Abstract

Stunting is a condition where a person's height is less than normal according to gender and age. This is due to the pattern of intake given to children starting from the first 1000 days of a child's life from birth so that children are shorter compared to children their age. Several factors that can influence stunting include infectious diseases, exclusive breastfeeding, early initiation of breastfeeding. At the time of early marriage, teenage women are psychologically not ready to become mothers. The lack of understanding of what stunting is and the dangers of stunting is what causes early marriage. This research aims to find out whether teenagers in Arul Relem Village, Bies District, Central Aceh Regency already know about the impact of early marriage on the risk of stunting in children. The research method used was a questionnaire with a pre-test and post-test and the data obtained could then be processed by calculating the average number of respondents who understood the material about early marriage and stunting before and after the socialization. The research results obtained after conducting outreach regarding the dangers of early marriage and stunting were 98%, which previously only reached 60%. From the average results of this calculation, it is very significant before the socialization is carried out and after the socialization is carried out.

Abstract

Pro coffee is one of the coffee drinks enriched with B.cereus bacterial consortium. Bacillus cereus is a single cell protein that is rich in protein. This program aims to develop student entrepreneurship activities by implementing the results of previous research, namely utilizing probiotic bacteria for healthy coffee entrepreneurship with the addition of probiotic bacteria from seawater. The method used for this program is to provide lectures and practices on pro-coffee processing to students involved in this service. This service activity was carried out in four stages, namely: Training and Competency Improvement Training and competency improvement activities are carried out as an effort to increase the knowledge and competence of Partners and students in processing Pro coffee. The results of the service show that students are able to improve: 1) Knowledge of making probiotic bacteria development media so that it is suitable for human consumption; 2) Making probiotic starter (Bacillus cereus SN7); 3) Making pro coffee; 4) Packaging of pro coffee; and 5) Marketing of pro coffee products

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi usahatani kopi di Kecamatan Linge Kaupaten Aceh Tengah. Data yang digunakan yaitu data primer, wawancara langsung dengan petani dan observasi dengan menggunakan queisioner, analisis data menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Y= b0 + b1. X1 + b2.X2 + b3.X3 + e. Hasil Analisa data diperoleh sebagai berikut : Y = 90,698 + 0,003 X1 + 0,147 X2 + 0,006 X3 + e. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh hasil penelitian bahwa uji pengaruh secara persial dimana variabel luas lahan (X1) sebesar 4.857, tenaga kerja (X2) sebesar 3.034 dan modal (X3) 4.123 dengan nilai t-tabel 1.739, artinya variabel (X1),(X2), dan (X3) berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap produksi usaha tani kopi robusta di Kecamatan Linge. Sedangkan uji pengaruh secara serempak dimana variabel luas lahan (X1), tenaga kerja (X2) dan modal (X3) lebih besar dari nilai F t-tabel yaitu sebesar 3.59, artinya secara serempak berpengaruh nyata terhadap variabel produksi usaha tani kopi Robusta.
