Abstract

Perundungan terhadap santri merupakan isu serius yang memerlukan perhatian dalam lingkungan pesantren dan lembaga pendidikan Islam. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perundungan terhadap santri dalam perspektif Pasal 76C UU 35/2014 tentang Perlindungan Anak dan hadits riwayat Bukhari dan Muslim. Melalui kajian literatur, artikel ini menguraikan konsep perundungan, sanksi yang berlaku, serta upaya penanganan dan pencegahannya. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa perundungan terhadap santri merupakan pelanggaran hak anak yang dapat dikenai sanksi pidana sesuai UU 35/2014, dan juga bertentangan dengan ajaran Islam yang menganjurkan untuk menjaga martabat sesama muslim. Rekomendasi termasuk penguatan implementasi, pelatihan bagi pengasuh dan guru, serta pengembangan program pendidikan untuk meminimalisir perundungan dan menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang lebih inklusif dan aman bagi santri. Diharapkan artikel ini dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih dalam mengenai isu perundungan terhadap santri dan memberikan kontribusi dalam upaya mewujudkan lingkungan pendidikan yang lebih baik, terutama di lingkungan pesantren.

Abstract

This study explores resistance to bullying through a reflective-narrative approach that examines the tension between care and social unawareness within a school context. Drawing on the experience of an anti-bullying seminar conducted at a junior high school, the research analyzes students’ narratives, observations, and anonymous reflections as social texts that reveal moral positions and everyday practices. The findings indicate that care emerges as a subtle form of moral resistance, expressed through empathy, listening, and symbolic support for victims, while unawareness is sustained through normalization, cultural expectations, power relations, and digital interactions. Reflective processes enable students to reinterpret joking, silence, and conformity as practices that may contribute to harm, generating cognitive and ethical shifts. Rather than viewing resistance as a single act, the study highlights it as a gradual process rooted in reflection and relational awareness. By connecting personal experiences with ethical principles and human dignity, this research contributes to broader discussions on bullying as a structural and moral issue. The study underscores the importance of reflective spaces in education to foster critical awareness and sustainable anti-bullying cultures.

Abstract

The right to a good and healthy environment has been universally recognized as an integral part of human rights (HAM), as affirmed in the Stockholm Declaration 1972, Rio Declaration 1992, and Article 28H paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution of Indonesia. This study analyzes the constitutional recognition of this right in Indonesia, the challenges in its implementation amid environmental degradation due to industrialization and urbanization, and its legal implications for human rights enforcement. Employing a normative juridical approach with analysis of international and national legal documents and a case study on the Citarum River pollution, the findings indicate that while normatively robust, this right remains weak in enforcement due to ineffective sanctions and poor inter-agency coordination. Reforms in human rights-based legislation and strengthening of environmental courts are recommended to realize a healthy environment as a substantive human right.
