Abstract

Infrastruktur jalan di Indonesia dominan memakai jenis perkerasan kaku (rigid pavement), khususnya jalan pedesaan. Pelaksanaan pekerjaan jalan pedesaan tipikal berupa padat karya. Sehingga untuk mencapai pemadatan tanah (subgrade) yang direncanakan akan sulit tercapai. Pembebanan pada jalan pedesaan memiliki karakter unik karena beban sering kali mengalami fluktuatif yang besar (overloading). Overloading beban jalan pedesaan dapat menimbulkan masalah bagi perkerasan kaku tersebut. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan penelitian mengenai lendutan pelat perkerasan kaku dengan variasi nilai CBR tanah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan variasi nilai CBR tanah dasar sebesar 5,77%, 8,12%, dan 12,83% pada mutu beton 35 MPa. Berdasarkan hasil teoritis dan eksperimen, nilai CBR tanah dasar memengaruhi lendutan pelat perkerasan kaku. Pada pembebanan sebesar 200 kN, variasi nilai CBR tanah dasar 5,77%, 8,12%, dan 12,83% menghasilkan lendutan teoritis berturut-turut sebesar 5,04 mm, 4,25 mm, dan 3,41 mm. Sedangkan, hasil lendutan eksperimen berturut-turut sebesar 5,29 mm, 4,48 mm, dan 2,31 mm. Hal ini membuktikan hasil lendutan teoritis dan eksperimen tidak berbeda jauh dan sesuai dengan hipotesis. Selain itu, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa semakin tinggi nilai CBR tanah dasar maka lendutan spesimen yang terjadi akan semakin kecil. Abstract

East Java has Malang City as the second-largest city. Common problems that occur in big cities in Indonesia are overcrowding and increasingly limited land. The solution to this problem is to develop vertical housing types such as apartments and flats. The need for new apartment development as a response to high public demand, by creating an analytical hierarchy process and a system for apartment developers, will assist apartment developers in making decisions. With AHP, you can determine the suitability of the apartment construction location with supporting parameters, namely slope maps, road network accessibility maps, existing land use maps, spatial pattern maps, distance maps to public facilities, and water availability maps. The results of the analysis of the suitability of apartment development in the city of Malang using AHP and GIS are then studied for the suitability of land use against the RTRW so that the implementation and development of apartment development in the city of Malang are according to plan. So that decision-making can be relevant and make the city of Malang an ideal city.
