Abstract

This study aims to analyze the content of life skills in life skills training activities at LKP Karya Prima. The method used is descriptive quantitative with data collection through closed questionnaires given to 20 active training participants. Data analysis was carried out using percentage techniques to identify the proportion of each life skills indicator. The results showed that vocational skills were the most dominant aspect with a percentage of 31%, followed by personal skills at 24%, academic skills at 23%, and social skills at 22%. This finding shows that the development of life skills at LKP Karya Prima emphasizes vocational skills, but still pays attention to personal, academic, and social aspects in a balanced manner. The four indicators complement each other in forming the participants' life skills as a whole

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan muatan kecakapan hidup (life skill) pada program kursus menjahit di Roemah Mode Wulan Gumilang. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui angket terbuka, observasi, dan dokumentasi untuk memperoleh pemahaman mendalam tentang fenomena yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 80% peserta menyatakan setuju dan sangat setuju bahwa program kursus telah memuat unsur-unsur life skill dalam pembelajarannya. Dari empat indikator yang dianalisis (personal skill, social skill, academic skill, dan vocational skill), kecakapan vokasional menjadi muatan life skill yang paling dominan diperoleh peserta selama mengikuti kursus. Kecakapan ini meliputi kemampuan menggunakan alat-alat menjahit, memahami proses pembuatan busana, serta menghasilkan produk pakaian yang bernilai jual, yang mendukung kesiapan peserta untuk memasuki dunia usaha dan industri fashion.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi Kurikulum PNF dalam pembelajaran Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) di Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) Kreatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian meliputi guru pengajar, siswa, dan pengelola PKBM Kreatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Kurikulum PNF dalam pembelajaran TIK di PKBM Kreatif masih belum efektif dilakukan dengan baik. Guru pengajar belum melaksanakan kurikulum dengan mengintegrasikan kompetensi dan materi pembelajaran yang relevan dengan kebutuhan siswa. Beberapa tantangan yang dihadapi meliputi keterbatasan sumber daya, seperti fasilitas dan perangkat TIK yang terbatas. Selain itu, kurangnya pelatihan dan pemahaman guru dalam mengimplementasikan Kurikulum PNF juga menjadi hambatan. Untuk meningkatkan implementasi Kurikulum PNF, disarankan adanya peningkatan fasilitas dan pelatihan bagi guru pengajar.

Abstract

This study aims to find out related to the implementation of the andragogy approach at PKBM Budi Utomo. This study uses an approach with a descriptive method where the subject in this study is Mrs. Jumiah as the owner of PKBM Budi Utomo. Data collection is done directly with the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. The research found is 1) an adragogic approach to learning at PKBM Budi Utomo with 4 indicators, namely security, affection, new experiences, and recognition, 2) Adult learning styles at PKBM Budi Utomo, namely a free learning style where students can present whenever they want, 3) The assumption of adult learning at PKBM Budi Utomo which consists of 7 things, namely preparing a conducive learning climate, creating a joint planning mechanism, determining learning needs, formulating special goals, designing learning experience patterns, implementing programs (carrying out activities). learning), developing learning outcomes and redefining learning needs. Researchers also found several problems that exist in Budi Utomo's PKBM, namely: 1) Students rarely take part in learning because they are busy with their respective jobs, 2) lack of motivation of students in participating in learning, 3) Lack of understanding of students in receiving explanations of learning material from tutors, and 4) the difficulty of carrying out bold learning due to not having a cellphone or being exposed to network problems

Abstract

This community service program aims to strengthen the role of the Darussalam Community Reading Garden (TBM) in supporting initiatives to provide nutritious and healthy food in Darussalam Village, Sei Lepan District, Langkat Regency. Activities are implemented through nutrition literacy training, the development of healthy food education modules, and the formation of family nutrition support groups based on TBM management. The implementation method uses a participatory approach, involving TBM managers, PKK cadres, and the local community. The program results show a significant increase in nutritional understanding among participating homemakers, improved skills in managing local food ingredients, and a strengthening of the TBM's role as a community nutrition education center. This program has the potential to be replicated in other areas as a model for integrating literacy and community-based health.
