Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami persepsi siswa terhadap nilai-nilai agama dalam kehidupan sehari-hari serta menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan sekolah, termasuk guru, teman sebaya, dan kegiatan sekolah, terhadap penerapan nilai-nilai agama tersebut di SDN 019 Sungai Tapah. Masalah utama yang diangkat adalah bagaimana persepsi siswa mengenai nilai-nilai agama dan bagaimana lingkungan sekolah mempengaruhi penerapan nilai-nilai tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Siswa memperoleh pemahaman tentang nilai-nilai agama dari berbagai sumber, termasuk keluarga, sekolah, dan lingkungan sekitar, dengan nilai-nilai utama seperti kejujuran, toleransi, kasih sayang, dan rasa syukur yang menjadi bagian penting dari kehidupan mereka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi siswa terhadap nilai-nilai agama sangat dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan sekolah. Guru berperan penting dalam memberikan contoh dan membimbing siswa dalam penerapan nilai-nilai agama. Pengaruh teman sebaya juga signifikan dalam membentuk sikap dan perilaku siswa terkait ajaran agama. Selain itu, kegiatan sekolah yang melibatkan aspek keagamaan memperkuat pemahaman dan penerapan nilai-nilai agama dalam kehidupan sehari-hari siswa. Dukungan dari lingkungan sekolah secara keseluruhan, termasuk kebijakan dan fasilitas, turut mendukung siswa dalam menginternalisasi nilai-nilai agama. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa lingkungan sekolah memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam membentuk persepsi dan penerapan nilai-nilai agama oleh siswa.

To analyze the efffect motivation, communication, and competency on teacher performanca an the Muhammadiyah Al-Kautsar Elementary school, this researchis is a descriptiv qualitative study with primary data types. the population is 61 people, for that the sample take from the population must be truly representative, totaling 51 people. Methods off data collection’s using questionaire interview’s, and documentation’s questionnaire data, tested with multiplle liniar regression analysis. Motivation has a substantial beneficial influence, as does communication, and competence has a fairly positive effect on teacher performances at SD Muhammadiyah Al-Kautsar. The findings of the coefficient in determimination obtained 85,8% from performance can be explained by the independent variablee of motivation, communicatoion and competencee. it is hoped that the school can place or give assignments to teachers according to the competencies they have, so that they can improve the teacher's ability to complete work better. Furthermore, skill affects instructor execution, work environment, and salary that might effect how well teachers perform, you can develop your research utilizing other independent variables.

The object of this research is manuscript NB. 1768 of the National Library of Indonesia and BLK.0423-IS44 of the University of Indonesia Library. The results of this research are in the form of edits. Editing Suluk Akya Ngulumodin means preparing the manuscript ready to be published or printed. Editing in philology is the provision of a manuscript that is close to the original, which is a good and correct manuscript. Good means that it is easy to read and understand because it has been transcribed or transliterated (from Javanese script to Latin script) and the spelling has been adjusted to the target language. Correct means that it can be accounted for the validity of its text content, because it has been cleaned of writing errors through in-depth research.

Websites are one of the information technologies that can be easily found online. The website presents internet users with various information, services, products, or content. Website creation can be done for a fee or for free. Knowledge of information technology is essential for young people (teenagers). However, none of the youth in Terban Hamlet know about website development. Therefore, Terban Hamlet does not yet have a Hamlet website as one of the media to broadcast information and Hamlet activities. Therefore, training on website creation and management is needed for the youth of Terban Hamlet. The purpose of the activity is to train Terban Hamlet teenagers in creating and managing websites using the WordPress Content Management System (CMS). This activity was carried out directly with the participation of 12 "FRISTA" teenagers. Making a website begins with a needs survey, followed by preparation and making materials. The survey is carried out offline and ends with a question-and-answer session. The output of this training is that teenagers in Terban Hamlet (FRISTA) can create and manage Hamlet's websites and personal websites.

Dalam menghadapi era digital yang penuh dengan kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, transformasi mendalam terjadi dalam domain hak cipta, memunculkan tantangan yang kompleks, terutama dalam aspek hukum waris. Warisan digital menjadi isu yang semakin mendesak, terutama ketika menghadapi kenyataan bahwa banyak aspek hidup dan karya kreatif seseorang sekarang tersimpan dalam bentuk data digital. Bagaimana hak cipta terhadap aset digital ini diturunkan kepada ahli waris menjadi suatu pertanyaan etis dan praktis yang kompleks.Penting untuk memahami bagaimana pengelolaan hak cipta telah berubah seiring dengan evolusi teknologi. Penulisan jurnal ini mengadopsi metode penelitian secara hukum normatif. Dalam melaksanakan penelitian, penulis menggunakan teknik metoda kepustakaan (library research). Sumber-sumber literatur, seperti buku-buku yang dipilih berdasarkan relevansi dengan masalah yang diteliti, menjadi acuan utama dalam mengkaji isu-isu penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan implikasi etika dalam hak cipta menjadi fokus dalam mengakomodasi kehendak etis pencipta terkait dengan warisan digital. Dengan pembaruan regulasi, dan kolaborasi global, sistem hukum dapat memastikan bahwa pewarisan hak cipta di era digital dapat dilakukan dengan adil dan efektif.

The Collaborative Community Service Program (Kuliah Kerja Nyata/ KKN) across multidisciplinary study programs serves as a strategic model for strengthen-ing religious moderation based on local wisdom and community empowerment. This service program was implemented in Senyerang Village, Senyerang District, Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency, involving students from five study programs: Is-lamic Religious Education (PAI), Islamic Communication and Broadcasting (KPI), Constitutional Law (HTN), Sharia Economics (ESY), and Sharia Business Management (MBS). The program focused on enhancing community capacity through the following activities: (1) teaching and strengthening religious moderation values, (2) producing documentary films highlighting local wisdom and toler-ance, (3) legal socialization on anti-bullying and anti-drug awareness, (4) halal cer-tification training, and (5) assistance in creating online marketing accounts for local products. The results indicate significant improvements in the community’s understanding of religious moderation values, legal awareness, and digital marketing skills among local entrepreneurs, as well as the establishment of a halal based economic network rooted in local wisdom. This collaborative KKN program provides substantial contributions to the social, cultural, and economic development of the Senyerang community.
