Abstract

Entrepreneurship is an ability that has a creative and innovative nature. This creative and innovative ability is used as the basis for an entrepreneur's intentions and tips for finding opportunities and improving the quality of life. Entrepreneurship has become a very important part in developing economic growth, innovation and competitiveness in various regions. Encouraging and inhibiting factors are important elements in the success of an entrepreneur which enable an entrepreneur to evaluate and improve the business he is running. The purpose of writing this article is so that readers can find out the driving factors and inhibiting factors of entrepreneurship to learn and understand before starting entrepreneurship. This research uses a qualitative method that emphasizes explanatory analysis of the factors driving and inhibiting entrepreneurial success. To get more information about the factors that encourage and inhibit entrepreneurial success. This research concentrates on providing an in-depth explanation of the components that are very important for achieving success in entrepreneurship. It is hoped that this research will increase our understanding of. In entrepreneurship, driving and inhibiting factors are important elements for an entrepreneur to be able to evaluate and improve the business he is running. Having a deep understanding of the elements that drive and hinder entrepreneurial success enables the development of more efficient plans to overcome challenges and exploit opportunities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kontribusi Koperasi Syariah BMT UGT Nusantara Cabang Pontianak terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi dan sosial masyarakat lokal. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa koperasi ini berperan signifikan dalam memberikan akses layanan keuangan berbasis syariah, mendukung pengembangan usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM), serta meningkatkan inklusi keuangan masyarakat. Dalam aspek sosial, koperasi melaksanakan program pemberdayaan seperti pelatihan kewirausahaan dan bantuan sosial melalui program UGT Peduli, yang memperkuat solidaritas sosial di antara anggota. Kesimpulannya, koperasi ini tidak hanya menjadi lembaga keuangan, tetapi juga agen transformasi sosial dan ekonomi yang berkontribusi positif terhadap kualitas hidup masyarakat lokal.

Abstract

Education plays an important role in improving the quality of a country's human resources. Therefore, the use of various learning methods is very important, especially to maximize the student learning process. This article discusses the effectiveness of learning methods using case studies, field trips, practicums and experiments in improving student learning outcomes and increasing student motivation in the learning process. This research uses a descriptive method with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Learning methods using case studies and field trips provide direct experience for students and can significantly influence student involvement in the learning process. Likewise, practical and experimental methods provide direct experience in using theory in practice. However, implementing this method requires careful planning and quite a lot of money. Apart from that, teachers also play an important role in classroom management and providing the necessary guidance during the learning process. The use of various effective learning methods is expected to improve the quality of a country's education and produce quality human resources. Therefore, there needs to be support from various parties to apply this learning method in order to create a better and more qualified generation.
