Semakin majunya zaman dan masuknya budaya-budaya luar berdampak pada menurunnya kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya budaya lokal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran Sanggar Anak Sungai Deli (SASUDE) dalam meningkatkan literasi budaya melalui kegiatan pembelajaran yang ada di sanggar tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif melalui pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen berupa angket yang diberikan kepada peserta didik SASUDE serta wawancara dan observasi. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa SASUDE berhasil menjalankan program yang dimiliki dalam mengembangkan literasi budaya pada anak di sekitar Sungai Deli.

This study aims to understand the time management strategies employed by students at Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah and to identify the factors that influence their ability to manage time. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study type. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The collected data was analyzed using a thematic analysis method, which consisted of three main stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study indicate that students at Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah still face difficulties in managing their time efficiently. Factors such as procrastination, inaccurate time estimation, and lack of priority are the main obstacles in student time management. This study also found that well-defined goals, internal motivation, and commitment to self-improvement are significant supporting factors in student time management. By applying effective time management strategies and understanding the factors that influence them, students at Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah can improve their learning productivity and achieve their expected academic goals.

Communication skills are among the essential competencies required in the twenty-first century, particularly for learners participating in non-formal education programs. However, many learners at PKBM Kurnia Foundation still experience difficulties in expressing ideas, speaking confidently, and communicating effectively in public. This study aimed to determine the influence of podcast training on the communication skills of learners at PKBM Kurnia Foundation. The research employed a quantitative approach using a causal survey design. The population consisted of 25 learners who participated in the podcast training program, and all participants were selected as the research sample using a total sampling technique. Data were collected through validated and reliable questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics, normality testing, simple linear regression, t-test, and coefficient of determination with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics. The findings indicate that podcast training has a positive and significant influence on learners' communication skills. The regression analysis produced a regression coefficient of 2.299 with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), while the t-test result showed tcount = 13.269 > ttable = 2.069. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination (R²) was 0.884, indicating that podcast training contributed 88.4% to the improvement of communication skills, whereas the remaining 11.6% was influenced by other variables outside this study. Therefore, podcast training can be considered an effective learning strategy for improving communication skills in non-formal education
