Abstract

This study discusses population parameters and environmental parameters as two interrelated concepts and are very important in understanding population dynamics and environmental quality in a region. Population parameters involve calculating the number of populations to determine the rate of population growth, which is influenced by factors such as population, birth rate, death rate, and migration rate. Meanwhile, environmental parameters are used to determine environmental quality, including air quality, water quality, and climate change. This research emphasizes the importance of a comprehensive analysis of these two parameters for the development of sustainable and environmentally sound policies. The close relationship between population and environmental parameters suggests that changes in one parameter can affect the other. Therefore, this study aims to explore the interaction between population and environmental parameters and their implications for development planning and natural resource conservation. This study discusses population parameters and environmental parameters as two interrelated concepts and are very important in understanding population dynamics and environmental quality in a region. Abstract

The problem-based education model begins with posing a problem or posing a problem, focusing on disciplinary relationships, investigation, group collaboration, as well as creating work, demonstrating and solving the given case. This problem-based education is student-centered, where teachers only share a little data and students who want to be more active in solving problems. This problem-based education uses real (authentic) problems that are unstructured and open-ended as a context for students to improve their problem-solving and critical thinking skills, and at the same time build new knowledge. In contrast to conventional education where real problems are used as the implementation of concepts, problem-based education makes real problems a factor in students' learning process before they understand formal concepts. Abstract

This research examines the influence of transactional and transformational leadership on honesty, effective leadership, integrity. Transactional leadership focuses on rewards and punishments to achieve goals, whereas transformational leadership inspires and motivates followers to go beyond personal interests. Through surveys and statistical analysis, the results show that transformational leadership more significantly increases performance, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment than transactional leadership. However, transactional leadership remains relevant in situations that require structure and tight control. A combination of these two styles is recommended for optimal results in various organizational contexts.
