Abstract

Pembahasan dalam artikel ini mengupas tentang pengaruh Dinasti Fatimiyah terhadap perkembangan Peradaban Islam di Mesir. Kebaruan dari penelitian ini adalah ruang lingkup penelitian yang berfokus pada perkembangan Peradaban dan budaya yang digunakanya.  Adapun pendekatan penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti yaitu dengan metode secara studi kepustakaan yang memperoleh data melalui bacaan yang berkaitan dengan penelitian yang dibahas, seperti buku, majalah, jurnal, dan lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Dinasti Fatimiyah termasuk Dinasti Syi’ah yang didirikan oleh Ubaidillah Al-Mahdi. Dinasti ini berkuasa dari tahun 909 M sampai dengan tahun 1171 M, atas dasar legitimasi klaim keturunan Nabi lewat Fahtimah dan Ali bin Abi Thalib dari Ismail anak Jafar Sidik. Dinasti ini didirikan sebagai tandingan bagi penguasa dunia muslim saat itu yang terpusat di Bagdad, yaitu Bani Abbasiyah. Wilayah kekuasaan Dinasti Fatimiyah meliputi Afrika Utara, Mesir, dan Suriah. Pada masa Dinasti Fatimiyah, lembaga peradaban yang digunakan sebagai basis pengembangan peradaban terdiri dari; Masjid, Istana, Perpusakaan, Dar al-‘Ilm atau biasa disebut Jamiah Ilmiyah Akademi (lembaga riset) dan Al Azhar. Universitas Al-azhar merupakan lembaga peradaban tinggi, sekaligus menjadi bukti sejarah peradaban Dinasti Fatimiyah dalam pengembangan peradaban, dan sampai sekarang menjadi kiblat peradaban yang bernuansa Islam. Alasan keberadaan Al Azhar sebagai Univeritas yang terkait erat dengan perkembangan peradaban Islam pada masa Dinasti Fatimiyah, antara lain: Pertama Sistem Pembelajaran di Al Azhar Kedua Kurikulum pembelajaran Al – Azhar, dan ketiga Peran Al Azhar Dalam Produksi Ulama.

Abstract

Policy is a series of concepts that become the main line and basis of a plan in carrying out work or a way of acting in education in facing and dealing with a problem that results in a decision from all relevant stakeholders to achieve better educational goals. However, this policy often makes mistakes in education. The aim of the research in this paper is to determine the implementation of the principal's policy regarding budgeting management in improving the quality of education at SMPTQ AL FALAAH INDRAGIRI, to determine the constraints of the principal in managing budgeting in improving the quality of education at SMPTQ AL FALAAH INDRAGIRI. The approach used in this research is qualitative using qualitative descriptive. The subjects in this research were the school principal and treasurer. Research data collection techniques are using interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research show that the principal of SMPTQ AL FALAAH INDRAGIRI has implemented good policies in managing budgeting to improve the quality of education at the school, as for what can be proven, namely in the form of varied extracurriculars and has won awards in participating in competitions by SMPTQ students. AL FALAAH INDRAGIRI. The obstacles faced by this school in managing budgeting to improve quality at this time is one of them is the lack of funds going to the AL FALAAH INDRAGIRI SMPTQ school.

Abstract

Teachers are an integral part of any curriculum development process. as a component of the organizing, planning and assessment process. By creating a successful curriculum, teachers assume full responsibility for the learning process that takes place in the classroom. Therefore, it is hoped that every educator understands the importance of monitoring education in the teaching and learning process to help improve the quality of education. This research aims to find out the role of supervision in the learning curriculum. Does it have a good impact on the quality of education at school? This research is library research, namely research that uses literature (libraries) in the form of books, notes and reports of previous research results. The results of the research show that curriculum supervision is seen as a planned and organized system consisting of elements that influence achievement. learning objectives that have been set. Curriculum monitoring requires current input, background, procedures and approaches as a system. Because component criteria are always influenced by time, money, and effort, they must be chosen carefully. Each of the identified elements must be connected to each other and work together to make educational curriculum oversight successful. The role of curriculum supervision is very important for educational progress, especially in the learning process.

Abstract

The quality of education is directly related to the excellence of education in an educational unit. In achieving excellence in good schools, it is necessary to pay attention to the quality of teachers, the quality of students, school norms and discipline, as well as education and training facilities and financing. The use of the terms education and training in an institution or organization is usually combined into training. The unit that handles employee training is usually called Pusdiklat (education and training center). Education and training can be seen as a form of investment. Therefore, every organization or agency that wants to develop, training for its employees must receive great attention. This study focuses on examining whether there is an influence of education and training financing management on the quality of an educational institution. The purpose of this writing is to describe and analyze the influence of education and training financing management on the quality of educational institutions. Education and training financing management plays an important role in determining the success of education and training programs. Sufficient and well-managed funding ensures that the training program can run in accordance with the stated objectives
