Abstract

This research discusses the relationship between parenting style and learning achievement of fifth grade at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah At-Taqwa 51 Bekasi. Based on observations, some grade V at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah At-Taqwa 51 Bekasi have low academic achievement. This is indicated by the presence of students who are still late for school and when a teacher gives homework (PR) there are some students who do not work on it and during daily tests and semester tests some students get score below the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM), so that a re-examination must be carried out to achieve the KKM score. The purpose of this research was to obtain data about the relationship between parenting parents and the learning achievement of fifth grade at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah At-Taqwa 51 Bekasi. The research method used is a quantitative correlation approach with observation techniques and distributing questionnaires to fifth grade at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah At-Taqwa 51 Bekasi, academic year 2022/2023, totaling 45 respondents. The results showed that the value of Alpha Sig. 0.000 <0.05, which is equal to 0.011 <0.05 or with the test results using rcount > rtable, which is equal to 0.375 > 0.301 so that Ha failed to reject and H0 was rejected. In conclusion, there is a significant relationship between parenting style and learning achievement of fifth grade at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah At-Taqwa 51 Bekasi with a correlation of 14.1%. The permissive type of parenting is the parenting style most widely applied by parents of fifth grade students compared to democratic and authoritarian parenting styles.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, which uses previous research as the primary material for creating hypotheses, adding novelty elements that are different from previous studies, and testing the hypotheses that researchers make. The primary material that researchers mean in this study is research. The data used in this study is primary data that researchers obtained from Gacoan noodle customers spread across several corners of Indonesia, with the minimum criteria of having shopped more than three times, with a many of 400 customers. The data used in this study were analysed using the innovative PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article shows that each hypothesis in this study can be proven. The first hypothesis in this study is that the Customer Trust variable can have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on Employee Performance. Based on the third table above, the Customer Trust variable can have a positive relationship direction and a considerable impact on Repurchase Intention because the P-values ​​are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.011. These results show that the higher the Customer Trust, the more likely it is to lead to purchasing decisions, increase customer loyalty, and increase customer comfort. These indicators will ultimately have a good impact and significantly influence Repurchase Intention. The following hypothesis used in this study is that the Security Perception variable can moderate the influence of the Customer Trust variable on the Repurchase Intention variable. This is because the P-values ​​are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, which is 0.000, more significant than the direct testing of 0.011. Increasing Security Perception can further increase Customer Trust because Customers feel safe and comfortable. Ultimately, these rights can have a more significant effect on Repurchase Intention.

Abstract

Indonesia sebagai negara dengan mayoritas penduduk Muslim memiliki potensi pasar produk halal yang sangat besar. Namun, literasi dan kepatuhan pelaku UMKM terhadap kewajiban sertifikasi halal masih rendah, termasuk di wilayah Kabupaten Cirebon. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM dalam proses pengurusan sertifikasi halal secara self declare melalui pendampingan terstruktur. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan di Desa Sindanglaut dan Desa Cipeujeuh Kulon, Kecamatan Lemahabang, Kabupaten Cirebon, dengan melibatkan pemerintah desa, patriot desa, pendamping proses produk halal, serta mahasiswa KKN. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam lima tahap yaitu koordinasi, sosialisasi door-to-door, pendampingan pembuatan akun OSS dan SiHalal, verifikasi lapangan, hingga penyerahan sertifikat halal. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 34 pelaku UMKM berhasil didampingi hingga tahap penerbitan sertifikat halal. Pendampingan ini juga berhasil mengatasi kendala rendahnya literasi digital dan kurangnya pengetahuan prosedur administrasi. Dengan diterbitkannya sertifikat halal, pelaku UMKM diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen, memperluas akses pasar, dan menaikkan daya saing produk di pasar lokal maupun nasional. Kegiatan ini menegaskan pentingnya kolaborasi lintas pihak untuk mendukung implementasi kebijakan Jaminan Produk Halal di tingkat desa.

Abstract

Emas merupakan aset investasi yang diminati karena stabilitasnya, namun harga emas rentan terhadap fluktuasi yang dipengaruhi berbagai faktor eksternal, seperti kondisi ekonomi global dan ketegangan geopolitik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi harga emas menggunakan model Seasonal Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (SARIMA). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah harga emas bulanan dalam mata uang IDR per gram dari Januari 2017 hingga November 2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model SARIMA (0,2,1)(0,1,1)₁₂ merupakan model yang terbaik dan dapat menghasilkan prediksi yang cukup akurat untuk harga emas. Dengan demikian, model SARIMA (0,2,1)(0,1,1)₁₂ dapat dijadikan sebagai alat prediksi harga emas untuk periode mendatang serta memberikan informasi yang relevan bagi investor dan pelaku usaha di Indonesia dalam mengambil keputusan investasi emas pada masa mendatang.
