Abstract

Tujuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Peran Kinerja Pegawai Dalam Memediasi Kualitas Pelayanan, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Serta Motivasi Terhadap Kepuasan Masyarakat di Desa Serah, Kecamatan Panceng, Kabupaten Gresik. Material dan Metode. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yakni masyarakat di Desa Serah, Kecamatan Panceng, Kabupaten Gresik. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 150 masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis yaitu SEM dengan alat Smart PLS. Hasil. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa Pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan Masyarakat di Desa Serah , Kecamatan Panceng, Kabupaten Gresik menunjukkan arah positif dan signifikan, Gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan Masyarakat di Desa Serah, Kecamatan Panceng, Kabupaten Gresik menunjukkan kearah positif namun tidak signifikan, Motivasi terhadap kepuasan Masyarakat di Desa Serah, Kecamatan Panceng, Kabupaten Gresik menunjukkan kearah positif dan signifikan. Kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan motivasi pegawai sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kepuasan masyarakat di Desa Serah, sementara gaya kepemimpinan, meskipun berkontribusi secara positif, tidak sepenuhnya signifikan dalam konteks ini

Abstract

social media and online games have become commonplace in the world of students, some of the benefits that can be obtained if done appropriately and correctly are that students' enthusiasm for learning increases, so that the learning outcomes obtained by students also increase, apart from that, the negative impact is of course that students become lazy about studying, concentration becomes increasingly difficult, especially students will be lazy about going to school and this will have an impact on the learning outcomes obtained which will decrease. Likewise, what happens to students at SD Inpres Kapopo, if done excessively, students cannot control their emotions. This is characterized by feeling restless and irritable if you are not allowed to play, regardless of the circumstances around you. For this reason, support and assistance is needed, if something negative happens, the impact of excessive use of social media and online games. By combining educational approaches, campaigns and collaboration with the community, this service can provide real benefits for students, parents and educators at SD Inpres Kapopo

Abstract

The study investigates perceived challenges that pre-service teachers (henceforth refers to PSTs) majoring in an English Education Program of a state university in the Province of Gorontalo, Indonesia, experience in improving their English oral proficiency level. Data from the PSTs were collected mainly using individual semistructured interviews, and then corroborated with the interview results collected from several lecturers who participated voluntarily. Informed by a thematic analysis approach, the study shows that the PSTs reported three main areas of challenges; linguistic proficiency, socio-culture, and English language engagement opportunity. Recommendations seeking to assist PSTs as well as the English Education Program in anticipating such challenges are also addressed.

Abstract

This research aims to examine customer loyalty in using gold pawning products at PT Bank Sulselbar Syariah Palopo. This research uses qualitative research methods with close descriptive analysis. The research obtained data through questionnaires, interviews and direct observation with customers who used the Islamic gold pawn (rahn) product of Bank Sulselbar Syariah Palopo as the research location and conducted interviews with customers, and the Head of Bank Sulselbar Syariah Palopo who was considered to continue to provide the information needed by researchers. The research results reveal that customer loyalty in using gold pawn products (rahn) at Bank Sulselbar Syariah Palopo is very high because they make regular repeat purchases, buy between product and service lines, refer to others, show immunity to the pull of competitors, performance, price , and ease of obtaining. There are factors that influence customers in using Bank Sulselbar Syariah Palopo's gold pawn (rahn) products, namely service, promotional, economic and religious factors.

Abstract

Dewan Syariah Nasional Majelis Ulama Indonesia (DSN-MUI) memiliki peran penting dalam pengembangan regulasi ekonomi syariah di Indonesia. Fatwa yang dikeluarkan DSN-MUI tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai pedoman operasional bagi lembaga keuangan syariah, tetapi juga menjadi salah satu rujukan utama dalam penyusunan regulasi oleh otoritas negara, seperti Bank Indonesia, Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK), dan lembaga legislatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran strategis fatwa DSN-MUI dalam proses pembentukan regulasi ekonomi syariah nasional. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, yang memanfaatkan studi pustaka, fatwa, dan regulasi terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fatwa DSN-MUI memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap proses harmonisasi antara prinsip-prinsip hukum Islam dengan sistem hukum nasional. Keberadaan fatwa DSN-MUI mampu mengisi kekosongan norma dalam sistem perundang-undangan, sekaligus menjembatani kebutuhan masyarakat muslim akan praktik ekonomi yang sesuai dengan syariah. Selain itu, kerja sama antara DSN-MUI dan regulator negara memperkuat legitimasi hukum dan mendorong percepatan pengembangan industri keuangan Islam di Indonesia. Dengan demikian, fatwa DSN-MUI dapat dikategorikan sebagai sumber hukum tidak tertulis yang efektif dalam mendukung pembentukan regulasi ekonomi Islam di Indonesia.
