Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyebab keluhan keterlambatan berbicara (Speech Delay) pada salah satu anak yang berusia 11 tahun yang berasal dari Kota Tebing Tinggi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan subyek penelitian satu orang yang mengalami keterlambatan berbicara dengan observasi, wawancara. Hasil wawancara menunjukkan bahwa penyebab dari keterlambatan berbicara pada anak tersebut adalah karena faktor keluarga yang tidak mendukung anak untuk berlatih dalam berbicara.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran manajemen dan kepemimpinan Organisasi Siswa Intra Sekolah (OSIS) di Sekolah SMP N 1 Percut Sei Tuan dalam membentuk karakter siswa dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa struktur OSIS yang efektif, keterlibatan pengurus OSIS, dan manajemen program OSIS memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan karakter nasionalisme, keterampilan, dan disiplin siswa. Dalam sintesis, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa OSIS memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk karakter siswa dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Manajemen dan kepemimpinan OSIS dapat meningkatkan keterampilan siswa, meningkatkan disiplin, dan membantu siswa menghadapi tantangan masa depan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan pendidikan dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di SMP N 1 PercutĀ SeiĀ Tuan.

Abstract

His study examines the role of guidance and counseling teachers in shaping and improving student values and morals in school. The study aims to investigate the impact of guidance and counseling on students' moral development and the strategies used by teachers to promote moral values. The research employed a mixed-methods approach, combining both quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis methods. The results show that guidance and counseling teachers play a significant role in fostering moral values and ethics among students. The study highlights the importance of teacher-student relationships, classroom management, and the use of various teaching strategies in promoting moral development. The findings also suggest that guidance and counseling teachers should be equipped with the necessary skills and resources to effectively address the moral needs of students. The study concludes that the role of guidance and counseling teachers in forming and enhancing student values and morals is crucial in creating a positive and supportive learning environment.

Abstract

Clinical practice is a crucial stage in nursing education that requires students to apply theoretical knowledge in real healthcare settings. The transition to a clinical environment often triggers anxiety, as students face competency demands, professional responsibilities, and direct interactions with patients. This study aims to determine the anxiety levels of fifth-semester nursing students prior to clinical practice at Universitas Muhammadiyah Semarang. A descriptive quantitative design was employed with a sample of 35 students selected using a simple random sampling technique. Data were collected using the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS) and analyzed descriptively with Microsoft Excel to obtain frequency and percentage distributions. The results showed that most students experienced severe anxiety (31%), followed by moderate (29%), mild (23%), no anxiety (14%), and panic-level anxiety (3%). These findings indicate that the majority of nursing students experience anxiety before clinical practice, predominantly at severe and moderate levels. Therefore, psychological support and mental preparation programs are essential to help students transition optimally into the clinical environment.
