Abstract

This study aims to find out how the management of madrasah principals in fostering religious character education in the digital era. This study uses a qualitative method. Head of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Ali Imron in Jl. Bersama no. 19-21, Mr. Dahlia Bdr. Congratulations for being the main sample in this study, data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation, data analysis of research results using reduction techniques, triangulation and drawing conclusions from research data. Based on this study, it was concluded that the management of the head of state of Madrasah Tsanawiyah in fostering religious character education in the digital era by leading to the psychological side of students which has implications for behavior, character building in children is carried out to create students who have good knowledge and behavior. The character of Tsanawiyah students has values ​​that come from Pancasila, religion, culture, and the goals of national education, namely honesty, tolerance, religious, discipline, cooperation, creativity, democracy, independence, national spirit, curiosity, love for the homeland, friendship. communicative, appreciative of achievement, love of peace, care for the environment, likes to read, cares about social, and is responsible other. The results showed that the management of the head of Madrasah Tsanawiyah in fostering religious character education had gone well with very good planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating. Information technology helps facilitate all human activities, retrieval of information, convey information and literacy about adding knowledge in learning by utilizing technology, so that students can learn by utilizing learning resources to the fullest.

Abstract

Street children are essentially victims and phenomena that arise as a side effect of mistakes or inaccuracies in the selection of a development model that has so far placed too much emphasis on growth aspects and regional development bias which has been too concentrated in big cities. The city of Medan, like other big cities in Indonesia, faces the problem of many street children. According to the Raperda for Child Protection, the Medan Government that the number of street children in 2022 will reach 550 souls. Seeing the increasing number of street children in the city of Medan and the many factors that cause them to become street children, the purpose of this research is to find out the background of street children choosing to work on the streets, the social relations of street children and the physical health of street children. The method used is descriptive research, quantitative meaning this research describes a situation according to events as they are that can be interviewed, observed and studied documentation. Quantitative descriptive method is defined as a research method in the form of a description with numbers. From several locations in Medan City that were used as places for children to make money in this study, there were three points used as research locations, namely Pasar Raya MMTC, Terminal Aksara and Alfamidi in Medan City. The results showed that poverty, parental encouragement, social environment, low education and wanting to have their own money were the factors behind street children in Medan City. By working as street children, the social relations of street children are closed, they don't care, and they are lazy. The physical health of street children, which the researchers have observed, is that most of the street children experience skin irritation and thin bodies due to unhealthy eating patterns. Abstract

This research aims to increase students' self-efficacy through group counseling services using symbolic modeling techniques in class XI MATLANSOS SMA Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan. The research method used was Counseling Guidance Action Research (PTBK), with research subjects of 8 students selected based on low and medium levels of self-confidence. Data collection techniques include self-efficacy scales, interviews, and observations. Data analysis was carried out descriptively qualitatively using the data analysis model from Miles and Huberman. The research results showed a significant increase in students' self-confidence levels after being given intervention through symbolic modeling technique group counseling services. In cycle I, the percentage increase in student self-confidence reached 63%, and in cycle II, this percentage increased to 100%. This shows that the intervention carried out is effective in increasing students' self-efficacy, so that they become more confident in speaking and actively participating in class.

The results of the research show that poverty, parental pressure, social environment, low education, and the desire to have their own money are the factors behind street children in Medan. By working as street children, some street children have closed, indifferent, and lazy social relationships. The physical health of street children that the researcher observed shows that most street children experience skin irritation and are thin due to unhealthy eating patterns.
