan kolaboratif dari berbagai pihak, termasuk BNPT, dengan mengedepankan pendekatan soft power dan human security.

Abstract

Kekerasan terhadap perempuan dan anak di Indonesia masih menjadi permasalahan yang belum dapat terselesaikan hingga saat ini. Di Provinsi Riau sendiri kasus kekerasan terhadap perempuan dan anak masih terus meningkat tiap tahunnya. Meskipun kasus kekerasan terhadap perempuan dan anak telah diatur dalam Peraturan Presiden Nomor 7 Tahun 2023 tentang Kementerian Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak, kasus tersebut masih terus terjadi sampai saat ini. Adapun penulisan artikel ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah fungsi dari aplikasi “Cek Puan Rika” dan bagaimana tantangan dalam pelaksanaannya.

Abstract

Titanium dioxide (TiO₂) is widely used in day cream formulations as a physical UV filter due to its broad-spectrum protection and stabilizing properties. However, its tendency to produce a visible whitecast on the skin presents a major aesthetic drawback, particularly for consumers with medium to dark skin tones. This study aimed to formulate three variants of day cream containing different concentrations of TiO₂ (6%, 3.3%, and 2%) and evaluate their visual characteristics, pH compatibility, and consumer-perceived whitecast intensity to determine the optimal balance between UV protection and cosmetic elegance. All formulations were prepared following a standardized emulsification protocol using identical excipient compositions, with TiO₂ concentration as the only variable. Organoleptic and pH evaluations were conducted, followed by a sensory assessment involving 20 respondents who evaluated whitecast visibility and overall preference using structured questionnaires. All formulations demonstrated desirable visual and organoleptic characteristics, including homogeneous white color, soft mango fragrance, and smooth texture with a pH within the ideal physiological range (4.5–5.5). Sensory evaluation revealed that higher TiO₂ concentrations led to more pronounced whitecast. Formulation F3 (2% TiO₂) was most preferred by 75% of respondents for its minimal whitecast and natural finish. The results indicate a direct correlation between TiO₂ concentration and whitecast intensity. While higher TiO₂ concentrations improve opacity and UV protection, they compromise cosmetic acceptability. Formulation with 2% TiO₂ offers an optimal balance for daily cosmetic use, supporting the development of aesthetically pleasing and functionally protective skincare products.

Abstract

One form of community service that can be done is by implementing technology-based learning media in the school environment. In this context, we focus on using the Google Site platform to manage learning content, discussions, assignments, and assessments at SMK Esa Prakarsa. Google Site offers several advantages that are relevant to the needs of SMK Esa Prakarsa. Google Site learning content management allows you to organize learning materials in a structured way in the form of easy-to-access web pages. Materials can be integrated with a variety of formats such as text, images, videos, and links to external sources. Discussions and collaboration integrations with Google Classroom and Google Meet allow for more interactive discussions and collaborations. Comment features and discussion forums can be implemented to increase student participation. Assignment collection and grading can be uploaded and collected digitally through Google Classroom, which integrates with Google Site. Assignment assessment can be done online with a transparent and efficient assessment feature. This program is in line with the concept of Independent Learning Independent Campus (MBKM) which encourages students to be involved in community service activities that have a real impact. The use of Google Site as a learning platform also supports Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) which emphasize innovation in learning and the use of information technology. The condition of the school of SMK Esa Prakarsa is a vocational high school that focuses on technology and industry. The school has a number of skill programs that prepare students to enter the workforce or continue their education to a higher level. However, challenges in learning management are still the main obstacles that hinder the teaching and learning process
