Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa dari mutu layanan administrasi online Siakad yang diberikan staff UPMI Medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dimana penelitian dilakukan berangkat dari latar belakang masalah yang sudah jelas. sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Universitas Pembinaan Masyarakat Indonesia yang secara kebetulan yang berurusan dengan penulis dengan julah 827 mahasiswa diambil 0.2 % menjadi n = 24 mahasiswa. Dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan penyebaran angket. Dari hasil perhitungan korelasi product moment diperoleh nilai rxy sebesar 0,487 yang dimana hasil tersebut dimplementasikan dengan tabel pedoman interpretasi korelasi product moment dengan rentang interval antara 0.40 – 00599 dikatakan Berdasarkan pedoman di atas bahwa tingkat kategori antara variabel (X) dengan variabel (Y) berada pada tingkat Sedang dengan hasil dari perhitungan kolerasi product moment berada diantara 0,40-0.599. Angka kooefisien korelasi rxy apabila dikonfersikan pada tabel kritik product moment (n.= 24) dengan df 5% terdapat angka r product moment sebesar 0,.487 . pada taraf signifikan karena r hasil analisis data menunjukan berada diatas batas angka penerima hipotesis nihil (H1) yaitu r tabel sebesar 0,487 >0,388 r tabel (n = 24, ts 5%).Uji hipotesis dengan uji t (parsial) = t – 2.988 .Berdasarkan perhitungan uji t sebagaimana terlihat diatas dapat diperoleh nilai t hitung = 2.988 angka produk momen yang terdapat pada t tabel dengan (df) 0,05% pada n = 24 terdapat angka t tabel = 2,063. Ini berarti bahwa angka 3.551 > 2,063, maka hipotesa yang diajukan dapat diterima.

Abstract

The background of this research is related to the performance of school supervisors. School supervisors are ASNs who are one of the school administrative staff assigned to their respective work areas. Permen PAN and RB no. 21 of 2010 article 5 explains that the main duties of school supervisors themselves consist of carrying out academic and managerial supervisory duties in education units. With regard to the main tasks carried out by a school supervisor, of course it is not too much to say that the barometer of national education quality is determined by the level of competence of a school supervisor. Based on the background of the problems above, the problems identified in this study are as follows: 1) The role of school supervisors is not optimal in carrying out supervisory duties and functions, 2) The intensity of attendance of supervisors at target schools is still lacking, 3) Supervisors who come to schools tend to only carry out aspects of managerial supervision while other aspects are given little attention, 4) School supervisors rarely conduct class visits and provide direct guidance to teachers. In addition, school supervisors are considered to be lacking in providing guidance related to educational research. This research uses a quantitative approach. This research was conducted in the Padangsidimpuan City Education Office, on Jl. AH Nasution No. 97 Pijorkoling Padangsidimpuan. carried out from May 2021 to July 2021. with a population of 49 people, data collection techniques were carried out by observing, interviewing and distributing questionnaires/questions. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using SPSS Software Version 26. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that: 1) The effect of work motivation on supervisory performance is: 67.1%; 2) the influence of Supervisory Competence on Supervisory Performance is: 64.4%; 3) The simultaneous influence of work motivation and competence of supervisors on supervisory performance is 65.6%.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of employee competence and leadership on organizational performance at Efiyanto Trading Company, with work culture as a moderating variable. The research method used was quantitative, with a sample size of 40 people. Primary data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and questionnaires, and were tested using validity and reliability tests. This quantitative research method employed path analysis. The results showed that employee competence and leadership had a positive and significant effect on organizational performance. Work culture moderated the relationship between employee competence, leadership, and organizational performance. Employee competence contributed 49.6% to performance, while leadership contributed 52.9%. Simultaneously, employee competence, leadership, and work culture explained 69.2% of the variance in organizational performance. This study recommends improving employee competence through training, enhancing leadership quality through emotional intelligence development, and strengthening a positive work culture at Efiyanto Company to sustainably improve organizational performance.
