Abstract

This study aims to analyze the function of alternative learning media (interactive multimedia) during the Covid 19 pandemic. This research uses qualitative research methods based on library research (library research). Collecting data using documentation techniques derived from library sources. Data analysis uses content analysis techniques where each source or literature used is adjusted and the context's suitability is seen with other literature from books, journals or other research. Applications and multimedia content can be used as a learning resource during online learning, and ensure that the learning process remains active even though it is not done face-to-face. This involves all facilities and support to ensure online learning can be done starting from internet access, devices in the form of smartphones or notebooks, and the availability of adequate signals. Multimedia also makes it possible to increase children's interest and motivation to learn, which often decreased during the Covid 19 period. Multimedia is also a step to stimulate student understanding of the material being taught accelerated.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of the counseling laboratory as a learning resource for counseling guidance study program students. This study uses a qualitative research method based on library research (library research). Collecting data using documentation techniques derived from library sources. Data analysis uses content analysis techniques where each source or literature used is adjusted and the context is seen for its suitability with other literature from books, journals or other research. In relation to learning resources, the counseling laboratory functions as (1) to provide completeness for the theoretical lessons that have been received so that theory and practice are not two separate things. The two of them are mutually examining and looking for the basis of each other; (2) providing scientific work skills for students/students; (3) provide and cultivate the courage to seek the essence of scientific truth from an object in the natural and social environment; (4) increase skills in using available tools and media to seek and find the truth; (4) fostering student curiosity as a capital for the scientific attitude of a prospective scientist.

Abstract

The textbook developed in this study is adapted to the 2013 curriculum applicable in SMA, namely the material in class X. The material is adapted to the local wisdom of North Sumatra, especially in traditional Karo songs and music. This textbook describes the traditional Karo music in the form of a kulcapi drum ensemble whose instruments consist of kulcapi, keteng-keteng and bowl. This textbook is equipped with techniques in playing the kulcapi drum on the song Piso Surit and Terang Bulan. The existence of this textbook is very helpful for Cultural Arts teachers in teaching music based on local wisdom of North Sumatera.

Abstract

The creation of three-segment keteng-keteng (telu ngawan) with high, midle, and low characters, is carried out through the Soprano, Alto, tenor, and Bass frequency approaches, so that the keteng-keteng telu ngawan instrument becomes a “new” musical ensemble called the keteng-keteng Ensemble. Keteng-keteng Telu Ngawan. The frequency of keteng-keteng telungawan with soprano character is on a scale of 261,626-1046.50 Hz, the frequency of keteng-keteng telungawan with alto character is on a scale of 174,614-698,456 Hz, the frequency of keteng-keteng telungawan with tenor character is on a scale of 130,813-523,251, and the frequency of keteng-keteng telungawan bass character is on a scale of 82.4069-329.628. The determination of the tuning of the four keteng-keteng telungawan is done by recording the sound of the four keteng-keteng telungawan then transferring the sound to a string instrument category and entering it into several music tuner applications such as Da Tuner, Guitar Tuna or other similar applications. The results of the music tuner will be entered into the website so that it will automatically know where the frequency of the sound for each keteng-keteng telu ngawan is.

Abstract

Behavioristic Counseling is counseling offered by human behavior, also most of the students in the school. The purpose of behavioral counseling is to change behavior in accordance with the environment, by providing with therapy to students, then students will take the value related to the film, so that the value of film therapy can change the direction of Academic Procrastination to applied to students to be successful. The type ofresearch used is Qualitative. The sample drawing in this research are 11th grade of SMA swasta dharmawangsa. The technic of data accumulation is Interview, observation, and documentation. And then , technic data analysis is data reduction, data serving, and attract the conclusion. The result of research indicates all the positive things. that's alteration of student behavior which is used to delay those homework turns out to be the student who prepare those homework in no time. All the task that teachers gives can be prepared well. The things indicates that behavioristic counseling approach by using cinema therapy technic can solve academic procrastination that happens with students of SMA swasta Dharmawangsa Medan.Keyword: Behaviouristic Counseling, Cinema Therapy, Academic Procrastination

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pengembangan media pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran Agama Islam bagi siswa di masa pandemic Covid-19. Jenis penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development). Langkahlangkah penelitian dan pengembangan berpedoman pada model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Tahap development melibatkan enam validator dan empat praktisi untuk menilai kelayakan materi dan media. Tahap implementation melibatkan 80 peserta didik (30 peserta didik di SMP Negeri 1 Sunggal. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket atau kuesioner. Data yang diperoleh dioleh dengan analisi data deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil validasi dari ahli materi dan ahli media yang dilakukan dalam 2 tahap diperoleh kriteria sangat layak dengan persentase 85,56% dan ahli media sebesar 85,56%. Perolehan hasil praktisi materi sebesar 90,00% dan praktisi media 86,67%. Untuk respon peserta didik terhadap media pembelajaran memperoleh hasil skor yaitu sebesar 85,00%. Kata Kunci: media pembelajaran, e-book, Covid-19

Abstract

Tujuan kajian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi dan upaya meningkatkan kesiapan belajar siswa melalui pendekatan Behavioral. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian berbasis literatur atau studi pustaka. Hasil pembahasan adalah meningkatkan kesiapan belajar siswa dapat dilakukan melalui pendekatan behavioral, pendekatan ini bertujuan bahwa aksi, pendidikan, dan pembelajaran dipandang sebagai inti dari terapi. Siswa mempelajari perilaku baru (adaptif) untuk menggantikan perilaku lama (maladaptif) sehingga siswa mendapatkan cara bertindak yang sehat dan konsruktif. Teknik yang digunakan adalah pengkondisian operan. Prinsip utama pengkondisian operan adalah penguatan positif, penguatan negatif, kepunahan, hukuman positif dan hukuman negatif. Hasil dari konseling adalah untuk meningkatkan perilaku target, yaitu siswa siap menerima pelajaran baru dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Keberhasilan siswa menetapkan minat wirausaha perlu adanya upaya sejak awal dan bersifat terus menerus di bawah pembinaan melalui program guru bimbingan konseling terutama dalam memberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok bidang pengembangan karir atau pekerjaan serta latihan ntuk mewujudkan apa yang disebut dengan wirausaha. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Strategi yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Subyek penelitian ini adalah saksi-saksi yang dapat digunakan sebagai sumber untuk mendapatkan data yang berhubungan dengan judul tinjauan ini. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru bk, pengajar wali kelas, dan siswa. Konsekuensi dari studi ini menunjukkan bahwa Faktor pendukung dalam meningkatkan minat wirausaha adalah dukungan sekolah dan keyakinan siswa, faktor penghambatnya siswa kurang percaya diri dalam meningkatkan minat wirausaha. Kata Kunci : Minat Wirausaha, faktor pendukung dan penghambat.
