Abstract

This research was conducted with the object of the Regional Government Office of Karimun Regency, involving respondents who were employees of the Regional Government Office of Karimun Regency, amounting to 37 people. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of organizational culture values ​​both simultaneously and partially on the level of job satisfaction of employees of the Regional Government Office of Karimun Regency. Besides that, there is the most dominant variable influencing employee job satisfaction. The variables in this study include eight independent variables consisting of the Principle of Purpose, Principle of Excellence, Principle of Consensus, Principle of Unity, Principle of Achievement, Principle of Empiricism, Principle of Familiarity, Principle of Integrity, and one dependent variable namely employee job satisfaction. Hypothesis testing results in that the principle of integrity has the most dominant influence on job satisfaction of Karimun Regency Government Office Employees. This is indicated by the tcount value of 6,521 with a significance level of 0,000 greater than the table of 2,045. This shows that there is a rejection of Ho and Ha acceptance, which means there is a significant influence of the integrity principle variable on the job satisfaction variable of the Employees of the Regional Government Office of Karimun Regency (Y). This t count value is stated to be the largest compared to the other variables.

social media and online games have become commonplace in the world of students, some of the benefits that can be obtained if done appropriately and correctly are that students' enthusiasm for learning increases, so that the learning outcomes obtained by students also increase, apart from that, the negative impact is of course that students become lazy about studying, concentration becomes increasingly difficult, especially students will be lazy about going to school and this will have an impact on the learning outcomes obtained which will decrease. Abstract

Latar belakang masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah pentingnya peran Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) sebagai motor penggerak ekonomi desa, yang dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa Penarah, Kecamatan Belat, Kabupaten Karimun. Meski demikian, perkembangan BUMDes masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, seperti minimnya dukungan pemerintah dan partisipasi masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis peran pemerintah dan masyarakat dalam mendukung keberhasilan dan pengembangan BUMDes di desa tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, yang melibatkan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dengan berbagai pihak terkait, seperti pemerintah desa, pengurus BUMDes, serta masyarakat setempat. Selain itu, data sekunder juga diperoleh dari dokumen resmi dan literatur terkait. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mengelompokkan temuan-temuan yang relevan untuk mendapatkan gambaran yang komprehensif mengenai peran yang dimainkan oleh pemerintah dan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran pemerintah dan masyarakat sangat krusial dalam mendukung operasional dan pengembangan BUMDes di Desa Penarah. Pemerintah desa memiliki peran dalam penyediaan regulasi, fasilitasi, serta bantuan keuangan dan non-keuangan. Sementara itu, masyarakat berkontribusi melalui partisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan BUMDes, baik sebagai konsumen maupun sebagai produsen. Kerjasama antara pemerintah dan masyarakat yang baik terbukti meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi operasional BUMDes, serta mempercepat pencapaian tujuan pembangunan desa.

Abstract

This test tool can help coaches and players measure the level of accuracy, speed, and power of their passing. With this test tool, players can track the development of their passing skills over time, making it possible to make necessary training adjustments to improve their game performance. The purpose of the tool is to determine the quality of the accuracy of the player's passing, with a signal of lights on, sound and a timer that runs backwards from 90 seconds. From the results obtained and processed, in the validity test the significance level used 5% so that the rtable used was 0.514. The comparison value of r count and r table can be seen in the table below. If r count > r table means the question is valid, then all 10 questions are stated to be valid. The main hypothesis is if the Cronch's Alpha value is > 0.801 then the questionnaire is reliable, and vice versa if Cronch's Alpha < 0.801 then the questionnaire is not reliable. The Cronch's Alpha value of the questionnaire for testing the effectiveness of the 4 (four) sides (front, back, right and left) football passing test tools in the reliability test was 0.960, so the questionnaire for testing the effectiveness of the 4 (four) sides (front, back, right and left) football passing test tools was declared reliable. The pre-test average was 12.73 and the post-test was 15.20 with a standard deviation of 2.017 and 2.077. It is found in the t-test table with a significance level of 0.05 having Sig. (2-tailed) 0.001. The p-value result Sig. (2 - Sided) <0.05, then the football passing test tools can significantly improve the results of the passing test accuracy. This proves that the football passing test tool created is an effective effort to improve the results of passing accuracy in the sport of football.

Abstract

Background: Nonunion accounts for 2% to 10% of fracture complications, diminishing quality of life and increasing mortality risk. Several factors, including smoking, metabolic disorders, dietary inadequacy, and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), may predict nonunion development. NSAIDs are frequently used to treat postoperative pain, including in orthopedic conditions, particularly for fracture pain management. However, NSAID/cyclooxygenase (COX)-2 inhibitor use has been controversial for many years. Many orthopedic surgeons avoid using them in fracture surgery due to their potential adverse effects on osteogenesis and subsequent nonunion risk.Literature Review: An updated literature review was conducted using digital databases such as PubMed, Cochrane, Ovid-SP, Springer Link, and Science Direct, with the search terms "NSAIDs" OR "COX-2 inhibitor" AND "nonunion" AND "fracture surgery." Seven publications that met the inclusion criteria were summarized. This review revealed that while NSAIDs/COX-2 inhibitors have been shown to temporarily inhibit fracture union in some studies, the safety of NSAIDs following fracture fixation without notable interference in bone healing has been demonstrated in others. The association of COX-2 inhibitors or non-selective NSAIDs with nonunion remains unclear.Summary: Prolonged NSAID use interferes with successful bone healing. Short-duration (<2 weeks of treatment) and low-dose NSAID use are considered safe and efficacious for postoperative fracture pain.

Abstract

The turtle egg trade threatens the existence and population of turtles themselves. Until now, the trade in turtle eggs is still found in Sebubus Village. Turtle protection has been regulated in Law Number 5 of 1990 concerning Conservation of Biological Natural Resources and Their Ecosystems. There are two focus problems in this research, namely how to implement turtle conservation on the Belacan River Beach; and what is the effectiveness of article 21 paragraph (2) letter e of Law Number 5 of 1990 concerning Conservation of Biological Natural Resources and Ecosystems for the protection of turtles on the Belacan River Beach in Sebubus Village, where to date the theft and trade in turtle eggs is still rampant in Sebubus Village. The type of research is qualitative, namely by collecting data from the field and direct interaction with informants. The approach used is an empirical approach, namely looking at the application of the law based on facts in the field. To obtain research data, researchers used observation and documentation interview techniques. Based on the research results, it was found that the implementation of turtle conservation at Sungai Belacan Beach carried out by the Wahana Bahari Paloh Community Group was very good in reducing the level of turtle egg theft. That the effectiveness of Article 21 Paragraph (2) Letter e of Law Number 5 of 1990 concerning Conservation of Biological Natural Resources and Ecosystems in protecting turtles on Belacan River Beach, Sebubus Village, Paloh District, is still not effective. Research shows that there are still many cases of theft of turtle eggs which cause huge losses to the turtle population. The stolen eggs are then traded illegally. This condition shows that although there are clear regulations prohibiting the collection and trade of turtle eggs, their implementation is less effective in preventing these illegal cases.

Abstract

Jual beli dalam Islam memiliki aturan baik dari cara bertransaksi sampai aturan pertanggung jawaban jika terjadi ketidaksesuaian transaksi yang dilakukan dengan rukun dan syarat yang telah diatur dalam Al-Qur’an maupun Hadist, yaitu dengan adanya hukum Ta’widh. Seperti pada kasus jual beli tanah kavling di perumahan Residen 3 Desa Lumbang Dusun penyengat ini. Adapun fokus masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu: bagaimana jual beli tanah kavling berdasarkan hukum isalam di perumahan Residen 3 Jalan Adenia Desa Lumbang Dusun Penyengat dan tinjauan hukum Islam terhadap Ta’widh atas jual beli tanah kavling di Perumahan Residen 3 Jalan Adenia Desa Lumbang Dusun Penyengat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian normative empiris yang mengkaji ketentuan hukum Ta’widh yang berlaku serta apa yang terjadi dalam kasus jual beli tanah kavling di Perumahan Residen 3 Desa Lumbang Dusun Penyengat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa pada kasus jual beli tanah kavling di Perumahan Residen 3 Jalan Adenia Desa Lumbang Dusun Penyengat akad jual beli sudah sesuai dengan rukun dan syarat hanya saja tidak adanya bukti transaksi tertulis sehingga saat munculnya suatu permasalahan tidak dapat menyelesaikan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku. Pada kasus jual beli tanah kavling di Perumahan Residen 3 Desa Lumbang Dusun Penyengat ini juga terjadi ketidaksesuaian dengan hukum Ta’widh dimana dalam hukum Ta’widh pihak penjual yang melakukan kesalahan seharusnya bertanggung jawab tapi kenyataannya pihak penjual tidak bertanggung jawab dan bahkan merugikan pihak pembeli pertama yaitu dengan membeli tanah secara keseluruhan dengan kredit kembali.

Abstract

Muamalah ialah salah satu bagian daripada Hukum Islam yang mengatur masalah tata hubungan manusia dalam masalah jual beli, kebendaan dan hak-hak atas benda tersebut, upah mengupah atau sewa menyewa (ijarah), perserikatan, pinjam-meminjam, kontrak dan lain sebagainya.[1] Salah satu bentuk muamalah dalam Islam adalah upah mengupah yang atinya menukar sesuatu dengan adanya imbalan seperti menjual manfaat, tenaga atau kekuatan disebut juga upah mengupah.[2] Pada umumnya upah mengupah bertujuan untuk memberikan keringanan kepada kita dalam menjalani hidup. Seseorang memiliki uang tetapi tidak mempunyai pekerjaan, di pihak lain ada yang mempunyai tenaga namun tidak memiliki uang. Dengan adanya upah mengupah keduanya saling mendapatkan memanfaatkan dan mengambil keuntungan diatasnya.[3] Adapun fokus masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Praktik Studi Komparatif dalam penetapan Ujrah Jasa Kurir Bangjek dan Tampan Jek di Kecamatan Sambas Perspektif Hukum Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sosiologis empiris yang meneliti fenomena yang terjadi di lapangan terkait perilaku masyarakat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa pada kasus Praktik Studi Komparatif penetapan ujrah oleh jasa kurir Bangjek dan Tampan Jek memiliki beberapa ketentuan yang sama ialah, pertama, berdasarkan suatu lokasi pengguna yang akan dituju serta lokasi toko permintaan pengguna. Kedua, berdasarkan jumlah pesanan pengguna. Semakin banyak pesanan pengguna maka ujrah yang ditetapkan akan lebih mahal. Perbandingan penetapan ujrah antar kedua jasa kurir adalah dari jumlah penetapan ujrahnya. Ujrah yang ditetapkan Bangjek lebih murah dibanding Tampan Jek. Namun, pada praktiknya beberapa driver tidak menetapkan ujrah sesuai dengan ketentuannya. Dimana pada transaksi tersebut pengguna merasa dirugikan dan jelas adanya ketidakadilan saat bertransaksi.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 8 of 2015 concerning the Prevention and Control of HIV/AIDS (Case Study at the Karimun Regency AIDS Commission Office) and to find out what factors support and inhibit its implementation. that policy. Data collection methods in this research used field observation, unstructured interviews, and documentation. The data analysis used in this research is a qualitative data analysis method. The results of the research show that the Karimun Regency AIDS Control Commission has not succeeded in reducing or eliminating the spread of HIV/AIDS in Karimun Regency from 66 HIV cases, 19 AIDS cases with 1 death due to AIDS in 2020 to 69 HIV cases, 5 AIDS cases with a death rate due to There is zero AIDS in 2021, and of the 52 HIV cases, there are 3 AIDS cases with the number of deaths due to AIDS being 2 cases in 2022. Implementation of the HIV/AIDS prevention and control program in Karimun Regency has not run optimally due to the lack of public knowledge regarding regional regulations, limitations human resources and budget, as well as the lack of awareness of policy implementers in implementing them.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the implementation of e-procurement in the procurement of goods and services at the Karimun Regency Goods and Services Procurement Work Unit, which is still not optimal and has obstacles in the implementation process. The research aims to determine the implementation of e-procurement in the procurement of goods and services, to find out the supporting factors and inhibiting factors in the process of implementing e-procurement in the procurement of goods and services at the Karimun Regency Goods and Services Procurement Work Unit. The data analysis used is qualitative with data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation, and documentation. The sampling techniques used in this research were purposive samples and snowball samples. In this study, 7 people met the sample characteristics. This research uses the theoretical basis of policy implementation by George C Edward III. The results of this research show that the implementation of e-procurement in the procurement of goods and services at the Karimun Regency Goods and Services Procurement Work Unit is generally good but not yet optimal in terms of the number of human resources, equipment resources, budget resources, and fragmentation
