Abstract

The 2024 State Defense Thematic Real Work Lecture (KKNT) has been held in 9 villages in Trowulan District, one of which is Trowulan Village. The village has culinary delights that utilize fishery commodities, namely Wader Fish, so students want to create processed products with added value and a long shelf life. Apart from that, students also teach the community about the use and conservation of resources. Community service carried out by students through product development innovation uses two qualitative methods with exposure and practice. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. In general, the fishery commodity that is often used is wader fish which is used as a fried fish with sambal by the community. However, its shelf life is fast so it doesn't last long. Therefore, students created a product development program through food diversification in the form of Wader Crackers. Wader Crackers are a solution to supply protein, carbohydrates, calcium and other nutrients as well as supporting the preservation of the environment and local culture in the use of superior food commodities in local villages.

Abstract

In the increasingly fierce competition in Islamic banking, product innovation is becoming more and more important key in increasing competitiveness and spurring company growth, because it is important for Islamic banks to know what factors can influence development and innovation product banking sharia and build Micro small and Medium Enterprises for resolve poverty in Indonesia .factor which influence innovation products can come from internal or external, internal factors mean the organization of all something in inside like Human Resources, culture company, and strategy company, while factor external in cause by growth market, level competition, regulation bank Indonesia, OJK, and fatwa National Sharia Council.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Green Product dan Green Price terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Product Glad 2 Glow di kota Bima. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh meningkatnya kesadaran konsumen terhadap isu lingkungan yang mendorong preferensi terhadap produk ramah lingkungan, khususnya pada sektor kosmetik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan Teknik purposive sampling terhadap 50 responden yang merupakan konsumen Glad 2 Glow. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa Green Product berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, sedangkan Green Price berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi pelaku usaha lokal untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas produk ramah lingkungan serta menyesuaikan strategi harga agar tetap kompetitif dan mencerminkan nilai keberlanjutan.
