Abstract

The purpose of the study is to describe; (1) how high is the management of blended learning FIP UM (2) how high is the learning motivation of FIP UM students; (3) how high the learning achievement of FIP UM students is; (4) how is the relationship between blended learning management and learning achievement of FIP UM students; (5) how is the relationship between learning motivation and learning achievement of FIP UM students; and (6) how is the relationship between blended learning management and learning motivation and learning achievement of FIP UM students. This research uses a quantitative approach by utilizing descriptive and correlation analysis methods. This research is located at FIP UM. The population in this study was FIP UM students class of 2019 which amounted to 962 students and a sample of 286 students. The validity test uses pearson moment products while the reliability test uses Cronbach’s alpha. Furthermore, data analysis uses classical assumptions consisting of; (1) normality; (2) linearity; and (3) homogeneity and correlation tests. The results of the study with the use of descriptive and correlation analysis showed various conclusions, namely; (1) FIP UM students have a “Good” perspective on blended learning management; (2) FIP UM students have the motivation to learn with “Very Good” conditions; (3) FIP UM students have learning achievements in the “Praise” qualification; (4) no relationship between blended learning management and learning achievement had a significance value of .738 > 0.05; (5) there is no relationship between learning motivation and learning achievement which has a significance value of .025 > 0.05; and (6) no simultaneous relationship between blended learning management and learning motivation and learning achievement had a significance value of .371 > 0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogis dan profesional guru melalui peningkatan berkelanjutan di SDN Banjaran 2 Kota Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumenter. Penelitian ini telah menghasilkan informasi yang sejalan dengan fokus penelitian. Kepala sekolah mengidentifikasi kebutuhan guru melalui supervisi tindakan kelas dan melakukan evaluasi dengan Diskusi Kelompok Fokus (FGD) melibatkan semua guru. Peningkatan kompetensi pedagogis dan profesional dilakukan melalui lokakarya, seminar, pelatihan layanan pendidikan, pembinaan dan mentoring oleh guru senior, kolaborasi antar guru, penggunaan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK), motivasi yang diberikan kepada guru melalui implementasi kegiatan komunitas belajar (Kombel) di dalam lembaga pendidikan, Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG), Platform Merdeka Mengajar (PMM), In House Training (IHT), pertemuan, motivasi, reward and punishment, gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif, memberikan bimbingan bagi guru untuk menghadiri webinar dan berbagai program pelatihan. Indikator keberhasilan dari strategi yang diterapkan oleh kepala sekolah dapat diamati melalui hasil tes formatif dan sumatif, serta hasil pencapaian non-akademik. Peningkatan berkelanjutan dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogis dan profesional guru difasilitasi melalui kemauan guru untuk terus meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogis dan profesional mereka melalui berbagai metode, seperti berkolaborasi dengan guru lain, terlibat dalam kegiatan belajar mandiri menggunakan PMM, dan melakukan diskusi dan refleksi.

Abstract

Abstract The ability of critical thinking among students is a crucial component in their lives. Through critical thinking skills, students can comprehend and understand information comprehensively or in-depth. This research aims to explore, identify, and explain general publication trends, methodological approaches used, and strategies to cultivate and develop students' critical thinking skills. This study employs Systematic Literature Review (SLR) following PRISMA guidelines to obtain articles relevant to the researched topic. First, the publication trend of articles began in 2004, 2007, 2010, 2012, 2017, 2018, 2016, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022, with the highest frequency of research conducted in the United States, Indonesia, and Brazil. Second, the methodology approaches from highest to lowest frequency of use are quantitative, qualitative, mixed methods, literature review, and research & development (R&D). Third, strategies to foster and enhance critical thinking skills are implemented using 10 types of strategies such as curriculum-integrated approaches with various components, Integrated training methods (simulations and critical thinking strategies), practical inquiry model, academic motivation, clinical simulation, flipped classroom, didactic approaches, DL & MKS, classroom debates, and reciprocal teaching strategy. Abstrak Kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik merupakan suatu komponen yang berperan penting di kehidupannya. Melalui kemampuan berpikir kritis, peserta didik dapat mengerti dan memahami informasi secara komprehensif atau mendalam. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengeksplorasi, mengetahui, dan menjelaskan trend publikasi secara umum, pendekatan metodologi yang digunakan, dan strategi untuk menumbuhkan dan mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan Sistematis Literature Review (SLR) dengan panduan PRISMA untuk mendapatkan artikel yang mempunyai relevansi dengan topik yang diiteliti. Pertama, trend publikasi artikel dimulai pada tahun 2004, 2007, 2010, 2012, 2017, 2018, 2016, 2019, 2020, 2021, dan 2022 serta negara dengan frekuensi tertinggi dalam melaksanakan penelitian adalah Amerika, Indonesia, an Brazil. Kedua, pendekatan metodologi yang mempunyai frekuensi tertinggi menuju terendah untuk digunakan adalah kuantitatif, kualitatif, mixed methods, literature review, dan research & development (R&D). Ketiga, strategi untuk menumbuhkan dan mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan 10 jenis strategi seperti strategi pendekatan kurikulum yang diintegrasikan dengan beragam komponen, Integrated training methods (simulations and critical thinking strategies), pratical inqury model, motivasi akademis, clinical simulation, flipped classroom, didactic approaches, DL & MKS, classroom debates, dan reciprocal teaching strategy.

Abstract

Abstract : Self-efficacy, which refers to an individual's belief in his or her ability to execute certain tasks, is a critical element in achieving academic success and student personal development. Malang State University, as a higher education institution committed to quality learning, is faced with the challenge of increasing student self-efficacy. One of the efforts taken is holding seminars as a means of developing students' skills, knowledge and self-confidence. The importance of understanding the influence of seminars on student self-efficacy at Malang State University underlies this research. This research aims to explore and explain the influence of seminar variables on self-efficacy. This research utilizes a quantitative approach with data collection methods in the form of questionnaire techniques. This research also has research results which can be concluded into 3 parts. First, students have a perspective or point of view that is included in very good qualifications regarding seminars. Second, students have a level of self-efficacy which is included in very good qualifications. Third, the seminar variable has an influence on student self-efficacy.Abstrak : Self-efficacy, yang merujuk pada keyakinan individu terhadap kemampuannya untuk mengeksekusi tugas-tugas tertentu, menjadi unsur kritis dalam mencapai keberhasilan akademis dan pengembangan pribadi mahasiswa. Universitas Negeri Malang sebagai lembaga pendidikan tinggi yang berkomitmen pada kualitas pembelajaran, dihadapkan pada tantangan untuk meningkatkan self-efficacy mahasiswa. Salah satu upaya yang diambil adalah penyelenggaraan seminar sebagai sarana untuk mengembangkan keterampilan, pengetahuan, dan keyakinan diri mahasiswa. Pentingnya pemahaman terkait pengaruh seminar terhadap self-efficacy mahasiswa di Universitas Negeri Malang mendasari penelitian ini. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan menjelaskan pengaruh dari variabel seminar terhadap self efficacy. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa teknik kuesioner. Penelitian ini juga mempunyai hasil penelitian yang dapat disimpulkan menjadi 3 bagian. Pertama, mahasiswa mempunyai perspektif atau sudut pandang yang termasuk dalam kualifikasi sangat bagus mengenai seminar. Kedua, mahasiswa mempunyai tingkat self efficacy yang termasuk dalam kualifikasi sangat bagus. Ketiga, variabel seminar mempunyai pengaruh terhadap self efficacy mahasiswa.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to identify and determine the level and impact of the entrepreneurship curriculum and self-efficacy on students' entrepreneurial intentions. This research employs a quantitative approach, utilizing descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression with partial t-tests and simultaneous f-tests. The study involves a sample of 100 students from faculties of Mathematics and Science (FMIPA), Engineering (FT), Education (FIP), and Letters (FS) at Universitas Negeri Malang. The sample size was determined using quota sampling, which provides researchers the flexibility to decide the number of participants. First, the entrepreneurship curriculum, manifested through entrepreneurship education, was rated as "Very Good". Second, students' self-efficacy was classified as "Very Good". Third, students' entrepreneurial intentions were classified as "Good". Fourth, the entrepreneurship curriculum variable significantly influences students' entrepreneurial intentions. Fifth, the self-efficacy variable significantly influences students' entrepreneurial intentions. Sixth, the simultaneous testing of the entrepreneurship curriculum and self-efficacy variables revealed a significant combined effect on students' entrepreneurial intentions.
