Abstract

Remaja rentan menjadi korban kekerasan seksual. Salah satu Langkah pencegahan kekerasan seksual adalah memahami seluk beluk kekerasan seksual. Oleh karena itu, remaja perlu memiliki kemampuan literasi informasi yang baik tentang kekerasan seksual. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa remaja melalui kegiatan literasi informasi tentang pendidikan seks. Kegiatan dilakukan pada Januari 2023 mulai dari survei sampai evaluasi. Target sasaran kegiatan ini adalah seluruh siswa sekolah menengah di Desa Cintaratu. Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 2 Parigi dan Sekolah Menengah Pertama Plus Ma’Arif adalah dua sekolah yang berada di wilayah Desa Cintaratu Kecamatan Parigi Kabupaten Pangandaran. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 50 siswa yang dipilih oleh masing-masing sekolah sebagai perwakilan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Balai Desa Cintaratu. Pengukuran dilakukan melalui kuesioner dalam bentuk google-formulir. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan dan sikap para siswa meningkat setelah mengikuti kegiatan literasi informasi pendidikan seks dengan rerata 23% dan 5%. Perilaku para siswa termasuk dalam kategori masih wajar sebagai individu dalam tahap perkembangan remaja. Kesimpulannya, kegiatan serupa tetap perlu dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran siswa agar berperilaku baik terkait pencegahan kekerasan seksual.

Abstract

Delirium management is critical to lowering the risk for patients as well as health care providers, such as a nurse who takes complete care of the patient and plays an important role in delirium prevention from the start of post-operative care until the patient is transferred to the ward and then discharged. The purpose of this study was to examine the usefulness of instruments for screening delirium in patients undergoing cardiac surgery as well as the effectiveness of evidence-based nursing interventions for delirium prevention and management in cardiac surgery patients. This study used a case study design with five hospitalized patients who had cardiac surgery, including patients admitted 1-2 days before or within 7 days of the procedure. Based on NICE guidelines, the authors provided data collection methods for screening for delirium and intervention for delirium prevention and management in patients following cardiac surgery. According to data acquired from five responders, two patients in the high-risk age group are already in the delirium phase, while the other three patients have not shown delirium postoperatively. The most typical intervention in all cases is re-orientation and immobility (use cardiac rehabilitation), as well as basic communication. This study attempted to integrate three screening measures for delirium, then evaluated and compared the findings to see if the patient received the same or a different score on each instrument.

Abstract

An islamic boarding school is a place for shaping the character of adolescents. Students who study in an islamic boarding school are called santri. However, in reality, students still experience various socio-spiritual problems. This study aims to identify the level of spiritual intelligence in adolescent students at the Baiturrahman Islamic Boarding School in Bandung Regency. The quantitative method was used with a total sampling of 118 respondents, who were adolescent students at the Baiturrahman Islamic Boarding School in Bandung Regency at the Senior High School (SMA) level. The Spiritual Intelligence Self-Report Inventory (SISRI-24) scale was used. The validity of The Spiritual Intelligence Self-Report Inventory (SISRI-24) scale was found to have a product moment correlation coefficient greater than 0.388. Additionally, the reliability of the scale was tested using cronbach's alpha, and the resulting value was 0.789. Data analysis using univariate analysis. The results showed that the level of spiritual intelligence was in the high category (58.5%). The dimensions of Personal Meaning Production (PMP), Conscious State Expansion (CSE), and Transcendental Awareness (TA) are classified in the high spiritual intelligence category with percentages of 73.7%, 56.8%, and 55.9% respectively. The Critical Existential Thinking (CET) dimension, on the other hand, is at a moderate level with a percentage of 51.7%. Various efforts that can be made to improve CET can be through resilience training, a sense of honesty, and altruism, which often contributes to the ability to think and find purpose in life, thereby forming spiritual well-being.

Abstract

The Youth Information and Counseling Center (PIK-R) was formed with the aim of forming healthy behavior in teenagers to prevent an increase in the number of HIV/AIDS cases. Currently, there has been no comparative research on HIV/AIDS prevention behavior in schools that do not and do not have PIK-R. This research aims to see differences in HIV/AIDS prevention behavior between students in schools that do not and have PIK-R. This research method is descriptive comparative with a cross sectional time approach. Respondents were students of SMA Negeri 1 Pangandaran and SMK Negeri 1 Pangandaran with a sample of 95 people using the stratified sampling method. The instrument used is the Indonesian version of the Sexual Behavioral Abstine HIV/AIDS Questionnaire (SBAHAQ) which has been declared valid and reliable with a mean CVI value of 0.96 and Cronbach's Alpha values of 0.87, 0.77 and 0.85. Data analysis uses univariate and bivariate analysis. The results of the comparative test with the Mann Whitney Test obtained an asymp sig (2-tailed) value of 0.331 (>0.05). Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there is no significant difference between HIV/AIDS prevention behavior among students in schools with and without PIK-R.

Abstract

Luka kronik merupakan cedera kulit berkepanjangan yang menimbulkan gangguan fisik, psikologis, aktivitas sehari-hari, dan finansial. Faktor demografi dan karakteristik luka dapat mempengaruhi tingkat kualitas hidup pasien luka kronik. Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan kualitas hidup pasien luka kronik di RSUP Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung. Penelitian merupakan deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan kuesioner Wound-QoL 17 item dengan nilai validitas 0.44 – 0.72 dan Cronbach’s Alpha 0.91.  Sampel penelitian melibatkan 189 pasien luka kronik dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data secara deskriptif univariat dengan interpretasi tingginya skor menandakan tingkat kualitas hidup pasien semakin rendah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas pasien berusia 40-65 tahun (65,6%), perempuan (65,1%), pendidikan terakhir SMP/SMA (59,7%), finansial rendah (58,7%), dan memiliki jenis luka kanker (30,2%). Sebanyak 59,2% pasien memiliki kualitas hidup rendah dengan rerata skor domain psikologis (3,02), kehidupan sehari-hari (2,52), finansial (2,42), dan fisik (2,34). Domain psikologis merupakan domain dengan tingkat kesejahteraan terendah disebabkan peningkatan emosi negatif dan ketidakadaptifan koping pasien. Sedangkan domain fisik merupakan domain dengan tingkat kesejahteraan tertinggi disebabkan perbedaan gejala luka yang dialami pasien. Diharapkan tenaga kesehatan dapat memberikan intervensi pada pasien dengan/berisiko mengalami masalah psikologis bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan koping. Peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan dapat menganalisis terkait hubungan karakteristik responden dengan kualitas hidup pasien dengan luka kronik.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Insidensi luka sering ditemukan setiap tahunnya di Indonesia baik luka bersih maupun kotor. Namun pada praktiknya, pengobatan luka di masyarakat masih belum diterapkan sesuai dengan prinsipnya. Maka solusi yang dapat diberikan adalah dengan melakukan pembelajaran mengenai perawatan luka sesuai jenis dan karakteristiknya untuk mencegah terjadinya komplikasi dan infeksi. Pendidikan kesehatan perawatan luka ini dilakukan dengan teknik pembelajaran ceramah dan demonstrasi. Tujuan dilakukannya pendidikan kesehatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemandirian keluarga dalam merawat luka pada pasien dengan luka. Sasaran pada pendidikan kesehatan ini adalah keluarga pasien di ruang rawat inap salah satu Rumah Sakit di Sumedang. Media yang digunakan pada penyampaian pendidikan kesehatan ini adalah leaflet, power point, dan tayangan video. Berdasarkan hasil analisis seluruh peserta 100% memiliki pengetahuan yang baik karena dapat menjawab dengan benar pada akhir post-test sehingga dapat disimpulkan terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan keluarga pasien mengenai luka dan cara perawatannya. Oleh karena itu pendidikan kesehatan terkait perawatan luka diharapkan dapat dilakukan secara berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan kemandirian keluarga dalam melakukan perawatan luka setelah di rawat di Rumah Sakit. Kata Kunci: Pengetahuan, Perawatan Luka, Keluarga, Kemandirian  ABSTRACT The incidence of wounds is often found every year in Indonesia, both clean and dirty wounds. However, in practice, wound treatment in society is still not implemented according to its principles. So the solution that can be given is to learn about wound care according to its type and characteristics to prevent complications and infections. Wound care health education is carried out using lecture and demonstration learning techniques. The aim of this health education is to increase family knowledge and independence in caring for wounds in patients with wounds. The target of this health education is the patient's family in the inpatient room of one of the hospitals in Sumedang. The media used to deliver this health education are leaflets, power points and video shows. Based on the analysis results, all participants had 100% good knowledge because they were able to answer correctly at the end of the post-test so it can be concluded that there was an increase in the patient's family's knowledge regarding wounds and how to treat them. Therefore, it is hoped that health education related to wound care can be carried out on an ongoing basis to increase family independence in carrying out wound care after being treated in hospital. Keywords: Knowledge, Wound Care, Family.
