Abstract

This PkM is an implementation of research previously conducted by the PkM team entitled Factors that influence Professional Commitment. There are three dimensions that can explain self-efficacy, namely (a) the Magnitude dimension (level of interest in the task), (b) the Strength dimension (steadiness of beliefs), and (c) the Generality dimension (breadth of Behavioral Field). A person who has high self-efficacy will make teachers have more self-confidence that they are able to carry out the tasks they carry out, where in the end, high teacher self-efficacy will of course be able to increase professional commitment and have an impact on improving the performance of Sasmita Jaya Vocational School teachers. 2. This PKM is present at SMK Sasmita Jaya 2 in order to provide reinforcement to teachers at SMK Sasmita Jaya 2 about self-efficacy and how self-efficacy can improve the performance of SMK teachers themselves. This PKM is planned to be implemented in the form of a workshop over three days, namely 18 to 20 March 2024 with the main resource person being Mrs. Siti Zubaidah. The output of this Community Service is in the form of a journal article which will be disseminated at the NC3E national seminar for the Economic Education Study Program in October 2024. Abstract

The implementation of the population administration data processing system at the Loka Jaya Village Office is an essential part of efforts to improve the efficiency and accuracy of population data management at the village level. This system aims to streamline the process of recording, updating, and managing population data needed for various public services, including social assistance, education, and healthcare programs. This study analyzes the implementation of the system at the Loka Jaya Village Office, focusing on its effectiveness, the challenges faced, and its impact on public service delivery. The research method employed is a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that although the population administration data processing system has had a positive impact on time efficiency and data error reduction, several challenges remain, particularly related to the limited human resources and existing technological infrastructure. Additionally, further training for staff is needed to maximize the potential of the system. Overall, the implementation of this system has made a significant contribution to improving the quality of public services in Loka Jaya Village.

Abstract

The creative economy sector is the focus of economic growth in Probolinggo Regency, but there is no connectivity and equality with each other. Therefore, the role of the government must be maximized. The objectives of this study are (1) to emphasize the role of government in the development of the creative economy in Probolinggo Regency, (2) to investigate the factors that encourage and inhibit the development of the creative economy in Probolinggo Regency, and (3) to determine how local governments handle problems related to the development of the creative economy. Descriptive qualitative methods with quantitative data analysis were used in this study. The results of the analysis show that the government's function as (1) regulator, (2) catalyst, facilitator, and supporter, and (3) city supervisor is running well. In addition, the government's function as (4) consumer, investor, and even entrepreneur must be improved. Among the factors that encourage the development of the creative economy are the increase in the creative and digital sectors, the availability of the Probolinggo Regency Creative Economy Ecosystem Forum, the increase in domestic products, and the demographic bonus of the population. On the other hand, factors that hinder the development of the creative economy are the lack of facilities and start-up coaching, the less than optimal management of the Probolinggo Regency Creative Economy Ecosystem Forum, and the difficulty of getting creative products on the market. In Probolinggo Regency, the implementation of the creative economy is running quite well. However, improvements are needed to optimize the creative economy.

Abstract

Implementing the Remap-TPS integrated flipped classroom has not yet been carried out to improve creative thinking skills in biology learning. This study aims to determine the effect of the Remap-TPS integrated flipped classroom model on students' creative thinking skills in biology learning. This study is a mixed method. The research design used was a pretest-posttest nonequivalent control group design. The research sample comprised 72 class X students at SMAN 9 Malang, East Java, Indonesia. They were divided into one experimental class and one control class. The Remap-TPS integrated flipped classroom was taught in the experimental class, while the TPS model was taught in the control class. Quantitative data was collected through pretest and posttest using essay question that refer to creative thinking indicators: curiosity, fluency, originality, elaboration, flexibility, divergent, messiness/risk taking and with others. This essay's questions have previously been tested to show valid and reliable results because Cronbach's alpha value is 0.778. Qualitative data is used together with quantitative data from the results of student answers. Analysis was carried out using the ANCOVA test with a significance level of 5%, then continued with the LSD test. Data is also explained qualitatively from the results of student answers. The study results show that the Remap-TPS integrated flipped classroom model affects students' creative thinking skills. This is proven by a significance value of 0.00<0.05. Therefore, the Remap-TPS integrated flipped classroom can be used as an alternative learning model to improve students' creative thinking in biology learning. Implementing the Remap-TPS integrated flipped classroom requires adapting learning instruments and tools to the learning model used and the skills measured to improve learning activities, especially in improving students' creative thinking skills.
