Abstract

This article aims to analyze the information system in buying and selling practices in case studies at the Taty Grosir online shop in Makassar. In the process of interacting with consumers, professionalism and a good management system are needed so that consumers can experience ease and comfort in transactions. The proliferation of online shops is a challenge for MSMEs to continue to innovate and be creative in making transactions with the support of information technology. The main thing that will be revealed in this research is how good and correct buying and selling transactions are related to Islamic values ??which have so far been neglected in online buying and selling. This research uses field research with qualitative descriptive analysis. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. The research results present findings that the buying and selling transaction management information system on the Taty Grosir online shop platform in Makassar is implemented through a series of steps in the buying and selling process, including sales, buyer identification, negotiation, implementation of buying and selling transactions, and delivery of goods. Apart from technical aspects, this research also highlights the values ??of da'wah related to Islamic ethical principles, especially in the context of buying and selling activities. The existence of these values ??is reflected in attitudes and behavior that reflect the characteristics of the Prophet Muhammad, such as Sidiq (honest), amanah (trustworthy), tabligh (convey), and fathanah (intelligent and creative). Thus, this research not only focuses on technological aspects in information systems, but also describes how Islamic moral and ethical principles are reflected in the online buying and selling practices carried out by Taty Grosir in Makassar.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia play a strategic role in character-building and spreading Islamic teachings. One key element is the role of the dai or preacher in conveying Islamic values to students and the surrounding community. However, the development of preaching in these schools faces several challenges, affecting its quality and impact. This research explores how Islamic boarding schools and preachers can design more effective development strategies aligned with contemporary demands to improve the quality of preaching and the schools' contribution to forming an Islamic values-based society. The study focuses on the education of Dakwah Pembina at the Nahdlatul Ulum Islamic Boarding School in Soreang Maros, addressing three main questions: the implementation of the Guidance Da'wah Strategy, the materials used to support da'wah training for students, and the advantages and disadvantages of Santri da'wah training at the school. The research aims to deeply understand the Da'wah Strategy of Guidance at Nahdlatul Ulum, explore supporting materials for Da'wah training, and analyze the training's strengths and weaknesses. A qualitative approach is used, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Results show that Nahdlatul Ulum Soreang Maros implements the Guidance Da'wah Strategy through various activities. Supporting materials include Formal Madrasah Education and the Study of the Yellow Book. The advantages of Santri da'wah training include providing knowledge, while the disadvantages are the need for teacher creativity and attention in implementing da'wah training.

Abstract

Domestic Violence (a.k.a KDRT) has been identified as a form of crime that falls into the category of "hidden crime". Handling through the conventional criminal justice system often faces serious obstacles, especially because victims often experience deep trauma. In addition, when these cases are presented in court, the justice obtained is often unsatisfactory for both the perpetrator and the victim. As an alternative, the Restorative Justice approach emerged as an attempt to provide a more holistic solution. Restorative justice focuses on returning losses to victims, improving the perpetrator's behavior, and providing opportunities for perpetrators to reintegrate into society without experiencing stereotypes. In the Indonesian context, this research aims to explore more deeply the implementation of restorative justice, including its legal basis, procedures, and carry out analysis using the concept of legal pluralism proposed by Werner Menski. This research is normative juridical in nature, with data collection carried out through documentation studies and interviews. Research findings show that the implementation of restorative justice in Indonesia is supported by a strong legal foundation. However, there are still obstacles in accommodating the three elements of legal pluralism proposed by Menski. In other words, even though restorative justice has been formally recognized, its implementation still needs to be improved to more effectively achieve the desired restorative goals.

Abstract

Abstract

This study is based on the reality of the Bugis Soppeng community. Where the community has customs or habits in giving a dowry called Sompa. Like dowries in general, Sompa is also given at the time of the contract or after the contract. However, in the provisions of Sompa, social strata is the main reference in the amount of property that must be given by the groom to the bride. The purpose of this study is to examine how to determine sompa based on the social strata of the Bugis Soppeng tribe. This study is a qualitative study with a descriptive-analytical type, which uses primary data in the form of interviews with three informants, namely traditional leaders, religious leaders, and traditional community actors, as well as secondary data in the form of literature, traditional documents, and Islamic law references. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, data analysis is carried out qualitatively through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that Sompa based on social stratification in the Bugis Soppeng community is based on several factors including heredity, wealth, education, position, and honor. The size of Sompa depends on the social strata of the woman and her parents. In Islamic Law, the size of the dowry is not determined by a maximum limit. The size used by the Bugis Soppeng community is a customary size, where the practice of sompa' is a negotiation between the man and the woman and there is no coercion. In other words, it does not contradict Islamic Law. Based on the concept of al-'Adah Muhakkamah, customary practices can be accepted as long as they do not conflict with Islamic Law.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the communication strategy used by the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) of South Sulawesi in disseminating fatwas related to dowry in the digital era. Panai, as a tradition of the Bugis-Makassar community in marriage, often causes polemics related to the amount of value that is considered burdensome. The MUI of South Sulawesi plays a role in providing religious guidance through fatwas, which must be disseminated effectively to the wider community. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, where data is collected through interviews, document analysis, and observation. This study focuses on how digital technology, such as social media and online platforms, is utilized to reach a wider audience, as well as the challenges faced in conveying religious messages in the modern era. The results of this study indicate that the MUI South Sulawesi communication strategy elaborates conventional and digital approaches, which include optimizing social media, collaborating with community leaders, and disseminating information through the official website. This study suggests further development in terms of digital innovation and increasing digital literacy to ensure that fatwas can be understood and well received by all groups.
