Abstract

Menjaga kesehatan adalah tanggung jawab diri sendiri dengan cara menerapkan pola hidup sehat seperti mengonsumsi makanan yang kaya akan nutrisi, rajin olahraga dan tidur cukup. Ciri orang yang tidak menerapkan hidup sehat adalah turunnya imun tubuh dan mudah terkena penyakit. Salah satu cara meningkatkan imun tubuh adalah dengan mengonsumsi herbal. Oleh karena itu, program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan bawang hitam kepada masyarakat kelompok Pengajian Pimpinan Ranting Muhammadiyah Pasuruhan Lor Kecamatan Jati Kabupaten Kudus yang mempunyai banyak manfaat seperti mengontrol gula darah, mengontrol kolesterol tinggi dan meningkatkan imunitas. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 04 Agustus 2024. Tim memberikan presentasi terkait bawang hitam dengan menggunakan Proyektor dan power point kemudian dilanjutkan dengan sesi tanya jawab. Hasilnya adalah tim pengabdi mempresentasikan tentang bawang hitam yaitu fermentasi dari bawang putih. Dapat dibuat dengan alat sederhana seperti pemanas nasi yang pemanasannya terkontrol agar tidak hilang kandungannya. Bawang hitam yang mempunyai tekstur kenyal, asam dan manis lebih banyak diminati daripada bawang putih biasa yang mempunyai rasa getir dan pengar. Manfaatnya dapat meningkatkan imun sehingga tidak mudah sakit., menurunkan diabetes, kolesterol tinggi dan lain-lain.

Abstract

This research aims to teach nursing students about the values of Pancasila which can be implemented in everyday life and also in the world of work in health services for the community. This is an effort to comply with the nursing code of ethics in the hope that nursing students can become quality medical personnel.This research is qualitative research using the library research method, while the data collection uses library data such as on Google Scholar. The researcher carried out data analysis through several stages, namely content and discourse analysis, drawing conclusions from the reading and explaining it logically and systematically. The results of research on the implementation of Pancasila values in Nursing Students' Efforts to Comply with the Code of Ethics to Become Quality Medical Personnel, namely a) The importance of practicing Pancasila b) Pancasila values c) Code of Ethics and ethical principles for nurses d) The relationship between the code of ethics and Pancasila values e) The purpose of Pancasila values being taught to nursing students. f) implementation of Pancasila values that can be applied by nursing students in accordance with the nursing code of ethics.

Abstract

Internalization program especially student mobility program incampus is important not only to improve the quality of the campusbut also to improve the students’ quality. By joining the program, thestudent can learn many thing, such as culture, all about SDGs, ect.The main thing of the student mobility program is the EFL haschance to practice their skill to speaking during the program. Theprogram done virtually for 2 weeks. This research aims to describethe speaking improvement through student mobility program. Thisresearch belongs to pre-experimental design with pre-test and posttest. The population and sample is 10 students as the representativeof Indonesia campus, and the sampling technique used is totalsampling. The data was analysed statistically and provided thequalitative data to strength the research. There are five indicatorsthat have been improved, such as pronunciation, grammar,vocabulary, fluency, and comprehension. It can be concluded thatthere is a significant different before and after joining studentmobility program.

Abstract

The aim of conducting this study is to analyze self-actualization in Danielle Steel’s Betrayal. The main character Tallie Jones fulfills her need for self-actualization. She lives in a complicated world of untrustworthy people, dishonesty, and superficial values. She is betrayed by two people she loves and trusts and wants to figure out who is stealing money from her. The source of the data was a novel entitled Betrayal written by Danielle Steel. It was published in July 2012. This study used the theory of Abraham Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs. It was arranged as follows: 1) the physiological needs, 2) the safety needs, 3) the belongingness and love needs, 4) the esteem needs, and 5) self-actualization needs. Self-actualization was the culmination of the fulfillment of human needs. In analyzing this study the writer used library research. The researchers also used a concept analysis. They related and explained the object to theories, concepts, or other relevant sources. Based on analysis, the writers obtained some significant evidences concerning self-actualization needs. Tallie Jones manages to struggle through several stages to deal with her complicated problem. She grieves and weeps. But, finally, she finds a lover and can actualize herself as an incredible woman in the world.
